• Known for their ruthlessness and zero-tolerance policy towards traitors
• Often at odds with Rian and his crew due to past confrontations
• Carmen Inés De La Cruz: Referred as ‘La Reina’, right hand to 63rds gang leader (her twin brother, Emilio). Runs the cartel side of the 63rds.
• A well popular tattoo shop call Loyalty & Ink, fronts as a Black Market Organ Trafficking, which is sold on the black market for Carmen.

Starlit Mount

• Owned by Big Tony, a prominent figure in the Murdas gang and a well-known pimp in the area
• The club caters mostly to gang members, local hustlers, and men seeking sex
• Tony has a bodyguard that acts ask an enforcer—DeMarcus “DeDe” Williams. DeDe handles the rowdy clientele and the bratty strippers/ho’s
• Corrupt cops turn a blind eye to all this, especially with trafficking and prostitution, mostly getting into the action themselves.
• The club is a front for human trafficking, escorts, prostitution, and drug trades. While Tony doesn’t really get into the drug trade, he partners up with a lot of gang members, like the Murdas leader, to use his club as a front.

Her dad was involved in her life and made sure she always had what she needed and her mother has always showered her in love and support. Got pulled into gang life by her brothers, to dismay of Zion, but was never deeply involved and mostly handled indirect transactions and the agenda. Finished high school with high grades and went to school for accounting. Dropped out and returned to Rocky Mount when her sister Isabella was killed by her man. Stayed around and is a big part of why her family hasn't fallen apart after the death of her sister. She started working with her dad again, mostly keeping the books and taking care of laundering money without it being spotted by the banks or law enforcement.

Only knows her through her father, who works directly under her.
