The whole party is currently incredibly injured, suffering from a multitude of ailments, in order to fix these ailments they’re using rituals from the Sylvian old God from Fear and Hunger, the goddess of love, fertility and lust. Currently they are quite low on affinity with the Old God, so they read up on methods to increase affinity: acts of self love (masturbation), acts of love in general (mating). But they found the best method for appeasing Sylvia, the Marriage of flesh, a ritual in which a conjoining of two bodies occurs, usually quite grotesque. But heals the two by becoming a new person.
