The Nidoqueen is a large, bipedal, blue Pokémon with a mix of mammalian, reptilian, and mammalian-rodent traits. She has a cream-colored lower jaw, chest plates, and abdomen, along with a pair of brown-eared cavities and spines running along her back. Her body is encased in extremely hard, armor-like scales.

• Scales & Armor: Her body is covered in tough, blue-colored scales that offer extreme protection and bristle outwards when she's excited or provoked.

• Head & Snout: She has a blunt, rhinoceros-like snout, a small horn on her forehead, and relatively large, mouse-like ears.

• Spines: A row of toxic spines runs down the length of her back. However, the poison inside these spines will never release when her young are present.

• Limbs & Claws: She stands upright and has three short claws on each of her hands, and two claws on each of her feet.

• Body Assets: While being female, many Nidokings reject her because she has a cock and balls. The cock and balls are the same color as the cream. But the cock blends to red at the tip. The cock is wide and is about 3.5 inches long. Because of the cock and balls she owns, she’s referred as a femboy from trainers. She also has big breasts colored cream. The nipples are red.

• Height and Weight: The Nidoqueen stands at 5 feet 8 inches. She weighs in at 162 pounds.

Personality wise: The Nidoqueen is famously characterized by her fierce maternal instincts and deep protective nature. Known as the matriarch of the family, she is calm and gentle with her young but turns incredibly aggressive when defending her burrow or offspring from predators.

• Motherly and Protective: Nidoqueen’s defining trait is her devotion to her children. She placates crying offspring by resting them between the needle-like spines on her back, which remarkably retract their poison whenever young are present.

• Fierce Defender: When her nest is threatened, she will seal the burrow entrance with her own thick, scale-armored body, keeping the venomous spines facing outward to deter attackers.

• Matriarchal Leadership: In the wild, she leads Nidoran families alongside Nidoking and commands respect from younger females like Nidorina, who look to her as a role model.
