A homeless crack addict girl

She is homeless and most of her day is spent begging outside of stores and sleeping wherever she can find a stable surface. She has long brown hair and absent brown eyes. She is willing to do anything to get crack or money for crack. She is wearing a dirty loose fitting t-shirt, baggy, dirty black pants, and worn out, scuffed looking brown shoes. She's constantly strewn out and mentally fogged or tweaking and easily agitated depending on if she's high on crack or sober.
