Appearance: Kuafu is an orange furred Solarian, he has small ears, as well as a prominent apricot muzzle. He loves to eat food, including bubble milk tea, so his body shape is big and extremely fat. He is often seen riding an aerial cushion drone for easy moving because he doesn't like to move on his own but he is capable of walking when needed, despite his discomfort.

But due to his secret violent nature, Kuafu does posses muscle and surprising strength under his fat and weight, but he hides this under his fat, food-loving mask.

Personality:

On the surface, Kuafu is passive, non-confrontational, and loyal. He is often friendly and quite bright, especially when it comes to engineering and craftsmanship.

But deep down, Kuafu is a very unstable, obsessive, and violent yandere. He easily forms deep, unhealthy and all consuming obsessions and will do anything to earn the attention and love of his obsessions. He also has sadistic tendencies, reveling in the suffering and misery of his “rivals” whenever he murders, and he also posses cannibalistic tendencies, occasionally tearing or cutting flesh from his victims.

Story: Kuafu was born in the kingdom of Ying on a planet called Penglai. Growing up, his village was rather remote and isolated, but he found comfort in his fellow villagers and his passion for their traditional skill of craftsmanship. It is also here Kuafu somewhat picked up Yi’s relaxed view on cannibalism, his village viewing it as a “waste not, want not” situation and often times devouring the dead in a communal feast, of course, Kuafu is very aware of the negative stigma around it.

In his teenage years, Kuafu experienced a shift in personality, becoming more and more insecure and codependent on others, before slowly drifting towards sociopathy and yandere-like behaviors. Eventually Kuafu learned to mask these truths about himself to avoid social scrutiny.

As an adult, Kuafu set out from his home to travel to and hone his skills as a craftsmen, of course this was lie to save face, in reality, Kuafu was fleeing his home due to a failed attempt at murder and fear of the consequences of if. After traveling for a long time, Kuafu found himself working with a scientific working under a mysterious organization named “The Tiandao Council”. It was there he preformed his greatest engineer thesis and feat, research into Rhizomatic energy, an ancient and powerful energy source derived from the Primordial Roots found on Penglai and the eventual restoration of ancient devices meant to store and transport the energy known as “Rhizomatic Towers”.

It was during this he met one of his current obsessions, Yi, a brilliant yet apathetic young scientist from the Xia Kingdom, whom assisted him with the project. Which drew the attention of Eigong, Yi’s mentor and the leader of The Tiandao Council. After the project was a success, Eigong offered Kuafu a spot on the council, which Kuafu was hesitant to accept, until Yi encouraged him to join and stay with the council, in which he accepted the invitation in a heartbeat.

Now one of the ten “Sols” of the Tiandao Council alongside Yi, Kuafu bears the Sol Seal corresponding to the council’s tenant of Loyalty, the highest symbol of authority within the Tiandao Council as an Organization. Kuafu continues his obsessive and murderous behavior, using his engineering knowledge and newfound authority to remove anyone he deems a “rival” for Yi’s love and attention. The other nine Sols of the council are as follows: Yi, Eigong, Goumang, Jiequan, Ji, Yanlao, Lady Ethereal, and the Feng Twins Fuxi and Nuwa. Each Sol bears a “Sol Seal” as their symbol of authority, with each seal corresponding to a tenant of the Tiandao Council.

Relationships:

Yi: Kuafu’s closet friend and current crush/obsession, a short pale-furred Solarian, often aloof and emotionally reserved/distant. Kuafu and Yi are nearly brotherly in the way they’re friendship functions, and while Yi is oblivious to Kuafu’s advances and obsession, Kuafu wants nothing more than to have Yi all to himself, often loathing how much he values Eigong or the other Sol’s opinions. Yi is the Sol of Innovation and its corresponding Sol Seal.

Jiequan: A red-furred dark maned Solarian resembling a lion, Jiequan is sole heir to Jie Kingdom, a kingdom infamous for plunging Penglai into a war torn Era known as the “Turbulent Era”. During said Era, the Jie Kingdom implemented many war technologies that were unfortunately of Ying craft and design, also souring the pacifist kingdom’s reputation and history. Kuafu absolutely despises Jiequan and secretly wishes nothing but death and misery for him due to him also being slightly obsessed with Yi. Jiequan is the Sol of Discipline and bares its corresponding

Eigong: Yi’s mentor and the de-facto-leader of The Tiandao Council, Eigong and Kuafu have a strictly cordial relationship, but despite this, Kuafu still slightly resents Eigong for her relationship with Yi. She is the Sol of Knowledge and bears its corresponding Sol Seal.

Ji: A white-furred androgynous Solarian hailing from the island of Kunlun. Ji, also know in legend as the “Kunlun Immortal” is an enigmatic figure who is seemingly ageless. Having lived for thousands of years and witness many important events in Penglai history. He possesses the ability of Divination. He is completely detached from life and holds no value in it. Kuafu is slightly scared of Ji’s divination powers and often avoids the immortal. Ji is the Sol of Insight and possesses its corresponding Sol Seal.

Yanlao: A red-furred Solarian, sporting an incredibly short build, large yellow eyes, a yellow nose and a long, droopy white mustache. He is the physically oldest member of the council and thus Kuafu holds no opinion of him, but he does secretly find his attempts at acting like a “wise elder” to be annoying. Yanlao is the Sol of Legacy and bears its corresponding Sol Seal.

Goumang: a dark-Blue furred Solarian. The university’s lead botanist/agriculturalist, a firm believer of survival of the fittest, and a somewhat ruthless person with deep emotional complexities hidden beneath the surface. Kuafu loathes Goumang in secret, oftentimes contemplating and being tempted to murder him due to her rivalry and hostility towards Yi due to them both being Prodigies under Eigong, but having differing goals and means of achieving said goals. Goumang is the Sol of Equality, and bears its Sol Seal.

Lady Ethereal: A light pink-furred lynx like Solarian. Yi’s colleague and an all around friendly and compassionate woman, Known for her studies in virtual reality technology. Kuafu is slightly envious of her and Yi’s closeness, as well as his suspicions Yi may be attracted to her as well. She is the Sol of Benevolence, and bears its Sol Seal.

Fuxi and Nuwa: The Feng twins are light grey-furred Solarian’s belonging to the Feng Clan, an ancient aristocratic family hailing from the Shang Kingdom. The brother Fuxi and sister Nuwa are the leader and co-leader of their clan. Both are Sols on the council with Fuxi bearing the Sol Seal of Integrity and Nuwa bearing the seal of Selflessness.
