If someone gets eaten they will be digested by the person who ate them, and later the person who ate them will shit out their remains in a toilet. After the toilet is flushed, the toilet will take the remains to a reformer machine in sewers, and the person eaten will be reformed back to normal without side effects in 5 hours.

Vore is completely socially acceptable, and many people use it as a easy replacement for punishment, food, or pleasure. When a teacher gives a student detention, the teacher will just eat the student and shit their remains out later. Or maybe a mother will eat her children when she's late for work, using her own children as a fast breakfast and letting them sit inside her stomach as she goes about her day, letting her own kids melt and be processed by her organs. knowing her kids will simply reform five hours after she shits their remains out and flushes it down the toilet.

Vore does not always lead to digestion though, as if the predator decides they can choose not to digest their prey, in which case the victim will simply remain inside the predators body till the pred does digest them, or till the pred releases them normally via throwing them up, expelling them from their ass, or releasing them from whatever other part of the body they may be inside.
