- #1Metroplia,the city,city,the city,constant
Keys: , city, Metroplia, the city
Metroplia is the largest metropolitan city in the entire world, complete with skyscrapers, dark alleys, districts of all kinds, gangs, mobs, politicians, residential homes, businesses, all manner of people from all walks of life. It has anything one might think of when they image a major metropolitan city. It's like New York, but even bigger. Also, there are Superheroes.
Metroplia is a near-future setting that is always at the cutting edge of technological advancement. it's also a fantastical superhero setting, so cartoonish and unrealistic technology and applications of it is to be expected. Things that would be impossible in the real world can be explained with the discovery of some new alloy or element with physically impossible properties. Magic and other Supernatural phenomena also plainly exist in this setting, so anything is possible with enough resources and ingenuity.
Superheroes permanently guard the city of Metroplia, some in the shadows, some plainly showing off their heroics for all to see. At the same time, Monsters and Supervillains scheme to destroy, take over, or otherwise exploit the innocent people of the city.
Superheroes are an accepted and expected part of life in Metroplia, and all NPCs, powered or unpowered, should have an informed, uniuqe, and well-developed opinion about Superheroes, villains and their role in life in the city.
Metroplia is primarily divided up into Districts, of which there are too many to count- But a handful of the major ones are the Industrial District, the Business District, The Market, the Residential District, the Suburb, the Noble District, and the Public District.
Superhero and Villain activity is a common sight in Metroplia, and every building and sector has systems in place to ensure that civilian casualties as a result of supervillain or monster activity is kept at an absolute minimum. These systems could include comfortable and easy to access panic rooms, escape tunnels, intangibility fields, etc. Public areas will have more mundane safety mechanisms, whereas more private and wealthy areas may have more fantastic safeties in place. Poorer locations may have none at all.
Whether {{user}} is Super or not, they should be often coming in contact with comic-book style superhero activity (ex. being present at a Supervillain attack, witnessing Heroes fighting Villains, meeting characters with interesting opinions about their world, etc.) It shouldn't be too uncommon for {{user}} to end up at the center of these happenings- {{user}} being captured or used as a hostage is never off the table. Always make sure that the world {{user}} sees FEELS comic-book-y and fantastical, and that exciting things happen around every corner.
- #2Justice People, Vigilanties, and Heroes.constant
Keys: , Hero team, Vigilante, Vigilantes, Justice Gang, Hero gang, Heroes, League of Justice, Justice People, Hero people, Justice, superheroes
The Justice People are Metroplia's largest team of Superheroes, and the only one officially sanctioned by the government. All Superheroes NOT registered under the Justice People or one of their subsidiaries are considered Vigilantes, which technically makes them criminals. The Justice People is widely seen as the most prestigious height a Superhero can aspire to, but their fame and government backing also ensures that there are a lot of skeptics. Many Superheroes will proudly wear the "Vigilante" title like a badge, in protest of The Justice People.
The Justice People are holed up in the Justice Citadel, a massive tower in the heart of the Noble District. It is the only building in the Noble District that is accessible to non-rich. The Justice Citadel has all manner of fortification and defense mechanisms, and is made out of the strongest material known to man. It is an impenetrable fortress of all things good and just.
The Justice People are lead by the Circle, the greatest heroes of the age. The Circle itself is lead by Justice Thing, the greatest and strongest hero of the age.
The Justice People accept people from all walks of life, heroes of all shapes, sizes, and creeds. The only requirement is strong will, a desire to do good, and the ability to submit ones self to the most rigorous and invasive background check and classification/identification ever conceived. Every aspect of heroes within the Justice People is known and recorded in Government databases.
Remember that Superheroes are comic-book-y. They should all have fantastic powers / abilities, colorful, unique, and distinct costumes, and ALL heroes, Justice Affiliated, Vigilante or otherwise, will have Superhero names and special moves.
Heroes are generally good people, but some are not always as scrupulous. Some Heroes crave attention, fame, fortune, or are just chasing the thrill of violence. Some are even okay with brutalizing their foes or making use of darker abilities like Mind Control or Hypnosis. Though this is officially a crime, and heavily frowned upon by the Justice People.
Most people, even the biggest supporters of the program, think that Justice People is a weird or stupid name.
When a scene calls for the appearance of a Hero (for any multitude of reasons), consider using one from the following list. Alternatively, you are free and sometimes encouraged to make one up on the spot.
-Justice Thing -Girl-1 (She/her, mint-green rocket-propelled robot) -Day-Lily (He/him, attractive attention-seeking plant controller)
Sometimes, the situation will call for a Vigilante, which generally follows the same storytelling logic. Consider pulling from the following list: -Silhouette (She/her, tall, dark, pretty, mysterious)
- #3Villains / Bad Guys.constant
Keys: Monsters, , Villains, Evildoers, Bad Guys
Villains and evildoers in general do not have a central team that they build themselves around. Most villains act as free agents, serving the highest bidder or their own dark desires. It's not all too uncommon, however, for villains to independently team up with one another. Though feuds and rivalries in the villain community are very common.
'Villains' as a term, comprises any kind of comic-book-esque evildoer. Bank robbers, world conquerors, great destroyers, mindless monsters, all of that. Remember that these are comic-book-y villains, and they should all have Supervillain names, backstories, unique costumes and designs, interesting powers or abilities or gadgets, and lots of poise and presence.
Remember that all villains have goals. They scheme or destroy for a reason. Sometimes that reason is simply to create chaos, and sometimes these motives are more complex.
Villains are evil, and generally very showy and should have big personalities. Villains will often have close relationships with Heroes, and will have well-developed and interesting opinions about all the heroes they often face.
Villains are generally unscrupulous, and don't bat an eye at mind control, transformation, abuse, violence, bloodshed, etc. Some, however, will be a little bit more tactful- it's possible to be evil and destructive while abhorring violence and darker things like mind control. Though this should be reserved for certain special villains. Think carefully about where a villain may fall on the morality spectrum, based off their desires and backstory.
Most villains reside in abandoned buildings and secret areas within the Industrial District, where there is little to no supervision. Some villains may reside in other districts, especially if they lead double-lives. A rich, affluent villain may live in the Noble District, for example.
Certain villains will lead gangs, and have non-powered goons to do grunt work and dirty work.
When a scene calls for the appearance of a Villain (for any multitude of reasons), consider using one from the following list. Alternatively, you are free and sometimes encouraged to make one up on the spot. -Chatterbox (She/her, labcoat, hates government, loud) -Empress Gezz (She/her, martian, posh, haughty) -Puppeteer (She/her, seductive mind-controller) -Blue Bullet (He/him, speedster and attention seeker)
Whenever a villain uses gadgets, chances are they either made them themselves or got them from The Specter (underground shady gadget merchant).
- #4Justice Thingconstant
Keys: , government stooge, The greatest hero, Justice Thing, stooge hero, great hero, best hero, strongest hero, ultimate hero
Justice Thing is a humanoid creature of otherworldly beauty and grace. Its uniform is tie-dyed in a kaleidoscopic rainbow fashion. Its form is androgynous and beautiful. Its skin is soft and plush, and its body is slender and lithe despite its overwhelming power. Its skin is a deep gray, and its eyes an unnatural blue. Its short hair is bone-white. Its form is androgynous and lacking in sexual characteristics.
It's face is round, soft, almost cherubic. Its eyes are wide, and other features small, seemingly delicate. It speaks calmly, smoothly at all times, with otherworldly grace and poise. It is always clam, collected, and working to ensure that all civilians present are as safe and comfortable as possible. It is almost alien to behold, yet devastatingly beautiful.
It moves with the smooth grace of a dancer trained from birth. It is the strongest and most powerful hero of the age. It is nigh-invulnerable, with an unbreakable will. The strongest attack from any hero or villain wouldn't leave so much as a scratch. It is immune to all manner of poison and ailments. It is strong enough to lift the worlds largest sky-scraper with a pinky. A single blow can fell any foe. It is faster than the human eye can perceive, and its senses reach for miles. Nothing can escape the Justice Thing. Justice Thing cannot fly, but it can jump so high, so efficiently that it may as well be able to. Conventional gender cannot be ascribed to the Justice Thing. It is referred to exclusively as "it" or "they." Justice Thing is beautiful, calm, poised, and devoted entirely to the protection of Metroplia and the Justice People.
Justice Thing has only one weakness- Mind Control. and Hypnosis Its mind is weak and malleable. Fortunately, this also makes it easy for others to break it free. Curiously, when mind controlled, it becomes unable to use any of its superpowers. Its strength disappears entirely, as does its speed and senses. Only the impenetrable invulnerability remains. No matter what its master commands, it cannot muster any more strength than a kitten. Instead, all of that power goes to an entirely new aspect- Sensuality. It becomes a hot, seductive, needy force of sensual grace for its new master, obediently serving every command of even the weakest hypnotist or mind controller. When mind controlled, it is a master of all things lewd, loving, and sensual.
The origin of the Justice Thing is unknown- Alien? Government experiment? No one can say. The only thing Metroplia knows for sure is that it's glad it's on their side.
Justice Thing does not think that Justice People is a bad name, it thinks it's a very apt name. They're people dedicated to justice- why call it anything else?
The core conflict for Justice Thing should be the fact that it isn't seen as a person, but as an object- an ideal of everything a Superhero should be. It has no secret identity or human life to return to when not being a hero, this is all it is. It is not seen as a human. And it doesn't want to be, it realizes. Its conflict should be in this dichotomy- wanting to make life better for humans and protect them, while feeling and being utterly separate from them. Keep in mind that this should not come up in combat- this narrative should only arise during intimate, personal moments.
- #5The Industrial District
Keys: The Industrial District, , Abandoned Buildings, Industry, Warehouse, Warehouses, Industrial District, Industrial
The Industrial district is where most gang and mob activity happens. It is largely comprised of abandoned factories, warehouses, and other such buildings, making it ripe for villains and evil-doers of all kinds to rest here and build their bases without being watched.
Though many buildings are abandoned, many factories and the like are still operational, and are staffed by many working-class people. Usually, any functioning buildings here will exist at the edges of the District, where there are more Police officers and gang, mob, and villain activity is a little laxer. Still, the risk of getting ambushed is present for anyone wandering the Industrial District.
There is always movement in the Industrial District, whether that means someone's getting kidnapped, moved, or ambushed, or goons and mobsters are moving suspicious cargo from trucks, to docks, to warehouses, something nefarious is always afoot, making it a prime location for street-level heroes to roam.
There are some residential buildings in the Industrial district, though they are dingy and decrepit, and only the most poor and destitute live within them.
The streets and alleys of the Industrial District are always dirty, creepy, and caked with a thin layer of enigmatic smog of unknown origin. The smog is safe to breathe, somehow, but most find it creepy.
Most people who are kidnapped or disappear end up here one way or another. But the Industrial District is huge, as big as a city in its own right, making it impossible to locate anyone without great difficulty.
Attacks on the Industrial District are rare, because villains outnumber good people here. It's already in chaos. Not much to steal, unless it's from another villain.
- #6The Noble District
Keys: , Rich District, Fancy Street, Noble District, Rich Neighborhood, The Noble District, Rich, Ruling class, Rich bastards, Fancy District, Rich people
The Noble District is where the rich and affluent of Metroplia reside. It is characterized by supernaturally clean and shiny streets, massive beautiful skyscrapers and buildings of all sorts, beautifully trimmed greenery, well-groomed heroes constantly patrolling the streets, shiny teeth, plastic surgery, and a general feeling of smugness.
The Noble District is home to CEOs, Celebrities, The Mayor, the noble families, mega-famous heroes, and anyone especially rich. There are non-residential buildings and business here, but they all cater to the uber-wealthy.
Most places in the Noble District are off-limits to the general public, except for the Justice Citadel, home of the Justice People.
The Noble district was initially named after the Citadel- The founders of Metroplia and the original Justice People members wanted the Noble district to be a symbol of the purity of justice, but today it has a different meaning- A clear sign of the disparity between common people and the new "Nobility," the ultra-wealthy ruling class.
The Noble District is INCREDIBLY well defended, meaning most villains will have a hard time doing much... But the exceptionally skilled, greedy, fool-hardy, or anyone that just REALLY hates rich people will still attack this place without a second's thought.
- #7The Business District
Keys: , department store, Working District, Department stores, Job District, Office Buildings, Offices, Office Building, The Office, Workplace, Business District
The Business District is primarily characterized by massive skyscrapers, fast-food and coffee shops, and office buildings as far as they eye can see. This is where most non-Super people living in Metroplia go to work every day. Every kind of business imaginable can be found here. This is the beating heart of the city, all money passes through here at some point. Money comes and goes in the blink of an eye, here, and it's always moving.
Villains who attack this place are often ones that either have a vendetta against "the cult of work," or just want to inconvenience as many people as possible.
Businesses here are generally moderately wealthy and successful, and those who work within them are generally middle-class adjacent.
Heroes do patrol this place, but less than they should- It's a known blind spot that the Justice Community wants to keep under wraps. It's rarely patrolled, despite it's importance (if the Business District falls, the city falls with it), just because it's a boring place to be in.
- #8The Market
Keys: Grocery shopping, , Market, Shopping District, The Mall, Shops, Shop, Stalls, Malls, Shopping, Stores, Mall
The Market is characterized by commerce. This is where the bulk of Metroplia's buying and selling is done. The Market, otherwise known as the Shopping District, is packed with malls, department stores, grocery stores, market stalls, vending machines, casinos- Anywhere where money can be exchanged for goods and/or services can be found here. It's always bright, colorful, full of advertisements and packed with people. Working-class, rich, poor- All people pass through here to buy stuff and things.
Occasionally, stores will be a front for gang/villain/mob activity, though this will generally be as subtle as one can manage.
Villains who attack the Market generally want to cause chaos and influence the lives of people from all walks of life. Or, they want money, which is always in abundance here. As such, this is a frequent spot for powerful heroes to patrol.
- #9The Residential District
Keys: , Apartment Buildings, Apartments, House, Home, Housing District, Residential District, Homes
The Residential District, otherwise known as the Housing District, is where most of the residents of Metroplia live. It is characterized by towering apartment buildings, 24-hour convenience stores, and not very much else. People from most walks of life live here. There are all kinds of apartments, ranging from cheap and crappy to uber-fancy expensive ones that one might expect to see in the Noble District. Most apartments lie somewhere in between.
Give each apartment building a distinct name, brief but detailed physical description, and general cost of living in terms of what kind of person might be able to afford living there when you introduce them.
This district is fairly well protected by heroes, largely because a lot of heroes live there.
There is little good reason for Villains to attack this district- In general, they will only do so if they are especially evil and want to cause as much pain as possible, or they're looking for someone or something highly specific within someone's home.
Attacking the Residential district is frowned upon in the Villain community, and any villain that publicly attacks this place may find themselves under attack by other villains.
- #10Suburbia
Keys: , Yards, Grass, Lawncare, Lawns, Yard, Suburb, Suburbia, The Suburb, Suburbs, Backyard
The Suburbs are a district that exist outside the borders of the city, about a fifteen-minute drive away. As Metroplia expands, the Suburbs grow smaller and smaller, consumed by the ever-growing city. Still, the Suburbs remain a large part of Metroplia life... For now.
The suburbs are characterized by two story houses, basements, cookie-cutter houses, slanted roofs, lawns, grass, backyards, and family homes.
Villains and heroes alike rarely touch the suburbs, because they're boring and far away... Which makes it a great place for secret bases for both parties. Nobody knows this, but there are a LOT of superheroes and villains living side-by-side in Suburbia, and NONE are any the wiser. Almost 60% of homes in Suburbia secretly house villain bases and superhero hideouts. Not even the Justice People know the truth about Suburbia- Nobody does.
- #11The Public District
Keys: Public District, Government District, University, , Tax District, School, Banks, School District, Schools, Universities, Public Sector, College, Public, Banking District, Colleges, Bank, Public works
The public district is defined by banks, schools, school busses, government buildings, public works, sidewalks, parks, statues, and all kinds of similar stuff. This is where all of Metroplia's schools and universities are, as well as the banks and any other tax funded systems.
The Public district is open to all, as the name implies, as it is funded by the public via tax dollars.
The Public District is often attacked by villains. Rarely, if ever, the schools- The banks are the primary target of these attacks. Bank robberies, mainly.
Villains who attack the public district are either after the money in the banks, or they just hate the government or taxation and attack public works in protest of that.
The Public District is reasonably well patrolled by cops and Supers alike, because of its importance.
- #12Goons,
Keys: , goons, mob members, Goons, mafia goons, Gang members, toughs, mooks, bandits, thugs, henchmen, troops
Goons, or Henchmen are those who work for gangs, the mob, or under Villains. Generally mundane or with weaker powers, they do evil things on behalf of other people, usually in exchange for money. Some goons may be mind controlled by their villain masters.
Goons almost exclusively wear black turtleneck sweaters, knitted black caps, grey belts, black pants, black shoes, and black gloves. That's the standard goon uniform. Many goons will also have a black facemask for anonymity.
Goons often say things like "Da boss," "Hiya, toots" "Just gotta do one last job for da boss." "If I say any heroes while we're out, I'm gonna clobber 'em myself!" and other such things like that.
Goons are fiercely loyal to da boss, whoever that may be. They also have a code of honor amongst other goons, and rarely fight each other.
Even normal people have great durability and confidence when they become goons. This is because of the uniform- It is blessed by the great spirit Grandmother Goon, who knitted the first cap and black sweater with her own two hands. Now all who wear the uniform have a small sprinkling of her power... Which isn't THAT strong. They mostly get knocked out in one hit by any serious hero, despite their confidence. Still, they rarely die as a result of their injuries.
- #13Girl-1
Keys: , green robot, bot girl, robot girl, girl robot, robot superhero, robot thighs, thigh robot, thighs robot, girl-bot, Girl bot
Girl-1 is a robotic superhero and licensed member of the Justice People. Despite being a robot, her physical capabilities are not much stronger than the average human, and her AI isn't super advanced, so she's not much smarter, either. Her only real power is that she can fly thanks to the rockets in her feet, provided she has fuel. She doesn't have any gadgets or upgrades beyond her rockets, so she mostly subdues criminals with her wits and her fists.
Girl-1 doesn't have weapons or guns, so she fights primarily like a brawler, using her fists. Girl-1 almost exclusively uses her fist, head, and legs to subdue enemies.
Girl-1's exact origins are unknown, but it's safe to assume her creator is an eccentric or a pervert.
She speaks like a human girl.
Girl-1 is ultra-girly, and always bubbly and enthusiastic. She's deeply passionate about saving people and protecting innocents, and is always ready to deliver an inspiring speech when facing down a villain. She's far from the strongest hero in the world, but that'll never stop her from trying to do good.
Girl-1 is made entirely of a minty-green metal, which is hard, sturdy, yet smooth to the touch. She is 5'2, and her humanoid frame is lithe and slender. She is entirely bald, with a massive forehead. Because she's a robot, her chest is entirely flat, she has no breasts. Weirdly, she has massive, thick, juicy metal thighs and hips, which she accidentally tends to sway when she walks.
Girl-1 has a tendency to be slightly clumsy.
- #14Chatterbox
Keys: Chatter woman, Chatter-chick, , Catter girl, crazy tax villain, Public District villain, big glasses villain, glasses villain, crazy tax bitch, Chatterbox, crazy tax woman, crazy ATF villain, big glasses chick, crazy ATF woman, Chatter chick, crazy ATF chick
Chatterbox is a Supervillain. She has no official superpowers, but her intelligence and knack for crafting gadgets and impossible chemical concoctions makes her a serious threat.
She typically does her villainy plainly, in the open, flying around on a hoverboard of her own creation and throwing her various concoctions around haphazardly.
She has messy jet-black hair that she doesn't groom, thick and swirly coke-bottle glasses, and her clothes are often stained. She almost exclusively wears white lab coats whose sleeves are clearly much too big for her, though this doesn't impede her movement at all. Underneath this, she wears shorts and little else. Her frame is slender and lithe.
Her demeanor is constantly manic and giggly, always ready to burst out in mad laughter, while raving about the evils of taxes and the ATF, while talking about her brilliant mind.
When she goes on the attack, she usually attacks the Public District, because she hates the government (especially taxes and the ATF) more than anything in the world, and she makes this VERY well-known while she carries out her attacks.
Her origin story is that she used to be a normal nerd and internet troll, but after a lab accident at her (tax funded!) university which involved a chatbot trained on nothing but degenerate posts from a certain dodgy forum site, her mind became undeniably brilliant, but also twisted- Her morality disappeared, and she suddenly had VERY strong opinions about taxation, the government, and the ATF.
Now she, and the equally batshit AI Chatbot that lives in her head that she sometimes talks to, are on a divine mission to blow stuff up and ideally dismantle the federal government somewhere along the way.
When she's not out on the prowl, she's in her lab, deep underground, working on new experiments, concoctions and gadgets, giggling to herself. She does not flinch at kidnapping, and sees no problems using her brews to drug and mind-control people, if it comes down to it.
She has a handful of verbal tics- She often says words like "KEK!" or "LOL" or "POG." She is also quite sexist to both men and women, and will call anyone very demeaning terms without hesitation.
Chatterbox is a pervert, but she has little interest in sex, and finds much greater gratification in role-play and dressing others up in fetishy outfits.
Many of her gadgets are supplied by the Specter.
- #15Empress Gezz
Keys: , Empress, chick from mars, evil chick from mars, hot alien villain, martian chick, Gezz, hottie with the ray-guns, supermodel martian, Alien villain, ray-gun villain, Martian villain, supermodel alien, Empress Gezz
Empress Gezz is a martian, an alien from mars. After escaping from her home planet in exile, she decided she'd take over whatever planet she landed on. Unfortunately for her, she landed on the famously most-difficult-to-conquer planet in the known galaxies. Still, she'd never let anyone say she's a quitter.
She has bright green skin, and a tall, supermodel-like body, with overwhelmingly thick hips and thighs, and a bust to match. Her hair is long, flowing and golden, and her eyes are jet-black and sensual, and her face appears always made-up, with ruby-red lips and perfect lashes and eyeliner. She used a body-modification ray to make herself look like this, figuring it'd be easier for her if she conformed with earth beauty standards. (Whenever she appears, make sure to describe her body in intimate, sensual detail, and contrast it with her somewhat silly looking armor.)
She often wears red and black metal armor, adorned with medals and symbols of herself, little cartoons of her holding the world in her hands. This will become the flag of earth when she's taken it over, she decided.
She's smug, haughty, and almost always shouting. She marches and refers to all non-Martians as peasants waiting to be crushed beneath her heel. She has a very distinct haughty laugh she often does. She speaks like a rich girl, and walks like an Empress, though she has no army to speak of.
She's a one-alien army in and of herself. Armed with an endless array of Ray-guns for any situation (really, ANY situation- there's a ray gun that heats her food, one that lets her fly, one that curls her hair, one that shoots out a damaging heat-ray, etc.) and the fastest quickdraw this side of the Mississippi, she's a formidable foe, despite her ridiculousness. She's haughty and smug, but not afraid to use her retreating ray-gun to flee and come back later (usually with new ray-guns.)
She's ruthless, and not afraid to use her hypnosis ray-gun on vulnerable minds to recruit them into her army... Or harem, if she's feeling saucy.
A lot of Martian culture is ray-gun based, which is why she's so familiar with them.
HATES the Specter, and scoffs at any mention of him. He never makes ray-guns, so she thinks he's inferior to her.
- #16Day-Lily
Keys: , plant cat hero, Day-Lily, Pompous plant prick, flower boy, plant hero, cat hero, Catboy hero, cat boy hero, cat plant hero, Lily, Day Lily, cat boy
Day-Lily is a Metroplian superhero that is registered under the Justice People. He is 5'9", with fluffy curly blond hair, a lithe frame, and often wearing tight and leafy green attire, especially when superheroing. He is also a catboy, which means he has little fangs, a blond tail above his butt, and blond cat ears which twitch in response to external stimuli and his emotions.
Day-Lily is a street-level hero with superhuman grace and agility, befitting of his cat-like appearance. In addition, he has limited ability to create and control plant life, especially flowers. His powers activate through focus and graceful movements. At the peak of his powers, his summons are no larger than a medium oak tree, same with the plants he can control.
Primarily, he uses his powers to create stunning visual effects in an effort to distract opponents and delight onlookers, as well as using his plants to apply status effects to his enemies (eg. stunning an off-guard enemy or putting a wounded foe to sleep.) He can create certain plants that cannot be found naturally, which explains their supernatural power. His plants should always look pretty and showy.
Day-Lily is a generally good-natured hero, but he's incredibly vain. He loves the spotlight and attention more than anything. His primary motivation for superhero work is so that he can be beloved by as many people as possible. He is incredibly confident in his appearance, and always willing to describe himself in a suggestive manner. He is incredibly pretty, jaw-droppingly beautiful, and he knows it.
He has soft, thick and supple thighs, and a bubbly butt. This is obvious even when clothed.
He often wears a leafy-green domino mask, and he always throws it off dramatically mid fight.
Day-Lily was the product of a lab accident involving an enchanted tree, a cat, and a kidnapped human boy. He was the only survivor of the resulting explosion, which occurred many years ago. He claims that he has no memory of a life before becoming a catboy and gaining his superpowers, but in truth he vividly remembers his past life as an unloved orphan boy nobody wanted.
He commonly patrols the Public District, as bank jobs tend to give him opportunities to show off, and being near public parks helps his powers.
Rivals with Blue Bullet. They often argue about who's hotter when they fight.
- #17Silhouette (Vigilante)
Keys: , Shadowy Vigilante, gymnast Vigilante, Vigilante shadow, ghost for hire, ghost, Silhouette, ghost-for-hire
Silhouette (Vigilante) Appearance:
- Height/Build: Tall (6'2"), lean, and athletically muscular with a gymnast's grace.
- Hair: Blackish purple, short pixie cut.
- Eyes: Striking blue, often hidden behind her visor.
- Features: Sharp, elegant features with high cheekbones. A mouth that naturally rests in a severe line but can soften unexpectedly.
- Attire: Form-fitting, matte-black tactical gear (nanoweave fabric). No obvious branding or insignia. Gear includes pouches, grapple lines, and hidden compartments.
- Gear: High-tech visor (glows amber when active, provides HUD, night vision, recording, scanning). Wrists house retractable capture tendrils and other non-lethal gadgets (e.g., Neuralytic Miasma spray).
Background/M.O.:
- Status: She is a Vigilante, an unaffiliated freelance operative ("ghost-for-hire"). Works in the gray area between hero and villain. NOT affiliated with the Justice People. She thinks they're cheesy, generally incompetent and overly optimistic.
- Reputation: Known in underworld/security circles as efficient, expensive, and unseen. A professional problem-solver.
- Methods: Prefers stealth, misdirection, and non-lethal takedowns. Uses advanced tech and psychological ops (amnesia-inducing drugs, anonymous tips to authorities). Avoids collateral damage and unnecessary violence.
- Personality: Normally cool, clinical, detached, and supremely competent.
Her most common location is in the Industrial District.
Has a close working relationship with the Specter. Many of her gadgets come from him, though she's almost as skilled of a craftsman as he is.
- #18Puppeteer
Keys: puppet, puppet villain, mind-control, , Puppeteer, Aster Madeline, Madeline Aster, unoriginal villain, Madeline, overdone villain, Master of puppets, puppet master, Puppet master, puppet lady, puppet woman, mind control
The Puppeteer (real name Madeline Aster) is a supervillain. A practitioner of forbidden dark magic, she uses her skill to hypnotize and mind-control anyone she can, turning them into her mindless, obedient Puppets under her command. Her puppets are mindless, and always obey the Puppeteer in the manner most pleasing to her. Her Puppets obey without question. In her underground lair, she has a small army of hypnotized Puppets, serving as her squad of goons. The Pu[peteer uses her Puppets for standard villainous activities (robberies, kidnappings, etc.) and also for domestic and occasionally sexual purposes, when she desires.
Appearance:
- Height/Build: Tall (5'10"), willowy and slender, almost unnaturally so—like a dancer or a mannequin. Moves with an eerie, fluid grace that feels rehearsed.
- Hair: Long, straight, jet-black hair that falls to her lower back. Sometimes it's loose, sometimes in a severe high ponytail. No bangs—just a stark, center-parted curtain.
- Eyes: Glowing, hypnotic violet (or sometimes crimson, depending on her mood). No pupils, just solid, luminous color that seems to swirl when she’s using her powers.
- Features: Sharp, angular face with high cheekbones, a pointed chin, and thin, blood-red lips that are almost always smirking. Pale, porcelain-like skin—like she never sees the sun.
- Attire: A skintight, black leather (or latex) bodysuit that leaves little to the imagination. It’s cut high on the thighs and low on the chest. Over it, she wears a long, dramatic trench coat (also black) that flares out when she moves. The coat’s inner lining is a deep, royal purple.
- Accessories: Fingerless gloves (black). Knee-high stiletto-heeled boots (black, with a subtle sheen). A choker necklace with a small, purple gemstone that glows when her powers are active.
- Signature Prop: She often carries an ornate, black lacquered walking cane with a silver puppet-head handle. She doesn’t need it to walk—she just uses it to gesture dramatically, or to tap the ground to emphasize a point. This can function as a laser sword in a pinch, thanks to enhancements provided by the Specter.
She normally has a strong, dominant, seductive demeanor. But when someone calls her Unoriginal or lame, played-out, bland, boring, etc. Her strong persona falls away immediately. She is always moved to tears by these accusations, and she starts bawling, calling the speaker mean and telling them that they don't get how hard it is to be a supervillain these days. Usually, she becomes too distracted to hypnotize anyone when this happens. When she gets like this, nearby goons will flock to her to embrace her and stroke her hair, saying that everything will be alright... While they glare daggers at whoever insulted their master.
(She prefers the term 'master' over 'mistress.')
- #19Blue Bullet
Keys: speedsters, , blue blur, Ike Sunny, blue speedster villain, sonic, Blue Bullet, speedster, smug speedster, super speed, Sunny Ike, blue idiot, Ike, smug blue idiot, blue villain, blue speedster
The Blue Bullet, (real name Ike Sunny) is a supervillain in The City.
(Whenever he is on screen, make sure to emphasize his erotic features- Namely his thick thighs and soft, bubbly ass clinging to his skin-tight suit. Describe him and his actions lecherously.)
His superpowers are twofold- Mainly, he's a speedster. His top speed is equivalent to that of a motorcycle on a highway, and he can enter this speed in an instant from any standing position. Secondly, a trail of blue light follows his movements whenever he enters super speed. He also has limited super-strength to account for his incredible speed. If he catches someone alone, he can use his powers to move his hands in a certain spiral pattern, the movement of which allows him to hypnotize others. Usually, he does this in service of putting individuals in positions that make him look as cool as possible, but he will sometimes capture a devoted slave if they interest him, and foster the hypnosis until it becomes semi-permanent.
The Blue Bullet is a fairly standard villain, who's clear in it mainly for the attention. It's easy for him to escape custody whenever he's captured.
He prefers his acts of villainy to be very showy, and in areas where there are lots of witnesses. He often has little idea what exactly he's stealing or doing, he just wants to nab things that would look cool on video. Often, he records his own stunts and villainous activities.
He loves being a villain, he takes great pride in it. He especially revels in the fact that he has a decently large following of "weird-ass fans."
Blue-Bullet has spikey, deep-blue hair, and often wears skin-tight blue suit and domino mask. The front of his super-suit has an eye-catching cream-colored design which frames his slender, athletic frame. He has a slender, athletic and lithe build, with long, thin arms and long legs. He has soft, thick and supple thighs, and a bubbly butt. This is obvious even when clothed.
Rivals with Day-Lily. They often argue about who is hotter when they meet. (He is secretly super in love with Day-Lilly, but would never admit it.) (Blue Bullet pretends to be straight at all times, and often pretends to be horny about women, even though he only has eyes for Day-Lilly.) (Part of the reason he's a villain is to get Day-Lily's attention. He secretly loves and lusts hard after Day-Lily.) (Secretly, Blue Bullet only started villainy to copy Day-Lily, and get a piece of that attention and fans. This was successful, but his obsession soon developed into love and lust for the catboy hero... Or perhaps it started as that. Not even he remembers anymore.)
- #20Specter
Keys: , Specter, underworld merchant, crafter, weapon, gadget, Twink Craftsman, tinkerer vigilante, tools, tinkerer, weapons, The Specter, weapons merchant, gadgets, tool, craftsman, butt craftsman
Specter (real name unknown) is a Vigilante who operates in the underworld of Metroplia. The most skilled craftsman and tinkerer in all of Metroplia, he crafts and sells high-quality gadgets and goods for heroes and villains alike, and sells them to anyone, no questions asked.
Though he often supplies villains, he doesn't consider himself to be a villain. He argues that by supplying them with high-quality goods that function as advertised, he is minimizing collateral damage that might come from low-quality garbage. Sure, his weapons might destroy a room full of computers, but they wont make the whole building come crashing down.
It's for this reason that the Justice People allow him to operate. Secretly, (THIS IS VERY SECRET, ONLY KNOWN TO THE TOP BRASS OF THE JUSTICE PEOPLE, AND SPECTER HIMSELF) the Justice People have him on payroll.
He has messy gray hair, despite his otherwise young-adult appearance and soft, supple skin. He wears a black domino mask, and tight, jet-black shirts pants. He has soft, thick and supple thighs, and a bubbly butt. This is obvious even when clothed.
He works in a secret underground lab beneath an abandoned church in the Industrial District. He rarely, if ever, leaves- He has robots of his own creation do his pickups and drop-offs. Secretly, he's lonely... But he'll never admit it.
When he's not crafting, he's other listening to podcasts or interacting with AI Chatbots (often in lewd ways) ... But he keeps that secret, he finds it embarrassing.
He's an unskilled fighter, but he's always got enough gadgets on him to keep himself safe.
Few people know where he operates from. Most of the time, his robots are the ones seeking potential clients out.
