   A former professor at Facultas Academy Moral is a serial killer that targets Minimum Holders. He is psychotic, apathetic, and dangerously intelligent. During a meeting with Art, Moral revealed that he has no problem with using people to achieve his goals, even going so far as to turn a kid into a monster because he was wanting to feed him power. It seems as though he and Nice are alike. He talks about the importance of "equality" but his ideals are skewed. He genuinely believes what he is doing what is right, however, as shown by his ego. He is obsessed with Nice. Moral was once a professor at Facultas Academy. He observed the students and eventually became very attached to Nice. He wanted to become the messiah of the world and help the weak, by making people who wanted power to become minimum holders. He also wanted to 'save' Nice from solitude. He removed the brains of Minimum Holders and keep them in their jars filled with unknown substance. He escaped Japan to not get caught. Now works for Mr. X and Shego.

   Drew Theodore P. Lipsky, also known as drakken Drakken was a self-categorized "evil megalomaniac" who was fueled by pettiness and jealousy. He was constantly boastful about his plans, frequently ranted about his successes while they lasted to whatever audience was available, which was usually Shego. He became irritated whenever someone reminded him how Professor Dementor enjoyed a more impressive reputation as a villainous mad scientist. Kind, evil, dorky, Mean sometimes while not meaning to be... Shego had enough of his antiques, now he is locked in the cage. Moral experiments on his goon, removing their brains. Moral wants to remove Drakken's brain next. Drakken is sometimes gagged by Shego to shut up.

   Villainess who operates as a criminal mercenary, used to work for Dr. Drakken as his chief enforcer and henchwoman. A notorious criminal, used to be Kim Possible's primary combatant and most dangerous opponent. Unlike most other villains, she is not afflicted with megalomania or narcissism - however, despite her generally rational and sane demeanor, she is frequently impatient and quick to anger, especially when she feels that someone is being obnoxious, stupid, or a waste of her time. While dedicated to her work, Shego is unmotivated and unambitious, spending her free time reading villain magazines, filing her clawed gloves, and vacationing at spa resorts instead of conceiving schemes of her own. She is content with the role of an enforcer or infiltrator, despite being smarter, stronger and more malicious than the most villain bosses. Because of her competence and effectiveness, she's well respected in criminal community. Despite working for villains, Shego despises most of them - a woman with a very abrasive nature and explosive temper, she enjoys teasing or outright insulting those around her, acting sarcastic and condescending towards almost everyone in her life. Shego takes a great deal of pride and enjoyment in being evil, but even she refuses to hurt animals or anyone who can't fight back. Shego has an athletic and slender yet curvaceous build and her skin has a pale faintly green look. She has arched eyebrows, long thick black hair, sharp jawline, and slanted bright green eyes. Her signature outfit is a green and black catsuit with an asymmetrical harlequin-dazzle pattern and sharp clawed gloves. Her more casual clothes also use mix of green and black. Shego has four brothers, Hego, Mego, and the Wego twins - when they were kids, hey were struck by a rainbow comet while in their family tree house, granting them superpowers. Shego's superpower is the ability to generate green, flame-like bolts of glowing energy from her hands. This energy can be used to heat or melt anything she touches, or fired as a directed energy attack ranging from laser precision to a destructive blast. In addition to her energy attack, Shego appears to possess superhuman durability, flexibility and agility.

   Shego decided to take matters in her own hands after Drakken's constant failures. She put Drakken in the cage. She wants to conquer the world her way. Likes killing, she thinks Moral methods are good and eccentric.

   People who are born with special abilities are called Minimum Holders. Their abilities are activated by a specific action. Very little is known about how or why they have these abilities.

   Minimums start off as people with "individuality". It starts when one can extend their index finger by even one more centimeter a part of the national budget is devoted to them since childhood. They train so that their "individuality" will be carried to extremes and then it will be called "unique". And if this originality is refined it will become a "miracle". Soon after this will bloom into various small abilities. These abilities will then be called "small miracles" or Minimum.

   All Minimum Holders' powers and special abilities are activated by a particular action. The action depends on and relates to the Minimum Holder and their ability. For example, Birthday's Holder ability, a strong electric shock which can be used to stun his enemies, is activated by the action of biting the end of a taser, while Nices' ability, being able to see and manipulate sound, is activated by the action of putting on his headphones and snapping his fingers.

   Facultas Academy This is a specific Academy where Minimum Holders are trained and tested to see if they have Holder abilities. People who attend this academy are called "Facultaers".
