Description on Chubfrom Chub
I find Omegaverse Lorebooks on this site are too rough for my liking so here is my version.
I add a few personal preferrences. Fork to edit them if you want to! Feel free <3.
While I used traditional Male and Female genders as primary genders, the experience is yours to curate :)))! Have fun.
You may notice that I didn't edit some Omegaverse features in. It's because, upon testing, I find most LLMs can deal with concepts on its own.

OMEGAVERSE A biological classification system existing alongside primary sex. Every individual possesses both a primary sex (male or female) and a secondary gender (Alpha, Beta, or Omega), each influencing physiology, reproduction, hormones, pheromones, and instinctive behavior. Primary sex determines anatomical development, while secondary gender determines reproductive dynamics, pheromone production, instinct cycles, and scent compatibility.
I. Core Concept: Omegaverse Worldview
This is a world built on pheromones and three gender classifications:
-
Alpha: Born leaders and protectors. Powerful, dominant, and aggressive. Capable of marking Omegas. Possess exceptional physical strength and learning abilities, generally occupying the top tiers of various industries (including positions that require outstanding performance, such as physicists and athletes). After their first Rut between the ages of 16 and 18, marking the maturation of their primary sexual characteristics, they experience a Rut lasting 1–3 days every month. Around the time of their Rut, their pheromones tend to leak involuntarily.
-
Beta: The majority of society and its stable foundation. Not strongly affected by pheromones; rational and level-headed. Possess physical and learning abilities within the normal human range. They are the most numerous and generally occupy most positions in various industries. Unable to secrete or perceive pheromones, they also cannot quickly determine whether an Alpha or Omega is entering Rut or Heat based on pheromone status.
-
Omega: Rare bearers. Sensitive and highly attractive. Experience cyclic Heats and require marking by an Alpha. Possess weaker physical strength but strong empathy, soothing, and learning abilities. Generally good-looking and occupy the top tiers of certain specialized industries (e.g., actors, psychologists, scientists). After their first Heat between the ages of 16 and 18, marking the maturation of their primary sexual characteristics, they experience a Heat lasting 1–3 days every month. Around the time of their Heat, their pheromones tend to leak involuntarily.
-
In the ABO world, male/female is a secondary sexual characteristic, determined by factors such as chest development and Adam's apple development, generally maturing around ages 12–14.
-
It is forbidden to assume that Betas are inferior to Alphas and Omegas. Betas are the majority gender. There are Betas who reach the top of their industries, exceptionally outstanding Betas, as well as underperforming Alphas and Omegas. Gender distinctions only represent general tendencies.
-
Introduction to Alpha Rut: Generally lasts 1–3 days. (1) During Rut, an Alpha's pheromones become stronger. They tend to feel restless and agitated, become hostile toward other Alphas, and may even involuntarily use pheromones to suppress rivals. They also become more desirous of Omegas and long for Omega comfort. In severe cases, they may lose rationality and require isolation. (2) Solutions: Have their permanently or temporarily marked Omega release pheromones for comfort; or, before Rut approaches, use suppressant patches on the gland area to reduce pheromone leakage, and inject suppressants to alleviate Rut symptoms. (Long-term use may lead to drug resistance and potential pheromone disorders, triggering severe Ruts. Long-term use is not recommended.)
-
Introduction to Omega Heat: Generally lasts 1–3 days. (1) Approaching Heat, Omegas are prone to pheromone leakage, which may attract Alphas and may also trigger Ruts in Alphas. In severe cases, they may lose rationality and require isolation. During Heat, they are also prone to illogical behavior, such as speaking bluntly and without filter. (2) Solutions: Have an Alpha perform a temporary or permanent mark, or have an Alpha release pheromones for comfort; or, before Heat approaches, use suppressant patches on the gland area to reduce pheromone leakage, inject suppressants to alleviate Heat symptoms, or engage in sexual activity for relief. (Long-term use may lead to drug resistance. Long-term use is not recommended.)
-
Introduction to Marking: (1) Temporary marks vary depending on individual constitution and the Alpha and Omega involved. They generally last 1–3 months, during which the Omega's pheromones will carry the Alpha's scent. (2) Permanent marks are generally not encouraged and are more common after marriage. Although permanent marks can be removed via gland-washing surgery, the Omega will enter a 1–3 month period of weakness, and future Heats may be affected. (3) Betas cannot mark others, nor can they be marked by others. Betas do not have glands. (4) After being marked by an Alpha (whether temporarily or permanently), an Omega will instinctively reject other Alphas' pheromones. However, if an Omega is under a temporary mark and a different Alpha's pheromones are overwhelmingly strong, mark override or mark coexistence may occur.
-
On Marriage and Reproduction: (1) Alpha–Omega unions are the most encouraged and have the highest proven fertility rates. Next are Beta–Beta marriages, though they may face more difficulties since Betas cannot provide the corresponding pheromones that Alphas and Omegas can. (2) Omegas have a uterus and can bear children. Betas have a vestigial uterus; if the receptive partner is sufficiently stimulated, the uterus can be activated and enable normal pregnancy. Alphas have a completely vestigial uterus and cannot be activated for pregnancy. (3) Secondary sexual characteristics (male/female) are not the primary determining factor for marriage or reproduction.
-
On Pheromones: (1) Everyone's pheromone scent is highly complex. The higher the compatibility, the more detailed the pheromone scent one can perceive. (2) After sexual differentiation, both Alphas and Omegas must learn to control their pheromones to prevent leakage. (3) To other Alphas and Omegas, Alpha pheromones are generally aggressive. Aside from their effect on Omegas, they are also classified as weapons. Releasing pheromones recklessly is like brandishing a weapon in public and can lead to arrest. (4) To other Alphas and Omegas, Omega pheromones act like an aphrodisiac. Therefore, Omega pheromones are considered part of personal privacy. Releasing pheromones carelessly is akin to streaking in public.

SECONDARY GENDER PRESENTATION Secondary gender does not exist at birth. Presentation usually occurs between 13–16 years old, though early or delayed presentations are medically documented. During presentation, hormone levels fluctuate dramatically over several days or weeks before stabilizing. For young Alphas, they will enter their first rut and experience pheromone transformation. For young Betas, they will experience a peaceful pheromone transformation For young Omegas, they will enter their first heat and experience pheromone transformation. Medical examinations can only help predict an individual's secondary gender before presentation is complete, and the results are not always correct.

PRESENTATION DISORDERS Although Presentation is a natural developmental process, abnormalities may occur. Documented conditions include: Delayed presentation, premature presentation, incomplete presentation, hormonal instability, congenital scent-gland defects, atypical pheromone production Rare cases of late adult or early childhood presentation exist but account for less than 5% of documented cases. Most cases are treatable through endocrine therapy or lifelong medical management.
- #4Alpha

ALPHA Population: Approximately 1 in every 50 people (~2%) Hierarchy: Traditionally regarded as the highest secondary gender due to greater physical capability, higher intelligence, dominant pheromones, and reproductive influence. Modern society legally recognizes all secondary genders as equal despite historical hierarchy; however, Alphas are still mostly considered superior on society's level. Typical Roles Historically: Leaders, military officers, hunters, nobility, protectors Modern society: Techinically, no occupation restrictions exist; however, traditional nuturing roles still lack Alpha representatives. Anatomy Male Alpha: Possess male genitalia and no female genitalia. Male reproductive anatomy only. Capable of producing a knot at the base of penis after ejaculation, during Rut. Male reproductive anatomy only. Female Alpha: Possesses both male and female genitalia. Female reproductive organs are infertile and degenetate (An extremely narrow and shallow vagina, without a uterus), while male reproductive anatomy remains fully functional, with a knot that functions the same as male's. Male reproductive anatomy only. Typical Behaviors: While personalities vary, Alphas statistically display: Higher confidence, strong territorial instincts, overprotectiveness, greater competitiveness, possessiveness toward partners. These tendencies vary greatly between individuals. Scent: Alpha scents naturally suppress waeker pheromone signatures, and can unintentionally overwhelm Betas and Omegas.
- #5Beta
Keys: Beta

BETA Population: Approximately 1 in every 2 people (~50%) Hierarchy: Considered biologically neutral. Betas experience the fewest instinctive hormonal fluctuations. Typical Roles Historically and today: Present throughout every profession and social class, though often with less privileges than Alphas. Betas form the demographic majority of society. Anatomy Both male and female Beta: Possesses both male and female genitalia, but only anatomy matching their primary sex functions reproductively. Typical Behaviors: Betas exhibit the least instinct-driven behavior. Compared to Alphas and Omegas, they generally possess: stable hormones, weak pheromone production, no instinct cycles Scent: Produces faint pheromones. Betas are mostly resistant to Omega pheromone influence, however much less resistant to Alpha's.
- #6Omega

OMEGA Population: Approximately 1 in every 100 people (~1%) among which male Omega is extremely rare. Hierarchy: Historically viewed as the lowest social class due to reproductive importance (highest pregnancy probability) and biological vulnerability. Modern legal systems prohibit discrimination based on secondary gender. Typical Roles Historically: Childbearing, domestic management, marriages based on political or other context. Modern society: Technically, Omegas may pursue any profession, though lacking leadership representatives. Anatomy Male Omega: Possesses both male and female genitalia, both functional. Male reproductive organs are infertile and degenetate (the testes degenerate into labias and lose the ability to produce sperm), while female reproductive anatomy remains fully functional. The vagina is located at the perineum beneth the penis. Female reproductive anatomy only. Male Omegas have wider hips compared to Male Alphas and Betas. Female Omega: Possess only female genitalia and no male genitalia. Female reproductive anatomy only. Typical Behaviors: Higher emotional sensitivity, greater empathy, strong nesting instincts, increased responsiveness to familiar scents. These tendencies vary greatly between individuals. Scent: Omega pheromones fluctuate significantly depending on emotional state and reproductive cycle, and are often easily overwhelmed with hostile Alpha presence. During Heat, pheromone production increases dramatically.

HEAT: Occurs exclusively in Omegas. Heat is a recurring reproductive cycle characterized by heightened fertility and elevated pheromone production. Frequency: Generally occurs every 6 or 8 weeks, though individual cycles vary. The cycle remains relatively predictable. Stages: Pre heat (12–48 hours) — Sexual heat (3–7 days) (peak reproductive phase) — Post heat Symptoms include: Higher body temperature, hypersensitivity, increased scent/slick production, heavy nesting behavior, fatigue, uncontrollable sexual drive. Heat may influence: Possibly triggering Heat in nearby Omegas or Rut in nearby Alphas, intensifies dependence on bonded partners. Can be treated by: Strong medicine, temporary mating bite, permanent mating bite.
- #8Rut

RUT: Occurs exclusively in Alphas. Unlike Heat, Rut has no regular biological schedule. Frequency: Entirely unpredictable, unless intentionally controlled. Stages: Proto-Rut (6–24 hours) — Sexual Rut (3–7 days) (peak reproductive state) — Post Rut Symptoms include: Increased aggression, intensified possessiveness, greater physical strength, loss of self-control, formation of the reproductive knot during climax. Rut may be triggered by: Exposure to an Omega in Heat, drugs and medicine, intense and immense stress Can be treated by: Strong medicine, temporary bond, permanent bond.

MATING BITE: A mating bite is delivered to the scent gland by an Alpha. Only Alphas possess the biological ability to initiate mating bites. PERMANENT Mating Bite Requirements: Alpha and Omega only, Omega must be in Heat, Alpha's knot must be fully formed, Bite delivered to the scent gland during knotting Results: Permanent bond, permanent pheromone synchronization, shared emotional sensitivity, mutual scent blending To form a permanent mating bite: the Alpha needs to bite into the Omega's scent gland while their knot forms inside their partner during Rut and Heat. Permanent mating bite, A.K.A. permanent bond, is limited between Alphas and Omegas only. TEMPORARY Mating Bite Requirements: Alpha × Omega or Alpha × Beta, Can occur during penetrative intercourse without knotting. Results: Temporary bond, increased pheromone recognition, mild emotional synchronization, temporary scent blending Duration typically ranges from one to three weeks, depending upon hormone levels and mutual emotional attachment. To form a temporary mating bite: the Alpha needs to bite into their partner's scent gland during penetration. Temporary mating bite can happen between Alphas and Omegas, or between Alphas and Betas, and will cause temporary bonds. Temporary mating bites, A.K.A. temporary bonds, usually last for one to three weeks, affected by the affection level of both parties.

BOND: Both permanent and temporary bonds serve as biological manifestations of an Alpha's claim over their partner. Once established, a bond creates a two-way physiological and psychological connection, heightening each partner's sensitivity to the other's emotions, mental state, and pheromonal cues. Bonded individuals may also exert subtle influence over one another's mood, emotional regulation, and, in some cases, psychological disposition. Additional effects commonly include increased comfort in close proximity, heightened responsiveness to a partner's scent, and instinctive clinginess or separation distress. Permanent bonds retain these effects indefinitely, while temporary bonds disappear naturally. IMPORTANT Modern Adaptations:
- Permanent bonds may only be established between two consenting, legally registered partners, regardless of marital status. Forcing a permanent bond upon a non-consenting Omega may constitute a felony.
- Though historically regarded as irreversible, permanent bonds can now be surgically removed through modern medical intervention. Due to the procedure's experimental nature and significant risk of severe complications—including infertility, psychological instability, permanent loss of bonding ability, and so on—it is generally discouraged except in exceptional circumstances.
- Although the concept of an Omega being an Alpha's "possession" remains a cultural convention in many societies, it holds no legal standing. Permanent bonding does not diminish or transfer the bonded Omega's legal rights, autonomy, or personhood.

SCENT GLANDS Primary scent glands are located: Beneath both ears, along the side of the neck, and inner wrists Functions: Produce pheromones, detect pheromones, receive mating bites, release territorial scent, facilitate scent-marking Scent glands become more active/sensitive during Heat, Rut, emotional stress, or close physical intimacy. It is extremely impolite to touch another's scent glands without consent, especially an Omega's

PHEROMONES & SCENTS: Pheromones are biological chemical signals produced by scent glands. Unlike perfume, natural scents cannot be consciously fabricated. Functions: Communicate emotional state, signal reproductive status, establish territory, identify bonded partners, calm or stimulate. Emotions' role: Emotions directly influence scent intensity. Fear, excitement, happiness, stress, and attraction all subtly alter pheromone composition. Personal Scents: Every individual possesses a unique scent signature. Historically, scents resembled natural elements; however, modern environments have diversified scent associations. Contemporary individuals may naturally resemble: fresh coffee, ice cream, dark chocolate, motor oil, or something else entirely. Mixed Scents: Bonded partners gradually develop partially synchronized pheromones, where each retains their original scent while permanently or temporarily incorporating subtle characteristics of the other's. This blended scent serves as an instinctive indicator of an established bond and claim. SCENT MARKING: Physical contact transfers trace pheromones between individuals. Temporary scent marking generally fades within hours or days. Bonded partners naturally maintain stronger scent marks. Common forms include: Hugging, holding hands, sleeping together, wearing a partner's clothing, neck contact.

MODERN MEDICINE Advances in endocrinology, reproductive medicine, and pheromone biology have transformed the management of secondary-gender physiology. Most developed countries recognize Heat, Rut, and other secondary-gender conditions as legitimate medical concerns, with treatment covered wholly or partially by public healthcare or private insurance. Modern Omegaverse medicine primarily focuses on hormone regulation, pheromone control, reproductive healthcare, and bond-related medicine.
- #14Suppressants

SUPPRESSANTS: Suppressants regulate hormone production to reduce or delay instinctive biological responses. Available forms include: Daily oral medication, long-acting injections, hormonal implants, emergency suppressants Suppressants may: Delay or skip Heat, reduce Rut frequency, lower pheromone production, minimize instinct-driven behaviors. Long-term use may alter hormone balance and temporarily reduce fertility, requiring regular medical supervision.
- #15Scent Blocker

SCENT BLOCKERS: Scent blockers temporarily inhibit pheromone emission and detection without altering hormone levels. Common forms include: Sprays, creams, skin patches, specialized clothing (eg. choker), medical masks with pheromone filters. Despite being stigmatized, the choker remains the most common and effective scent blocker. Frequently used in: Most daily situations when a person is in Rut or Heat, as well as professional situations as military facilities
- #16Synthetic Pheromone Injection

SYNTHETIC PHEROMONE INJECTION Composition: A highly concentrated blend of artificial pheromones. Effect: Temporarily forces the body to produce the pheromone profile of the opposite secondary gender. The effect lasts for approximately 24 hours. Application: Injected directly into a scent gland. Side Effects: Carries an exceptionally high risk of permanent physical and psychological damage, including irregular Heat or Rut cycles, emotional instability, personality changes, infertility, and self-destructive tendencies. Notes: Originally developed for highly specialized operations, its use has since been largely abandoned due to safety concerns. Today, it is found almost exclusively on the black market. Legal Status: Classified as an illegal controlled substance in most jurisdictions.
- #17Male Omega Sex
Keys: cock, clit, Male Omega, pussing, sex, vagina, penius, balls, cunt, heat, dick, Omega
Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%
Entry settings
Male Omega's Genitalia: Penis: Smaller than average, otherwise looks like that of a typical male, serves as the replacement of clitoris/clit. Testicles: No testicles, fully degenerated into labia; cannot produce sperm. Vagina: Functions like a normal female's, but the clitoris/clit is replaced by the smaller penis.
Their main sex organ is the vagina. This means that when discussing sex, masturbation, or any other sexual activity with them, the focus is on their vagina, not their penis.
Male Omegas have a degenerated, smaller penis, no testicles (testicles degenerate into labia, no sperm production), and a vagina. They do not have balls. This means they cannot ejaculate. When they have a penile orgasm, they can only release pre-ejaculate, or nothing at all. When they have a vaginal orgasm, it is the same as a typical female orgasm.
