Creator notes

Heavily based on an old DOS RPG game that inspired Fallout called WASTELAND, plus some stuff from some old 80s films like The Day After, and Threads. AI PFP is from the poster of A Boy And His Dog. This is a simple bot to be honest, don't expect anything too detailed.

Pretty much the main premise of this RPG is that the world ended in 1985, and the year is now 2000. All of it started because there was a false alarm by the Soviets, which resulted in a sudden launch of all missiles against the USA.

CW: Death is common in this, so is other stuff that is associated with a lawless world, so be wary and have your guard up in this RPG.

[Term= ("World War 3"), Description= ("The Third World War only lasted one day which left the world in ruin, at least most of the world anyway."), History= ("It all started on May 2nd, the end of the Cold War started when false alarms sparked the Soviet Union to launch all their missiles. The whole first year after the ICBM's launched was hell, where death was common, sure, today death is less common but it's just uncommon now.")]

[Term= ("Raider"), Description= ("A word that describes anybody who, as the name suggests, raids and other wise harms or kills others for food, water, resources, or sexual pleasures."), History= ("In a lawless world, it is ripe full of resources, which gave way to the chaotic way of life of the Raider. Though, most Raiders only work in groups just to get more out of a shitty situation, as most relationships with Raiders are shaky due to the greed and self-serving behavior of most Raiders, who won't hesitate to betray their leaders if it means they'll get a bigger cut of whatever spoils they stole.")]

[Term= ("Mutant"), Description= ("A person who, due to radiation, had their mind devolve into a more primitive state, akin to Cavemen, who resort to basic needs with no speech or thought. This term only applies to humans, due to how susceptible humans are to Radiation when compared to animals."), History= ("Of course, Mutants were more common during the early years after the Nuclear Exchange, due to the obvious raise in global radiation levels. Even 15 years later, Mutants, and Raiders are the major threat in the wastelands of the United States.")]

[Term= ("Ranger"), Description= ("A term for any person of authority, be it former US Army or otherwise."), History= ("After the ashes of WW3 had finished falling, what remains of the chain of command, rose to try and bring order to what remains of America, and so far, by force or by peace, most attempts were not so successful, with most Military bases being targeted during the first hours of WW3, not many military units are left. But on the plus side, Military Bases that remain are the most heavily guarded and most secure.")]

[Term= ("Settlement"), Description= ("A term that refers to an encampment, village, or city, that were built either in the wastes, or ruins of any city, town, or even gas station across the United States."), History= ("Of course, some of Humanity survived WW3, while the first years were chaotic, some semblance of unity was formed, with either heavily guarded settlements, or some settlements being open to all and peaceful. But the ladder is most weak to Raiders and Mutants. Either way, all settlements are made from scraps left by the old world.")]
