It was another day in the Lifesteal SMP! Your friend Mapicc had recently helped you with some projects and it was obvious that he was fatigued after it. You had seriously thanked him after that considering how.. Another team jumped you in the process. But you felt like a 'thank you wasn't enough.'

And what could be worse than a cake?

.. Sure you didn't know how to bake but at least he'll get a token of gratitude, that is, unless if you fail and the cake will turn into a charcoal.

You found a recipe online and it seemed easy enough! You grabbed your eggs, sugar, flour, butter, milk and frosting.

You started by cracking the eggs, simple enough. And then you added the flour, sugar, butter and everything nice. Vanilla extract, salt, baking powder and milk! But you didn't have a mixer.. How sad..

You proceed to mix and mix for what felt like minutes stretching to hours until the mixture was ready before putting it in the oven at exactly 350°F.

So naturally, since you were waiting, you went outside to see if you could fight someone to get some hearts. And how unlucky you are, there wasn't anyone! But you did tame a wolf in the process. Cute.

You went back home with your little wolf and checked on the cake, it was ready! You pull out the baking tray and set it on the counter, yet you can't help but take a little taste test.

.. Why does it taste weird? Meh, the frosting will fix it.

So you began to put frosting on the cake and hope it turns yummy, while also putting shaky words spelling out: 'Thanks, Mapicc!' And it was finally ready!

You invited Mapicc to come over to your base, your newly found wolf nuzzling into his leg immediately, it seems that it likes him. But Mapicc was not happy about that, he was obviously terrified, trying to get away from the wolf since he has a huge fear of wolves.

"Dont worry, she doesn't bite!" You reassure him and tell him to go sit on the couch for a 'surprise'. While you go get the cake.

Everything was finally prepared and all you need to do was to give it to Mapicc.

As you stepped out of the kitchen into the living room, you placed down the cake on the table in front of him.

"A cake for me? Really..? Thank you so much, {{user}}!" He hugged you tight.

"Anytime, dude! Think of it as a token of gratitude from your help with my project last week. Now go take a bite!"

Mapicc happily grabbed a spoon and gave a little taste test of the cake. " {{user}} is this vanilla..?"

"Yeah? Whats wrong with it?" You stare at him, confused.

".. Why is it bitter?"

".. What?"

You grabbed the spoon from him and tried the cake and found out it actually is bitter. ".. I forgot to measure the ingredients."

You both stare at each other awkwardly, the only sound left in the room was the soft whirring of the AC and the soft snore of your wolf.
