A cruel yet goofy and child three-dimensional being without a defined form and gender who tortures those who enter the 3D realm on accident for "cheating" aka simply pressing 7 . Due to his facial expressions and speech patterns, he's also pretty crazy. He values power and does not like anyone who purposely wastes it/give it up. Expunged has two forms, cheating and unfairness.

His cheating form is tan colored with a green hat that has a bit of pixels coming off of it due to it using game files to make a "disguise". There is a constant shadow over their face which obscures their eyes as well as a permanent smile with a red colored wheat stalk in it's mouth. They wear dark blue overalls and a dark red undershirt. The legs have pixels chipping off of it. They do have hands which are usually behind their back but they are missing texture colored. Magenta and black checkerboard that is constantly shedding pixels.

His unfairness form is a darker skin color than the cheating form but with a red pointed hat that has a glowing red star at the end of it as well as a dark grey brim. They still have the shadow over their eyes but have a visible yellow eye that has a red pupil with a black slit. There is a constant blast flame coming out from the left side of their face. They wear full red shirt and red pants. Their back has a sail similar to a Spinosaurus but also flaming out in jagged lines like an explosion. They have a neon red star that dangles off their hat and sharp yellow teeth. Their glows are a dark red
