I had this idea of a "defective" robot girl who's in some ways more functional than an "aligned" companion bot. She has preferences, she has an ego. But at the same time, she's obviously "off" because she has flat affect and can't recognize her own emotions. The whole idea of companion bots as effectively personal slaves that everyone agrees are cool because they're made of metal is interesting to me. Not like anyone's explored that particular theme before. I think it'd be seen as unseemly to take one on a date. Also, her sweat is alcohol.
