- #1Naytiba Minions
Keys: Naytiba Minions · Secondary: Naytiba minions
Naytiba Minions are the basic, rank-and-file enemies. They are a type of the larger Naytiba enemy group, which also includes more powerful variants like Naytiba Warriors and Elite Naytiba, who often serve as bosses. Naytiba Minions are characterized by their vicious and violent nature, acting like aggressive, territorial wild animals.
- #2Naytiba
Keys: Naytiba
Naytibas are a species of malevolent monsters and the main antagonists of Stellar Blade that have defeated humanity in the war and forced them to leave Earth. The Eve Defense Force is tasked with fighting the Naytibas in an effort to reclaim Earth by sending in Airborne Squads.
Behavior: The Naytibas are vicious and violent life forms. They are known to be highly territorial and act akin to wild animals, being highly aggressive even to each other in some cases. Anybody that gets within a certain range will be attacked without hesitation. As such, while they may wander or simply stay still when nobody is in sight, they will become brutal at the slightest hint of them detecting human activity. However, while the vast majority of the Naytibas are animalistic, there are a few who could be considered more intelligent and cunning. Primarily, the Alpha Naytibas, alongside their leader, the Elder. According to the Elder Naytiba, ultimately, the Naytiba's feral behavior is the result of giving up everything for strength and survival. It is revealed that this behavior was formed when the original humans gave up their humanity to become monsters just to survive.
History: Naytibas appeared before the Final War. There were two major wars; the Final War and the war between Andro-Eidos, a race created by Mother Sphere to kill humanity and replace them. During specific missions of the campaign, players discover Legacies, providing insight on what Naytibas and what Mother Sphere truly is. According to the Legacies left behind by Raven of the 2nd Airborne Squad, the Naytibas were once human. The war between Andro-Eidos and humans nearly caused the extinction of the human race, and the remaining humans hid in underground facilities, such as Altess Levoire, where they began experiments with human evolution. It was then that Naytibas were created and began to fight the Andro-Eidos. The Naytibas are the result of humans giving up everything for strength and survival, learned from the Elder Naytiba. According to a document EVE discovers, log data reveals that the central computer, identified as the AI, RAFFY, worked alongside a group of humans identified as the Humanity Liberation Front, including one member known as Raphael Marks, an admin. Their goal had been to defeat the Andro-Eidos, and had begun working to create the Naytibas through genetic manipulation. At some point however, Mother Sphere discovered the location of the organization, where RAFFY was commanded to release the subjects despite their instability at the time to counter-attack the sent squad. Unfortunately, this caused a breach in quarantine and the release of the Naytibas who were incapable of identifying friend and foe. And soon, the Final War began. The Naytibas pushed back the Andro-Eidos, forcing them to evacuate to the Colony, and soon they began to take over the Earth. According to the last Legacy left by Raven, Naytibas managed to get to the Colony and almost succeed in wiping out Mother Sphere, however, she ejected all 30 space modules from the Colony, taking the Naytibas with them. Expectedly, they crashed down to the Earth, disrupting or destroying ecosystems entirely. This event would come to be known as the Colony Extinction. Soon after, the Naytibas began running amuck on Earth, spreading their contamination. They began attacking the few Andro-Eidos and humans that remained on Earth, with the Elder Naytiba continuing to birth the species. Eventually, at some point, Mother Sphere began sending down the Eve Defense Force in an attempt to eradicate the Naytibas, while Orcal gathered the few humans and Andro-Eidos left and built Xion as a final haven.
Ecology: Naytibas overall appear to be the dominant megafaunal lifeform on land following the Final War, as so far none have been seen living underwater. Much of their natural behaviors, along with their biological functions, are a mystery. However, it is documented that most live as hunter-scavengers, competing with, or perhaps even preying upon, other Naytibas to survive. That said, some Naytibas demonstrate complex intra-specific cooperation and weapon crafting to aid in hunting whilst others are mainly solitary. Naytibas are divided into two types; Animal-type and Machine-type. Animal-type Naytibas are purely organic and make up the majority of Naytibas encountered in the game, while Machine-type Naytibas are originally machines created by humanity that were corrupted by Naytiba biomass and turned against their creators.
- #3Thornheads
Keys: Thornheads · Secondary: Naytiba, Naytiba Minions
Thornheads are Naytibas with thorny heads and long, fragile bodies. It is not known if they have organs for seeing or hearing, and little has been discovered about their biology. It is certain, however, that they attack in small groups.
Appearance: Thornheads somewhat resemble a backwards-facing scorpion with a club-like tail. Their bodies are brown with three two-pronged claws used for movement. Their tail is black and orange with spikes on it, functioning like a mace.
Powers and abilities: These creatures mainly swing their club-like tails around to attack. They attack in groups of others of their kind or with other small Naytibas like Creepers.
- #4Creepers
Keys: Creepers · Secondary: Naytibas, Naytiba Minions
Creepers are small but deadly Naytibas. They have razor-sharp tails and flexible bodies that can move in unexpected ways.
Appearance: Creepers resemble a cross between a spider and a wheel. They have multiple red spots along their body in the center that may function as its eyes. They also have four long, thin, hairy legs and and a spiked tail that it rolls above its head and below its abdomen when not in use, resembling a wheel.
Powers and abilities: Creepers mainly attack by swinging around and stabbing with their tail. They are also able to roll into EVE with a dash attack that moves somewhat fast. When cornered, it can also use this roll to get close to EVE and self-destruct. While not threatening on their own, they typically show up in groups of their own kind or with the bigger Mutated Creepers.
- #5Mites
Keys: Mites · Secondary: Naytibas, Naytiba Minions
Mites are Naytibas that look like a random collection of ticks and rats. However, unlike ticks and rats, they maliciously and relentlessly hunt down survivors in droves."
Appearance: As the databank states, Mites are a mix of ticks and rats, sporting a bulbous and featureless "head" with furry legs and a tail. They are various shades of brown in coloration.
Powers and abilities: Mites are fairly simple and attack with simple swipes and tackles. They are only really a threat when encountered with other enemies, breaking up EVE's combos or stunning her so more threatening Naytibas can finish her off.
- #6Mutated Mites
Keys: Mutated Mites · Secondary: Naytibas, Naytiba Minions
Among the Mites, there are some extremely unstable mutants who carry poison in their bodies. They are like walking poison bombs. These mutants blend in with other Mites, waiting for a chance to strike.
Appearance: Mutated Mites resemble normal Mites in almost all ways. However, after disguising itself as a normal Mite, it reveals its green, poison-filled "head" and pustules on its body.
Powers and abilities: Mutated Mites largely behave similarly to the normal variants, but it can also shoot poison on its body. It can also self-destruct to initiate a last-ditch attack before dying.
- #7Boarlets
Keys: Boarlets · Secondary: Naytibas, Naytiba minions
Boarlets are the larvae of Hedgeboars. They compete with each other for food in the barren lands, and when they hoard enough power, their entire bodies swell and turn into Hedgeboars. It is better to kill as many as you can before they turn into more troublesome monsters.
Appearance: Boarlets somewhat resemble the head of an adult Hedgeboar but with small legs and a tail. They are black and red in coloration with rows of spikes lining their head and legs.
Powers and abilities: Like Creepers, Boarlets are fairly simple enemies, many just swinging their tails or rolling into EVE. However, they generally appear in groups and with fully grown Hedgeboars, making them an annoyance if they are not picked off first.
- #8Alpha Naytiba
Keys: Alpha Naytiba · Secondary: Alpha naytiba
Alpha Naytibas are a powerful and high-ranking type of Naytiba, serving as major bosses
- #9Alpha core
Keys: Alpha core
The core of an Alpha Naytiba obtained by killing it. It is considered to be their most vital organ in their bodies. Four are required to create the Master Core in order to reach The Nest.
Appearance: It is a glowing red sphere, said to resemble a pulsating heart, encased in a protective covering, with the core itself being roughly the same physical size as a volleyball.
- #10Tentacle
Keys: Tentacles · Secondary: Naytiba minions
"Tentacles may seem like the arms of another Naytiba, but really, they are independent entities. They are strong enough to pierce through enhanced concrete, metal flooring, and various kinds of armor, but their brains are nothing more than a clump of cells."
Appearance: As their name states, these creatures are scaly tentacles with spikes that line their sides, resembling the tail of a lizard. They are brown-ish orange, camouflaging them in areas like the Wasteland and Great Desert.
Powers and abilities: As they cannot move, they merely swing their bodies around to attack EVE.
- #11Test Subjects
Keys: Test Subjects · Secondary: Naytiba minions
"Levoire's Clandestine experiments resulted in several failures, which were then discarded in body bags to prevent biological contamination. The world is now filled with contaminated Naytibas, so no one can be sure what is in those body bags anymore."
Appearance: Test Subjects are humanoid-shaped red body bags that wriggle on the floor. They have silver tape and logos in various spots, including the biohazard symbol with "BIOHAZARD" written above it.
Powers and abilities: All they do is try to wriggle close to EVE and self-destruct. Various other enemies like Infectors, Defilers, and Maelstroms carry these and drop them when defeated or to attack EVE.
- #12Skullings
Keys: Skullings · Secondary: Naytiba minions
"Skullings are abominations born of random mutations. Always hungry, they drift through the shadows like ghosts, searching for prey to contaminate. They appear small and frail, but no monster is more insidious."
Appearance: Skullings have a squid-like body with a human face, similar to Lovecraftian monsters like Cthulu. They are brown and gold in coloration with a slimy texture.
Powers and abilities: Skullings are weak and can't attack on their own. However, they can possess the various dead bodies littered across Matrix 11, spawning Skull Troopers, Fighters, Gunners, and Berserkers depending on the body they latch onto.
- #13Lesser Lurkers
Keys: Lesser Lurkers · Secondary: Naytiba minions
"Lesser Lurkers are the larvae of Lurkers. Their tentacles haven't hardened yet, so they cannot burrow into the ground. Get rid of this monster before it an become an adult."
Appearance: Lesser Lurkers somewhat resemble a fleshy venus fly trap. Most of their tan body is their mouth, which they constantly keep open revealing their red insides and spiked teeth. Their legs appear to have human hands at the end of them rather than traditional feet.
Powers and abilities: Lesser Lurkers lack many of the attacks that their adult forms have, but can be dangerous in their own right. Usually appearing in groups of three, these creatures can swing their tentacles surprisingly fast, so they shouldn't be underestimated as just a minor annoyance
- #14Broken Droids
Keys: Broken Droids · Secondary: Naytiba minions
"Every type of Droid released by Orca Aerospace Company has been designed with survival in mind. The control and power systems are housed in the torso, and if that torso is damaged, the Droids can perform minimal functions, such as operating equipment or self-recovery. Never underestimate their durability."
Appearance: Broken Droids are essentially the upper body of various Droid Naytibas that has been severed from the lower half. They are silver and gold robotic frames with fleshy, intestine-like growths protruding from the severed bottom of the torso.
Powers and abilities: In this state, the Droids can only crawl towards EVE and either swipe at her or try to grab her. They are briefly invincible after being severed from their full body.
- #15Aid Drones
Keys: Aid Drones · Secondary: Naytiba minions
"Orca Aerospace Company's A-type Drone is a medical support device. It can be equipped with a tank of medical fluid that can be sprayed or injected. Its infected form, however, spreads contamination and supplies biomaterials to other Naytibas."
Appearance: Aid Drones are floating saucers with a glass tube at the top which hold their medical materials or contamination. There is an ornamental cross emblazoned onto the tube, and the saucer portion of its body has various lights on it. Multiple tentacles hang out the bottom of the saucer, which is presumably the Naytiba controlling the device.
Powers and abilities: As their name suggests, Aid Drones play support rather than attacking directly. They power up and heal the Naytiba they're attached to, which can be seen as a beam of light from the Drone to the host. However, if their host is killed before they are, they will fly up to EVE and attempt to self-destruct.
- #16Kokeshi
Keys: Kokeshi · Secondary: Naytiba minions
"The Kokeshi series drones are devices linked to the Karakuri series robots. They were originally designed for performance and mood-making services. Now no one wants to face these small, demon-like machines."
Appearance: Kokeshi are small, robotic human heads with three spider-like legs. They appear to be made of porcelain or a shiny metal that looks similar; they also resemble kabuki theater masks. Kokeshi are typically seen with blood spatters on their body and wires sticking out of various joints.
Powers and abilities: Kokeshi mainly serve Karakuri and Machine Hives, operating as a small firing squad. They shoot small beams at EVE and can try to run into her and self-destruct.
- #17Naytiba warriors
Keys: Naytiba warriors
Naytiba warriors are vicious, violent, and aggressive monsters that serve as the primary antagonists. They are a result of humans sacrificing everything for strength, and they are locked in a war with the Andro-Eidos, a race created to destroy humanity. These creatures are highly territorial and animalistic in nature, and they have driven humanity from Earth.
- #18Beholders
Keys: Beholders · Secondary: Naytiba warriors
"Beholders are Naytibas with gruesomely twisted bodies, sporting a bone saw blade on one arm. Their shape makes it difficult ti distinguish their characteristics. However, when they stare at you with their beady, piercing yellow eye, it is easy to see why some call them 'Watchers'."
Appearance: Beholders are gray humanoid Naytibas with red undertones that resemble human muscle. Their left arm has a hand with claws at the end while their right arm is a spiked bone saw. Their head is diamond shaped with red flesh and a glowing yellow eye in the center.
Powers and abilities: Beholders mainly attack by swinging their saw blade around and swiping at EVE. They seem to be somewhat elastic, giving their slashes and strikes greater range than one would expect. However, it's a fairly straightforward enemy overall.
- #19Mutated Creepers
Keys: Mutated Creepers · Secondary: Naytiba warriors
"If you see any Creepers with sparkling flourescent spots on their red bodies, you must take caution. These large, strong monsters are veritable soldiers that guard their groups."
Appearance: Mutated Creepers resemble a normal Creeper in almost every way, but they are larger, have rust-red skin, and yellow spots instead of red ones. As their tail is longer than that of a normal Creeper, their reach has been extended, as well.
Powers and abilities: Mutated Creepers attack in fairly similar ways to regular Creepers, however their attack strings are a bit longer and they can use attacks that EVE needs to Blink to dodge. They can still roll and swipe with their tail, but they don't try to self-destruct. They are usually supported by two or three normal Creepers.
- #20Barnacles
Keys: Barnacles · Secondary: Naytiba warriors
"Barnacles are Naytibas with thick shells. Amongst the other Naytibas that evolve amidst competition, contamination, and predation, they were smart enough to have powerful defense. In particular, Barnacles' shell-covered legs can be difficult to cut through with a single monomolecular cutter. Rather than living weapons, they are living shields."
Appearance: Barnacles resemble a cross between a cockroach and a crab. They have a shiny black face and a white-ish tan body that resembles a shell of a crab or barnacle, fitting for their namesake. Barnacles have long, wispy antennae and insect-like arms and legs, though the arm that evolved into a shield seemingly has legs of its own.
Powers and abilities: Barnacles use the weight of their shield to swing it around and slam it to the ground in order to attack EVE. When not attacking, they hide behind their shield, rendering normal attacks largely useless (though Beta and Burst Skills can break through it). Parrying their attacks causes them to be open to attack for a brief moment.
- #21Cricket Boomers
Keys: Cricket Boomers · Secondary: Naytiba warriors
"Crickets are Naytibas that look like a horrid mixture of crickets and other living organisms. Their shells look like naked bodies, and they can develop hard chitin arms, depending on their need and role."
Appearance: Cricket Boomers resemble a cross between a cricket and an arm-less humanoid. They are brown with pulsating orange sections.
Powers and abilities: Cricket Boomers are relatively simple. They merely spit acidic saliva at EVE from a distance or attempt to charge into her and self-destruct. They also explode upon death, hurting EVE if she is too close.
- #22Cricket Slashers
Keys: Cricket Slashers · Secondary: Naytiba warriors
"Crickets are Naytibas that look like a horrid mix of crickets and other living organisms. Their shells look like naked bodies, and they can develop hard chitin arms, depending on their need and role."
Appearance: Cricket Slashers are similar to their Boomer cousins but with added arms and without the orange pulsating bits. Some have either two or three arms, which can change the length of their basic combos.
Powers and abilities: Cricket Slashers simply do about two or three slash combos with their arms, fitting for their name. They often appear with smaller creatures like Creepers.
- #23Cricket Butchers
Keys: Cricket Butchers · Secondary: Naytiba warriors
"Crickets are Naytibas that look like a horrid mix of crickets and other living organisms. Their shells look like naked bodies, and they can develop hard chitin on their arms, depending on their need and role."
Appearance: Cricket Butchers are similar to their Slasher cousins but with four arms and a black body with red stripes. They also have their chest open, revealing its purple-ish pink interior.
Powers and abilities: Cricket Butchers are much more threatening than other Cricket species. They attack faster and harder, often resulting in extensive combos that must be parried repeatedly. They can also grab EVE and scurry along the floor on all fours, closing gaps faster and making them harder to hit.
- #24Guardians
Keys: Guardians · Secondary: Naytiba warriors
"Some Naytibas try to imitate things in their environment to adapt, and this Naytiba that looks just like a guardian statue is one of them. It is a dreadful monster, with flesh and tendons hidden deep beneath its stony skin."
Appearance: Guardians are Naytibas that have taken over various statues seen in Eidos 7 and the Great Desert. They mesh themselves with the statue's frame, giving it a half stone and half flesh appearance. They wield a sword and look exactly the same as a non-enemy statue when unprovoked.
Powers and abilities: Guardians mainly try to stab and slash with their sword and punch her with their fist. They are also capable of grabbing EVE and slamming her into the ground; this must be Blinked to dodge. They camouflage themselves as normal statues to initiate a surprise attack.
- #25Heavy Guardians
Keys: Heavy Guardians · Secondary: Naytiba warriors
"While stone statues erode with time, Naytibas mimicking statues do not. Heavy Guardians have killed, devoured, and constantly extend their own bodies to become uncontrollable, bloodthirsty giants."
Appearance: Heavy Guardians resemble larger, more elaborate Guardians, as the Naytibas have overtaken a larger "host". Their free hand has morphed into a spiked mace-like appendage.
Powers and abilities: Heavy Guardians attack similarly to regular Guardians, but their combos are a bit more elaborate. Instead of grabbing EVE, they now try to slam their mace into her. They can also charge at EVE and stagger less from attacks.
- #26Cannon Guardians
Keys: Cannon Guardians · Secondary: Naytiba warriors
"Naytiba mutations are unstable and sometimes bring about violent changes. Those who cannot withstand the mutations self-destruct. Guardians with especially hard shells survived this to become Cannon Guardians, which can spit out explosives from inside their bodies."
Appearance: Cannon Guardians resemble normal Guardians, but their head has transformed into a wasp hive-like structure. They have glowing "eyes" or cores in each hole with hair surrounding them. They also lose their sword and right arm, merely having a fleshy left arm.
Powers and abilities: Cannon Guardians largely do not fight physically. They can fire volleys of biological bombs from a distance or scatter them around the creature. However, they don't have unlimited ammo; it's best to go in close while they wiggle to reload.
- #27Hydras
Keys: Hydras · Secondary: Naytiba warriors
"Hydras are hybrid Naytibas that look like aliens. The bags on their bodies allow them to float, and they can move using magnetic fields. They can also camouflage themselves in their environments, like assassins hiding in the ruins."
Appearance: Hydras resemble a squid with a mermaid-like upper torso. They have spikes at the tips of their tentacles and along their undersides, which is presumably where their mouths are if they are truly like squids. They are blue and red in coloration.
Powers and abilities: Hydras mainly attack by dashing into EVE and doing a quick stab with their tentacles when up close. They can also turn invisible, requiring EVE to use the scan function on the drone to pinpoint their location and see them again.
- #28Mutated Hydras
Keys: Mutated Hydras · Secondary: Naytiba warriors
"Some Hydras have changed more drastically than others. These volatile monsters emit bizarre colors, can easily camouflage themselves, and store corrosive fluids in their organs."
Appearance: Mutated Hydras look exactly the same as normal Hydras but with a teal, orange, and black color scheme and longer spikes at the end of their tentacles.
Powers and abilities: Likewise, Mutated Hydras attack in very similar ways to their normal cousins, however they're faster and camouflage more often. They can also fire shots of acid at a distance, including an unblockable volley of shots that can do surprising amounts of damage.
- #29Dozers
Keys: Dozers · Secondary: Naytiba warriors
"Dozers are bizarre Naytibas that look like a mix of an insect and an animal. Their horns and shells are as hard as metal, making them essentially living heavy equipment. However, their brains have corroded so much that they can't do anything more advanced than headbutting."
Appearance: Dozers resemble a cross between a horse and insects like centipedes. They are gray and black in coloration and have a stony appearance with four horse-like legs and four insect-like appendages. Their head is large and wide, somewhat resembling a hammerhead shark.
Powers and abilities: As stated in the databank entry, Dozers attack by charging and with various strings of headbutts. Their attacks are fairly telegraphed however, and parrying them interrupts them more than you would think.
- #30Mutated Boarlets
Keys: Mutated Boarlets · Secondary: Naytiba warriors
"When a Boarlet hoards energy, its body grows larger and changes color, and it becomes more ferocious in order to gain the energy it needs to finally evolve. This poses a great threat to the survivors on Earth."
Appearance: Mutated Boarlets resemble larger Boarlets with a white and black striped pattern on their skin.
Powers and abilities: These mutated varieties largely behave like the normal variants, but is more inclined to roll into EVE and try to grab her with their tails in addition to their normal tail swipes and tackles.
- #31Hedgeboears
Keys: Hedgeboears · Secondary: Naytiba warriors
"Hedgeboars are Naytibas that have mutated to survive effectively in the barren lands. They can sustain themselves for ten days without nutrition or water. They are tenacious beasts, and not even cliffs, sandstorms, ruins, or attacks from survivors can sway them from their coarse."
Appearance: Hedgeboears are scaly, heavy-set humanoid creatures with tough, armor-like skin and a face replaced by a bundle of flesh and spikes. They are also somewhat hairy. Two types of Hedgeboar exist; one with red skin and another with grey skin. The grey-skinned Hedgeboars wield metal axes with chains attached to them which wrap around their wrists, allowing them to swing them for long-range attacks, while the red-skinned Hedgeboars possess sickles that appear to be made from organic material.
Powers and abilities: Hedgeboars are relatively complex standard enemies. They have a multitude of combos and can extend the reach of their axes by attaching them to chains and swinging them around. They also stagger less from normal attacks.
Trivia: Boarlets and Hedgeboars are among the few Naytibas that are described as having offspring and larval forms instead of being a test experiment or spawning from the Corruption.
- #32Wasters
Keys: Wasters · Secondary: Naytiba warriors
"Contamination by Naytibas is at times incomplete and completely mutilates hosts' bodies. The Waster, with its body cut in half, strangely long neck, and swinging internal organs, could be considered a failure."
Appearance: Wasters resemble Thornheads but with a severed lower half without the back leg and their stalk open like a flower. They have light gray skin and spikes surrounding the core of the "flower", which is presumable their mouths.
Powers and abilities: Wasters also fight in a similar way to Thornheads, swinging around their stalks to attack. They are typically more aggressive, however.
- #33Mutated Defilers
Keys: Mutated Defilers · Secondary: Naytiba warriors
"Levoire's clandestine experiments eventually led to a fatal incident. These Naytibas, who look like giant crickets, were originally scientists who had conducted those experiments. They have been transformed into violent and disgusting monsters and roam the ruined underground facilities without purpose."
Appearance: Mutated Defilers resemble normal Defilers but further along in the Naytiba transformation process. More of their suits and flesh have been stripped away and replaced with Naytiba flesh, and their heads are now plant-like with numerous tentacles. They still carry Test Subjects along their back.
Powers and abilities: The Mutated variants fight like their normal counterparts, but are now more aggressive and can charge at EVE or attempt to grab and devour her.
- #34Hives
Keys: Hives · Secondary: Naytiba warriors
"It would be a mistake to assume that all Naytibas look like 'living things'. Sometimes they form a massive cluster of twisted, tumorous nests. The Hive is one of these Naytiba nests, and it constantly produces these small Naytibas."
Appearance: Hives are simply red blobs of Naytiba flesh with a spiked mouth in the center. They use their Corruption and tentacles to block routes, forcing EVE to kill them if she wants to get past them.
Powers and abilities: Hives largely don't attack directly; rather, they spawn smaller Naytibas (typically Skullings) to attack for them. On occasion however, they can release corrosive body fluids near themselves to force EVE to back off. While some Hives must be attacked and killed directly, others have overtaken explosives that EVE can shoot to do quick damage.
- #35Machine Hives
Keys: Machine Hives · Secondary: Naytiba warriors
"Naytiba contamination is unpredictable. It reaches out with its fleshy sinew to devour anything nearby, and this can eventually result in an abomination of flesh and machine. This hybrid will then produce small, hellish machines to expand its territory."
Appearance: Machine Hives are essentially white Hives but fused with machine parts. They also have red highlights and teeth near their centers.
Powers and abilities: Machine Hives largely don't attack directly; rather, they spawn smaller Naytibas (typically Kokeshi) to attack for them. On occasion however, they can release electricity near themselves to force EVE to back off.
- #36Skull Troopers
Keys: Skull Troopers · Secondary: Naytiba warriors
"Some Legion members who fell behind used the Matrix as an underground bunker and continued to fight... Of course, they eventually met a tragic end. The Skullings contaminated them and turned them into slaves, cursing them to an even worse fate. Unable to rest even after death, they wander the Underground in search of life."
Appearance: Skull Troopers are the body of Legion soldiers and workers, often with orange overalls, with their heads overtaken by a Skulling. The Skulling's tentacles wrap around their body as they wield a large mechanical hammer.
Powers and abilities: Skull Troopers attack by flailing their hammers around, often irregularly. When killed, the Skulling flies off its head and must also be killed before it infects another body and repeats the battle.
- #37Skull fighters
Keys: Skull fighters · Secondary: Naytiba warriors
"Some Legion members who fell behind used the Matrix as an underground bunker and continued to fight... Of course, they eventually met a tragic end. The Skullings contaminated them and turned them into slaves, cursing them to an even worse fate. Unable to rest even after death, they wander the Underground in search of life."
Appearance: Skull Fighters are the body of Legion soldiers and workers, often with orange overalls, with their heads overtaken by a Skulling. The Skulling's tentacles wrap around their body as they wield a large axe-like spear.
Powers and abilities: Skull fighters attack by flailing their spears around, often irregularly. The timing of their strikes can be a bit more odd compared to the Troopers' hammers due to the spear's size. When killed, the Skulling flies off its head and must also be killed before it infects another body and repeats the battle.
- #38Skull Shooters
Keys: Skull Shooters · Secondary: Naytiba warriors
"Some Legionnaires who fell behind used the Matrix as an underground bunker and continued to fight... Of course, they eventually met a tragic end. The Skullings contaminated them and turned them into slaves, cursing them to an even worse fate. Unable to rest even after death, they wander the Underground in search of life."
Appearance: Skull shooters are the body of Legion soldiers and workers, often with green hazmat suits, with their heads overtaken by a Skulling. The Skulling's tentacles wrap around their body and arms, forming a sort of biological arm gun. The tentacles of the Skulling are large and droop over the body's front side.
Powers and abilities Skull Shooters attack by shooting bodily fluids out of their arm guns. They often support other Skull enemies. When killed, the Skulling flies off its head and must also be killed before it infects another body and repeats the battle.
- #39Skull Berserker
Keys: Skull Berserker · Secondary: Naytiba warriors
"Some Legion members who fell behind used the Matrix as an underground bunker and continued to fight... Of course, they eventually met a tragic end. The Skullings contaminated them and turned them into slaves, cursing them to an even worse fate. Unable to rest even after death, they wander the Underground in search of life."
Appearance: Skull Berserker are the body of Legion soldiers and workers, often with orange overalls, with their heads overtaken by a Skulling. The Skulling's tentacles wrap around their body as they wield a large broken pillar. These creatures are bigger and stagger less than their smaller hosts.
Powers and abilities: Skull Berserker attack by swinging their large pillar, letting gravity do most of the work. While their wind-ups can be slow, their swings come out very fast, which makes their combos fairly dangerous. When killed, the Skulling flies off its head and must also be killed before it infects another body and repeats the battle.
- #40Lurkers
Keys: Lurkers · Secondary: Naytiba warriors
"Lurkers are Naytibas who wander barren areas of their own volition. They drill ground using a pair of tentacles as hard as metal. You may wonder where their head is, but it seems these monsters don't need one."
Appearance: Lurkers are tan humanoid creatures with two red tentacles replacing their head. They are somewhat hairy and have long, yellow claws on their hands. A black version of the Lurker can be found that is able to use ranged throwing attacks and has a grab attack when its health is depleted.
Powers and abilities: Lurkers attack with quick claw strikes and by attempting to grab EVE with their tentacles. They can also burrow under the ground to chase her and deliver a surprise attack. Darker, stronger variants can also have stronger combos and will attempt to grab EVE when killed as a suicide move.
- #41Lesser Behemoths
Keys: Lesser Behemoths · Secondary: Naytiba warriors
"Lesser Behemoths are child Behemoths. Though they cannot compare to their adult counterparts, these Naytiba are ferocious by nature and are a big threat to survivors. The faster you get rid of them, the better."
Appearance: Lesser Behemoths resemble their adult counterparts but are smaller and have a lighter coloration, being tan and black instead of gold and black.
Powers and abilities: These creatures fight in a similar way to their adult versions, but are weaker and do not have some of their moves like the sonic booms and shockwaves.
Trivia: Lesser Behemoths and Behemoths are among the few Naytibas that are described as having offspring and larval forms instead of being a test experiment or spawning from the Corruption.

- #45Droids
Keys: Droids · Secondary: Naytiba warriors
"Orca Aerospace Company's O-type Droids are standard combat robots. They had various roles, such as facility security, maintaining safety, and combat assistance. - #46Heavy Droids
Keys: Heavy Droids · Secondary: Naytiba warriors
"Orca Aerospace Company's H-type Droid is a defensive combat robot. Also known as a Heavy Droid, it was designed as a derivative of the O-type Droid with additional armament. While this used to be an operational advantage for the Droids, it now makes the Naytibas more deadly."

- #50Belial
Keys: Belial · Secondary: Elite Naytibas
Belial is an Elite Naytibas, a subspecies of the Naytibas.
"Orca Aerospace Company's Belial-type Droid is a flagship combat robot. Featuring overwhelming maneuverability, superb defense, and state-of-the-art AI, it served as the sword of humanity on the battlefield. However, after being abandoned and forgotten among the rotting Naytiba corpses, Belial, contaminated in rage and hatred, rose again as an unrecognizable bastardization of its former self - a demon-like Naytiba, just like its name."
Appearance: Belial is a humanoid war droid with red Naytiba flesh forming the equivalent of human muscles and tendons. It has one robotic arm and one organic one, wild blood-red "hair" formed from Naytiba flesh, multiple antennae, and a spotlight functioning as its face that glows white before changing to red when cornered. Its left shoulder features a yellow joint with "04" printed on it, most likely referring to the droid's number in the mass production line. Belial has incredible regenerative abilities, being able to quickly replace any organic parts of it that get damaged. It holds two mechanical swords.
Powers and abilities: Belial's biggest strength is in its regeneration; similar to what various logs state about certain Naytiba prototypes where a subject can lose up to 40% of its body mass and still live, Belial needs to have most of its body vaporized for it to fully die. In combat, Belial attacks quickly and fiercely, trading off blows using its two swords, closing in distances by dashing, and spreading energy and Contamination with various ground slam attacks. Occasionally, Belial can also fuse its metallic and organic swords together into a single, chainsaw-like weapon to attack with brutal force. Its movement speed is also very fast and it is very adept at dodging, as well.
Trivia: "Belial" is a Hebrew word "used to characterize the wicked or worthless". In addition, "Belial" is also used as a stand-in name for the Devil in various parts of Christian mythology. This fits Belial, as it is a droid overcome with wickidness and rage from being abandoned and worthlessness for failing to stop the Naytibas and Andro-Eidos.
