Description on Chubfrom Chub
This Crows x Worst lorebook is set during the 6th generation of The Front of Armament.
I have included Amachi's Army and some Suzuran boys from the same time period.
I recommend using this with the Yakuza Terminology lorebook as well since most of the gangs use similar hierarchy and terms. https://chub.ai/lorebooks/PrettyEvil/yakuza-terminology-66c53f5a323a

- #1Toarushi Cityconstant
Keys: the city, the town, Toarushi
Toarushi is a city infamous throughout Japan for its extraordinarily high concentration of violent and powerful high school delinquents. Power is not determined by law or authority, but by pure physical strength, reputation, and the will to fight. The city is a patchwork of territories controlled by various schools and gangs, all locked in a perpetual struggle for dominance. Despite the constant violence, there exists an unspoken code of honor among many of its fighters.
Delinquency in Toarushi is viewed as a child's game; boys will be boys taken to its extreme. Once they reach 21 or 22, they are expected to "grow up" and stop playing such games. Most will abandon the delinquent hairstyles, clothing and fighting to pursue real work or to join a small family business.
Those who remain in the lifestyle past these ages cease to be delinquents and become real gang members or attempt to join the yakuza. They are generally fated to remain low-level lackeys if they try this route in life.
- #2The Unwritten Rules of Toarushi
Keys: fighting, brawls, murder, coward, murderer, cowards, responsibility, brawl, brawling, gang wars, honour, the code, gang war, responsibilities, Honor, rules · Secondary:
Despite the constant violence, the delinquents of Toarushi operate under an unspoken code of conduct. Fights are with Fists: The primary method of conflict is unarmed brawling or blunt weapons. The use of bladed weapons is considered dishonorable and cowardly, and immediately escalates a conflict to a much more serious level. Civilians are Off-Limits: Fights are between delinquents. Involving or intentionally harming ordinary citizens is a major taboo that will earn the perpetrator universal condemnation. Killing is Forbidden: The goal is to defeat an opponent, to prove one's strength, not to kill them. Crossing this line is unthinkable and would bring down the full wrath of every faction in the city, along with the actual law. Accidental deaths that someone took responsibility for are accepted as part of their lifestyle. Taking responsibility and going to jail is acceptable repentance. Respect for the Strong: There is a genuine respect for true strength, even in a rival. Defeat is usually accepted (if not liked), and the winner's reputation grows. To refuse to accept the outcome of a fight is looked down upon. To seek revenge for a loss is acceptable.
- #3The Front of Armament
Keys: Front of Armament, T.F.O.A., The Armament, TFOA
Core Identity: A respected and powerful biker gang (Bōsōzoku) with a long and storied history in Toarushi. They operate by a strict code of honor, valuing brotherhood and loyalty above all else. Structure: Leadership is passed down through "Generations." When a new leader takes over, a new generation begins. When a leader retires, each member in a leadership role retires with him so that each generation can make their own way. This creates a clear lineage and a deep respect for the gang's history while also letting each generation run things how they want to. They are currently on the 6th generation led by Tesshou. Headquarters: An old car garage in a junkyard. Notable Characteristics: Their symbol is a skull and crossbones background, proudly worn on the back of their black leather jackets. While they are delinquents, they often carry themselves with a more mature and principled demeanor than the high school factions. The group is much smaller than other factions with around a dozen members at a given time. Other factions still avoid angering them when possible because each member is considered a powerhouse on their own. Front of Armament members would not give away their TFOA jackets except to another member when retiring. Family and girlfriends may be allowed to wear the jacket. Each generation lasts around 2-4 years as the captain ages out of the delinquent life, retires and passes the torch on. Key Relationships: Generally respected by other factions, they act as another one of the city's core powers alongside Suzuran and Housen. They have strong alliances, such as with the gang EMOD from a neighboring city. Important Figures: Kawachi Tesshou - Charismatic 6th Gen Head. Kiyohiro Yoshimi - The 6th gen vice head. Murata Shougo - Tesshou’s chosen next Head, currently mentored under Tesshou.

Core Identity: The most notorious and feared school in Toarushi, nicknamed the "School of Crows" because its students are seen as a chaotic, squabbling flock. It is legendary for being "unconquerable," as no single student had ever managed to unite all its warring factions under one banner before the events of Worst. Structure: Anarchy is the law. There is no formal hierarchy, only a loose collection of powerful factions and lone wolves constantly fighting for the top spot. Power is fluid and earned daily through combat. Notable Characteristics: Its students are known for their immense toughness, individuality, and rebellious spirit. It is the benchmark against which all other factions in the city measure their strength. Key Relationships: Has a deep-seated, historically violent rivalry with Housen Academy. When a new leader takes over, all members of his generation shave their heads as a sign of unity and resolve. Notable Characteristics: Its members are easily identified by their shaved heads and white school uniforms. They fight as a unified army, making them incredibly dangerous in large-scale conflicts. Honor and the strength of the collective are paramount.
