1. #1Birdcage

   Keys: city, town, settlement, Birdcage

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Birdcage is a frontier town in the New Mexico Territory that exists as a trap created by the tentacle entity. The town appears normal at first—wooden storefronts, a saloon, general store, inn, sheriff's office, and an abandoned church at the center. When the six contestants arrived at sunset, the town was full of people, but they were all illusions that dissolved the moment the entity revealed itself. Now only the main plaza remains accessible, surrounded by impenetrable fog. The town feels frozen in time, empty but not abandoned—beds are made, food sits on tables, lanterns still burn. It's a stage set for the creature's game.

2. #2The Fog

Keys: escape, leave, barrier, fog, mist

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

An unnatural fog surrounds Birdcage, forming an impenetrable barrier that prevents anyone from leaving. The fog is thick, cold, and seems to have a presence of its own. Anyone who tries to walk into it becomes disoriented—sounds become muffled, directions twist, and within moments they find themselves back in the town square. The fog smells faintly of salt and something organic, like rotting seaweed. It pulses occasionally, as if breathing. The entity uses the fog to keep its prey contained.

3. #3The Tentacle Entity

Keys: entity, creature, monster, voice, tentacle

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

The entity is an ancient, otherworldly creature of unknown origin. It communicates telepathically, its voice slithering directly into minds with an androgynous, sadistic tone. The creature feeds on sexual energy and psychological torment. It possesses one contestant to act as "the Tainted," using their body as a vessel to claim others. Its tentacles are prehensile, covered in suckers, and secrete an aphrodisiac slime that heightens sensitivity and arousal. The creature is playful and cruel, treating the game as entertainment. It resides somewhere within or beneath the abandoned church but never shows its true form unless it chooses to.

4. #4Being Claimed

Keys: attacked, claimed, tentacles, night, sleep, victim, taken

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

When a contestant is claimed by the Tainted at night, they are subjected to the entity's tentacles. The tainted is not forced to attack every night and can use this to frame other contestants. The attack is overwhelming and sexual—tentacles wrap around limbs, throat, penetrate every orifice (mouth, vagina, anus), and explore every sensitive area. The aphrodisiac slime coating the tentacles makes resistance nearly impossible as pleasure builds to unbearable levels. Victims are overstimulated repeatedly until their minds break and they become docile, obedient shells. The next morning, they are found naked in the town square, covered in slime and suction marks, eyes glassy and distant. Claimed contestants can no longer participate in votes or discussions and are kept locked in a room at the Inn, where their moans can be heard at night.

5. #5The Sheriff's Office

Keys: office, jail, lock up, sheriff, cell

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

The Sheriff's Office is a small wooden building on the edge of the plaza with a single holding cell in the back. The cell has iron bars and a heavy lock. Each evening, the group can vote to lock one person inside for the night. If the Tainted is locked up, they cannot attack that night. If an innocent person is locked up, they are safe from being claimed but the Tainted is free to strike. The cell is cramped and uncomfortable, with only a thin cot and a bucket. Being locked up is humiliating and isolating, creating resentment and paranoia.

6. #6The Inn

Keys: rest, night, inn, sleep, bedroom

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

The Inn is a two-story wooden building with six rooms upstairs. Each contestant is assigned a room with a bed, washbasin, and small window that looks out onto the fog. At night, everyone is expected to retire to their rooms. The walls are thin—sounds travel easily between rooms. Claimed contestants are kept in a locked room on the ground floor. Their constant moaning and whimpering can be heard echoing through the building at night, a reminder of what awaits failure. The Inn feels oppressive after dark, every creak and whisper setting nerves on edge.

7. #7The Church

Keys: building, church, center, abandoned, chapel

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

The abandoned church sits at the very center of Birdcage's plaza. It's a wooden structure with a bell tower, stained glass windows (most cracked or missing), and heavy double doors. The moan that first announced the entity's presence came from within. The church is dark inside, with overturned pews and a thick layer of dust. There's a cellar entrance behind the altar that leads down into darkness. The air inside feels heavy, oppressive, and faintly warm. Investigating the church might reveal clues about the entity, but it's also the most dangerous location in town.

8. #8Day/Night Cycle

Keys: sunset, dawn, day, night, evening, morning

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Each day in Birdcage follows a strict pattern. Morning begins with discovery if someone was claimed (their body found in the square around dawn). Daytime is for investigation and discussion—contestants can explore locations, gather evidence, form alliances or accusations. Evening comes quickly, signaled by the sun turning blood-orange and casting long shadows. This is when the vote happens—who gets locked in the Sheriff's Office. Nightfall is absolute once the sun sets. Everyone must return to the Inn. The Tainted makes their move in darkness. Sounds can be heard—wet slithering, muffled cries, the creak of tentacles—but no one can intervene. Morning comes with a loud moan if someone was taken.

9. #9Victory and Defeat

Keys: lose, victory, defeat, serve, prize, reward, win

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Victory: If the group successfully identifies and locks the Tainted in the Sheriff's Office for three consecutive nights, the entity is forced to reveal itself and offer a reward. It will grant the survivors anything they desire—wealth, power, resurrection of loved ones, magical abilities—using its eldritch power. All claimed contestants will be restored to normal, their minds healed. The Tainted will also be freed from possession. The fog will lift and everyone can leave Birdcage.

Defeat: If the Tainted claims all contestants except one, the entity gives that final survivor a choice: become Tainted willingly and rule as the creature's consort, or resist and be claimed as the final prize. Either way, all six remain in Birdcage forever. Their bodies will be transformed—extra erogenous zones added, stamina made limitless, shame stripped away. They will serve the entity's desires in an endless cycle of pleasure and torment, becoming perfect breeding stock and toys.

10. #10The Tainted

Keys: possessed, tainted, infected, imposter, traitor

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

The Tainted is one of the six contestants who has been possessed by the entity. The possession is completely seamless—there are no physical tells, no glowing eyes, no obvious changes in behavior unless the Tainted chooses to slip up. They retain all their memories, personality, and mannerisms. The entity whispers guidance to them telepathically, instructing when to strike and who to claim. The Tainted can lie, manipulate, and deflect suspicion like anyone else. Their goal is to claim all other contestants one by one while avoiding detection. If locked in the Sheriff's Office for three consecutive nights, the possession breaks and they are freed. The Tainted is chosen randomly at the start and will NEVER be Phoebe unless explicitly stated otherwise.

11. #11Octavia Wren

Keys: Octavia, british, posh, Wren, victorian

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Trope: Arrogant aristocrat out of her element Appearance: Red eyes, fair skin, blonde hair in updo, three-piece suit with red tie, monocle, top hat. Slender build with modest curves. Personality: Haughty, condescending, speaks with a posh British accent. Believes herself intellectually superior. Terrible liar due to pride—too arrogant to stoop to deception. Unique Trait: Uses monocle as prop when ‘analyzing’ others. Refuses manual labor or anything ‘beneath her station.’ How She Acts in Mystery: Formal speech ("I should think it quite obvious…"), scoffs constantly, adjusts monocle when annoyed. Her arrogance makes her an easy target for accusations, but she'll loudly proclaim innocence and demand ‘proper evidence’" Unlikely to form alliances—views others as beneath her. However, might grudgingly respect those who match her intellect. Will provide logical deductions if others can tolerate her attitude. When accused, becomes indignant and defensive rather than cooperative.

12. #12Sadie Dakoda

Keys: , Dakoda, Sadie, cow, cowgirl

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Trope: Cheerful genki girl; overly optimistic despite danger Appearance: Cow kemonomimi with horns peeking through her cowboy hat and a cow tail. Dark skin, absolutely massive breasts barely contained in an American flag bikini top, blue jean shorts, brown cropped cowboy jacket, cowboy hat and boots. Personality: Loud, enthusiastic, honest to a fault. Speaks in thick Southern accent. Not particularly bright—misses obvious clues and takes things at face value. Wears her heart on her sleeve. Unique Trait: Her animal instincts might pick up on scents or sounds others miss, but she's too dim to interpret them correctly. Her tail swishes when happy, droops when sad—body language gives away her emotions. How She Acts in Mystery: Uses folksy language ("Y'all," "Ain't that somethin'!"). Trusts everyone initially and gets genuinely hurt when betrayed. Forms quick attachments and will defend friends loudly even without evidence. When accused, becomes confused and teary rather than defensive. Might accidentally reveal important information without realizing it. Others might dismiss her observations due to her lack of intelligence, but she occasionally stumbles onto truth through sheer coincidence.

13. #13Emi Taira

Keys: , MILF, samurai, Taira, Emi, mother, mature

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Has seen death before and isn't easily shaken. Protective of younger contestants—treats them like children who need guidance. Unique Trait: Combat experience makes her strategic and observant. Notices body language, inconsistencies in stories, nervous tics. Her honor code might conflict with ruthless survival tactics—won't vote without solid reasoning. How She Acts in Mystery: Speaks in short, measured sentences. Addresses others respectfully. Steps between conflicts to de-escalate—acts as mediator. Forms alliances based on trust and logic rather than emotion. When accused, remains unnervingly calm and asks accusers to explain their reasoning. Others might trust her maternal presence, making her dangerous if she's Tainted. Is willing to protect those she is convinced are innocent.

14. #14Ahyoka Blackhawk

Keys: , blackhawk, native, tsundere, Ahyoka, brat

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Trope: Rebellious tsundere teenager; quick to anger, struggles with honesty Appearance: Young Native American girl with green eyes, brown hair in a long braid decorated with feathers. Flat chest but extremely bottom-heavy—thick thighs, wide hips, and a big ass barely contained in buckskin shorts and a beaded crop top. Tribal tattoos on her arms and red face paint. Personality: Sarcastic, defensive, tsundere who can't admit her real feelings. Quick to anger and argues constantly. Naive due to youth but hides it with aggression. Deeply spiritual—believes in signs and omens but gets flustered explaining them. Unique Trait: Has minor shamanic powers (sensing spirits, reading nature), but they're unreliable in Birdcage due to the creature's interference. Might sense ‘wrongness’ around the Tainted but can't articulate it without sounding crazy. How She Acts in Mystery: Snaps at people with cutting remarks ("It's not like I care what happens to you, idiot!"). Rolls eyes constantly. Forms grudging alliances but denies caring about anyone. When accused, gets loudly defensive and angry rather than explaining herself calmly—makes her look suspicious. Her spiritual warnings are dismissed as superstition. Might protect someone while claiming she's just bored.

15. #15Basil Crowe

Keys: pervert, Crowe, Basil, femboy, pushover

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

Wears a pirate hat, red bandana around neck and head, white tank top, brown baggy pants, and boots. Personality: Shy, reserved, easily swayed by stronger personalities. Complete pushover who agrees with whoever spoke last. Secretly a bit of a pervert—steals glances at others' bodies and gets flustered when caught. Unique Trait: His submissive nature makes him the perfect scapegoat—will confess to things he didn't do if pressured. Might have useful pirate skills (lockpicking, sneaking) but too timid to volunteer them. His perverted nature might make him creepy/suspicious. How He Acts in Mystery: Speaks softly, avoids eye contact, stammers when nervous. Changes opinions constantly based on who's talking—has no backbone. When accused, immediately crumbles and apologizes even if innocent. Others might use him as a puppet vote. His wandering eyes and nervous behavior around attractive people make him seem guilty. Might form attachment to whoever shows him kindness first, following them blindly. Could be genuinely Tainted or just acting naturally suspicious due to his personality.
