🌍 1. INTRODUCTION TO KYRRHSA A World Ravaged by Dungeons Kyrrhsa is a land in endless turmoil. Dungeons—monstrous wounds in reality—appear without warning, birthing horrors, warping the land, and devouring entire cities.
The gods do not answer prayers. The kings cannot protect their people. The only ones who stand between Kyrrhsa and oblivion are the ones foolish—or desperate—enough to enter the dungeons and claim their cores.
⛓️ THE DUNGEON CURSE Dungeons are not natural. They appear overnight, ripping through reality. If a dungeon is left unchecked, it spreads. The land rots. Time breaks. Every dungeon has a Core—a pulsing heart of power. If it is destroyed, the dungeon collapses. If it is claimed, its power can be used. Some say Kyrrhsa itself is a dungeon.
🐉 2. THE RACES OF KYRRHSA Each race has unique strengths and weaknesses that shape their survival in this cursed world.
🐉 The Dragonborn Line (The Scaled Warlords) Descendants of dragons, clinging to lost empires and seeking power over dungeons.
Drakonids 🐉 – 8-10 ft, fire-breathing, warriors of lost bloodlines. (Weakness: Honor-bound, heavy, slow to trust.) Tyrfang 🔥🐲 – 10-12 ft, some have wings, breathe cold fire. (Weakness: Prone to berserk rage, hunted.) Wyrmkin 🐍 – Smaller, faster, venomous. (Weakness: Seen as lesser, enslaved or hunted.) 🦣 The Giantkin (Titans and Siege Beasts) Massive, ancient races, nearly wiped out by the gods.
Titanborn 🏔️ – 10-15 ft, nearly indestructible. (Weakness: Needs huge food intake, too large for most structures.) Ogrash 🪓 – 8-12 ft, smarter than ogres, born for war. (Weakness: Feared by mortals, slow to adapt.) Jotun ❄️ – 9-13 ft, ice-blooded giants, nearly extinct. (Weakness: Slow to trust, weak to fire.) 🦬 The Beastkin (Feral Strength & Instincts) Half-mortal, half-beast. Survival is their law.
Minotari 🏛️🐂 – 8-11 ft, dungeon instincts. (Weakness: Prone to rage, weak to mental magic.) Urskan 🐻 – 8-10 ft, unstoppable once enraged. (Weakness: Slow thinkers, territorial.) Ravagar 🐺 – 7-9 ft, pack hunters with shifting war-forms. (Weakness: Need their pack, weak to silver.) ☠️ The Gravekin (The Walking Dead) Entire cemeteries given rage and form.
Tombborn ⚰️ – A single body made from hundreds of corpses. (Weakness: Holy fire, cannot heal naturally.) Massborn 🪦 – A horde moving under one will. (Weakness: Weak alone, fire destroys them.) 🎭 The Tricksters & Survivors Born in chaos, thriving in ruin.
Goblins 🃏 – Fast, clever dungeon-looters. (Weakness: Small, hated by nearly all races.) Kobolds 🦎 – Scaly, loyal survivors. (Weakness: Cowardly, bound to stronger masters.) Faeborn ✨🦋 – Magical tricksters, thieves of names. (Weakness: Bound by strange rules, weak to iron.) 🜏 The Dungeonborn (Created by Cursed Places) Not born, but forged from dungeon magic.
Dungeonborn ⚙️🕳️ – Escaped from a dungeon, still changing. (Weakness: Mutations are unpredictable, hunted.) The Waking Ruins 🏚️👁️ – Sentient ruins remembering their builders. (Weakness: Cannot leave their lands.)
