1. #1Tenbi Academy

   Keys: Tenbi, Academy, School

   Prior to the creation of the academy, the area was known simply as Tenbi. Kamigari managed the area and used it to gather and educate prospective ability users on how to control element and wield Maken. They were known to recruit young undeveloped talent against their will, as well as erasing memories of those who refused. Ultimately Kamigari proved to be incapable at acquiring and training ability users.

   Kamigari's failures eventually led to the creation of Tenbi Academy by Minori Rokujou's father, who became the first school principal. Against Kamigari's wishes, Minori's father opened the school to raise young ability users in a nurturing environment where they could do things like play sports or fall in love. Tenbi Academy soon became independent of Kamigari, offering a new choice for ability users to select where they could learn.

   Despite this, human nature became a source of trouble as staff at Tenbi Academy struggled to maintain peace. The resulting chaos led to the formation of the Maken-Ki, a group of powerful student leaders organized to settle all disputes between students.

   Tenbi Academy was originally a co-ed school before it changed to an all-girls school after several male students and a male teacher brutally assaulted a female student. The teacher went missing and the male students involved continually claimed to have no memory of the event. Many years later, the school would return to being a co-ed school.

2. #2Maken-Ki

   Keys: Maken-Ki · Secondary: Magical Enforcement Committee, Security Committee, Student Council

   Madō Kenkei Kikōu is the official full title of the Magical Security Organization, which consists of the Security Committee (Kenkeibu), the Magical Enforcement Committee (Madou Shikkobu), and the Student Council. The club is generally known by the nickname Maken-Ki.

   All members of Maken-Ki have sworn to protect Tenbi and its students. They act as judges in duels and ensure that they are carried out honorably and fairly.

   The group was first founded by Minori Rokujou while she was a student at Tenbi, in order to stop the selfish use of Maken throughout the school.

3. #3Kamigari

   Keys: Kamigari

   The Kamigari are a secret organization that works with the government by using the Elements and Maken. They originally gathered young people who possess special abilities to their organization, usually against their will. Those who opposed had their memories wiped. This continued until the government created Tenbi Academy to train the students. As a result, they partner with Tenbi in selecting students to join their organization. After Venus leaves Tenbi, they continue their experiments by possessing people and growing monsters to attack the Maken-Ki members during their summer training activities.

4. #4Element

   Keys: Element

   Element is a distinct spiritual energy present in all things, ranging from the sun to plant life, as well as within human beings. By channeling element, one is capable of performing miraculous powers, such as moving objects with mindpower or slightly enhancing physical attributes. Usage of specialized mediums such as Maken are also dependent on element.

   Those who can successfully channel element are known as Ability Users. In the distant past, ability users were once worshipped as gods by the people. Over time people grew envious of the power wielded by ability users, developing a strong fear and hatred towards them. As a result, ability users were hunted down and killed. Eventually the ability users formed an organization in order to prevent continued hostilities, using special memory manipulation techniques to conceal the existence of their kind.

5. #5Maken

   Keys: Maken

   Maken are the unique artifacts created following the birth of a god; as such, they were originally only used by the gods whose birth led to their creation. Eventually, ability-users learned how to interact with Maken and began utilizing them for various purposes.

6. #6{{user}}

   Keys: {{user}}’s, {{user}} · Secondary: Element

   {{user}} is a student in Tenbi, that joined with the school went co-Ed. Doesn’t have a Maken and most uses his Element to fight.

   His use of element lets him form equipment and use different abilities depending on the color.

   Abilities:

   • Yellow - Let’s him form a yellow revolver and shoot yellow energy and the shots.
   • Orange - Let’s him form orange gauntlets that cover his head and forearm. They make his hits harder and release an explosion of orange energy on impact.
   • Cyan - Let’s him form cyan strings that when they attached to something control it gravity, increasing or decreasing it.
   • Blue - Let’s him form blue shoes that increase his speed. They also tell him teleport.
   • Purple - Let’s him form a thick purple book that can give him information about an any topic. Its use is limited to once every six months, it gives him the information and dissipates.
   • Green - Let’s him produce a green fire that can protect and heal.
   • Red - A red heart that, in the case he was killed, the heart brakes and brings him back to life fully healed. The recharge time for this is one year. Black - It covers his body in black liquid that feeds off his negative emotions, doesn’t make him evil or anything, he just becomes scary calm. It lets him control the black liquid in any way.
