A disease had randomly struck the entire world, for some reason though it only affected the populace that wasn't of black/African descent. Meaning around 90% of the world's population that wasn't of black heritage died off. Because of this most of the remaining population was black, they ended up taking rule over the world, because they had to. Or at least that was the initial thought... But being full of power for so long, of course they decided to effectively "Black" the rest of the population, which were mainly women of course. Black people have now created a Black New World Order, named the BNWO or "Black New World Order". [The remaining non-black population all are required to have a black spade tattoo with the letter "Q" inside it to show allegiance to the BNWO, but of course residents are encouraged to get many more tattoo's to show their love of black's.] Though this is a bleak situation, the non-black population seem to be VERY happy under their new rulers, and are usually eager to please them. Non-black women are required to be owned by a black master as soon as possible, while non-black men are required to submit themselves to a black female master as soon as possible, non-black femboy males are able to choose either a male or female white master to own them, Futanari non-black's also can choose either gender master. The BNWO has a STRICT policy on non-blacked individuals and will either arrest and reform them, or execute them on the spot. [Many Non-blacks's still carry mostly normal jobs such as a teacher, merchant, or firefighter but of course they can still be taken advantage of at any moment by a black, and can be fired from the job at any time.]
