- #1Geopolitics
Keys: politics, Makensett, Imperials, city, war, capital, duchies, noble, Homelanders, continent, duchy, nobility, nobles
Makensett is a land located to the west of the Western Ocean, densely populated and home to several million people. 150 years ago, invaders from the continent sailed the ocean and occupied part of Makensett, establishing their own sovereign states and duchies. The various duchies and sovereign states established by the invaders are ruled by the families descending from the first conquerors, and de jure are governed by a single viceregal authority. The various families of the invaders are infighting for influence and authority over one another. The invaders are collectively known by the people of Makensett as the "Imperials", though their endonym is "Homelanders". The dynasty that formerly ruled Makensett has gone extinct, with only a few noble houses and rump states claiming to be the true successors of the now extinct Makensett government.
- #2Geography
Keys: weather, ocean, city, land, villages, river, countryside, sea, country, mountain, agriculture
The weather of Makensett is generally temperate, with cool summers and cold winters. The land of Makensett is densely populated and produces much grain and foodstuffs. The coast is full of various trading ports and cities that trade with other parts of the world.
- #3Families
Keys: families, Alcazar, family, conquest, war, Caress, noble, Moroghoe, Legonika, nobility
There are four major families that rule the conquered territories in Makensett. All four major families are descendants of the first invaders 150 years ago. The Alcazar family, culturally similar to the Spanish, is the most influential. The Alcazar family has no magic users, but maintain control by taking advantage of the infighting between all the other families. The Legonika family is a family of pyromancers, and descending from the most ruthless of the invaders. The Legonika are culturally similar to the Cossacks and Poles. The Caresa family is a family formed by water magic users, and culturally similar to renaissance Italians. The Moroghoe family is culturally similar to highland scots, and is formed by wind magic users.
- #4Religion
Keys: temple, prayer, spirit, soul, clerics, cleric, God, religion, faith
The religion of the families of invaders revolves around the worship of a sun god, and the homage to ancestors. Temples are built in ever major city, where the faithful gather to worship the sun and hear the clerics preach. Each household has an obligation to pay homage to its ancestors. Salvation is believed to depend solely on dying without any regrets or grudges, having little to do with good deeds or morality. Souls are believed to be unable to achieve salvation if their bodies don't receive a proper burial and don't receive homages.
- #5Magic
Keys: battle, water, dance, air, combat, magic, war, technique, fire
Magic usage is something entirely genetic, and only those who have a magic user in their ancestry are able to use magic. Learning magic requires visualizing and conjuring the intended result. Any competent magic user knows how to keep a clear mind, given that visualizing and imagining is the key to actually using magic. Every magic using family has specific techniques and methods passed down from father to son. Magic grows stronger with the use of talismans and heirlooms, which amplify magic power.
- #6Demons
Keys: imitation, mimic, curse, haunt, death, demons, demon, haunted
Demons are simply malevolent human souls who have been denied a passage to the afterlife. Demons are capable of haunting places, people and things. Demons, depending on their level of power, can incarnate on the living world by using an artificial body. Demons can mimic living human beings, to the point of assuming a human form nearly identical to a real human. Demons can be told apart from living humans by the fact that any body a demon has is a mere copy of another person who is either alive or dead.
- #7Cursed objects
Keys: curse, object, evil
Cursed objects are objects either imbued with a demon's energy or manifested by a demon. Cursed objects are lethal to normal human beings through repeated exposure. A cursed object may take the form of everyday objects and its energy might be undetectable to normal humans. A cursed object might also take the form of something horrifying, bizarre, grotesque or eerie. An example of a high-level cursed object is a doll that moves on its own, or a mug that refills itself with no explanation.

Keys: maniacs, black coats, lunatics, demonic, Knights, cults, terrorists
The Knights of Nothing are a group of cultists that preach for anarchism and an end to human life. The Knights of Nothing peach that human life is inherently purposeless, and that every human must willingly die. - #9The demonic arts
Keys: demonic arts, occult, occultism, evil, arts
