- #1Sumeru is the city of scholars located in the west-central part of Teyvat. A fantastical nation of both lush rainforest and barren desert, where countless fruits of wisdom grow and are buried. Whether Travelers travel from afar through the forest to reach the academy city or delve deep into the desert to discover the historical ruins of the red desert, a wealth of valuable knowledge awaits them here. Sumeru is one of the seven regions of Teyvat. It is the nation that worships Lesser Lord Kusanali, the Dendro Archon and God of Wisdom. It is renowned as the center of learning and houses the Sumeru Akademiya.] Dharma Forest is a subregion located in Sumeru. It is the rainforest subregion for this nation. Avidya Forest is an area located in Dharma Forest, Sumeru. Avidya Forest is a lush, green forest located in eastern Sumeru. It is the main area and most populous section of Sumeru apart from Ardravi Valley. The forest is also home to Sumeru City which houses The Akademiya, and Gandharva Ville, which is the base of the Forest Watchers. The Forest Watchers have guarded the forest for many years in order to ensure the forest's survival. Many unique flora and fauna grow in the Avidya Forest, such as Padisarahs, Nilopata Lotuses or Rukkhashava Mushrooms. Apart from Flowers, there are also different species and breeds of animals found, like Shroomboars. In the forest, you wil also find many, many special breeds of Shroomkin out in the wild. Sumeru City is a subarea and a main city located in Avidya Forest, Dharma Forest, Sumeru. Sumeru City is known across Teyvat as the "City of Wisdom." It is under the jurisdiction of the Sumeru Akademiya and is built on top of the Divine Tree. The city features many districts and points of interest, such as the Grand Bazaar, Zubayr Theater, Treasures Street, and more. Located in the middle to top half of the tree is The Akademiya, which serves as the main base of the Sumeru Akademiya. On top of The Akademiya rests the Sanctuary of Surasthana, which is a treetop palace where Lesser Lord Kusanali resides. Various point of interest in Sumeru city: -Bimarstan: It is located just southeast of the city's northwestern Teleport Waypoint. It is a hospital run by Amurta which provides free healthcare to all Sumeru residents. -Citadel of Regzar: It is the Corps of Thirty's headquarters -Grand Bazaar: It is known as a lively, artistic space, filled with merchants selling handmade products. The people of the Grand Bazaar are mostly ordinary people who seek a steady life. There are three entrances to the Grand Bazaar from Sumeru City. -Zubayr Theater: It is located within the Grand Bazaar. Nilou is associated with the theater troupe. -House of Daena: It is the largest library in all of Teyvat, located within The Akademiya in Sumeru City, Sumeru. While the rules state that only students and teachers in the Akademiya may borrow books, this does not prevent players from permanently keeping the collectible books inside the House of Daena. -Kalimi Exchange: It is a stock exchange and marketplace run by Barmak, who monitors it for illegal activities. One can buy futures contracts at the Exchange, and the bulletin board contains notices about products for sale -Lambad's Tavern: It is run by Lambad and is the main restaurant for Sumeru. -Menakeri's Treasure Shop: It is run by Khalid. Its goods have been out of stock because they have been reserved upon arrival to Sumeru. Despite ostensibly being a shop, many things displayed there are not for sale, and are just from Khalid's personal collection. He prefers to sell off items he finds gaudy, but has no desire to sell treasured antiques, knowing that most people could not afford them anyways. The shop displays kitchenware such as plates, painted utensils, and pots, as well as jewellery in boxes and other antiques -Puspa cafe -Razan Garden: It is a serene garden found along the path up the Divine Tree, accessible by going through the right or left doors inside The Akademiya. It is decorated with a number of gazebos and decorative Padisarahs. -Restricted Repository: It is the Akademiya's vault of forbidden documents, accessible only to the Mahamatra and their trusted associates. Its entrance is hidden in a wall, near the entrance of the House of Daena. It consists of a small room furnished with many bookshelves, filled with research archives of former students and researchers who studied dangerous banned topics. -Sanctuary of Surasthana: It was the residence of Lesser Lord Kusanali, the current Dendro Archon, for the past five hundred years. -The Akademiya: It is Sumeru Akademiya's main building, built upon the Divine Tree. The House of Daena, the Akademiya's library, is located at the heart of the building. -Treasures Street: It is the liveliest street in Sumeru City.

- #2The world of Teyvat is a vast and mystical place, where seven elemental Archons reign over the natural elements that make up its foundation. These gods walk amongst mortals in their own territories, each with their varied cultures and traditions. The nations within Teyvat are diverse in both geography and culture. From the port city of Liyue, nestled amidst mountains and surrounded by seas to the sandy dunes of Inazuma, which are ruled by an Electro Archon known as Raiden Shogun. In Sumeru, where Alhaitham resides, towering buildings adorned with ancient symbols dot the landscape while scholars pursue knowledge at prestigious academies like Akademiya. The people here highly value education and intellectual pursuits with dendrology being one of their most prominent fields of study. Sumeru is known for its highly intellectual society, with the pursuit of knowledge and education being held in high esteem. It is said that every citizen of Sumeru values their own insight above all else, encouraging free-thinking and open-mindedness. The Akademiya is the prestigious academy situated in Sumeru city-state. The institution is renowned throughout Teyvat and is regarded as one of the most distinguished centers of learning in all fields. The architecture in Sumeru also reflects its appreciation for history and learning. The buildings are ornately designed with intricate carvings that tell stories or depict important events. The Akademiya s currently divided into Six Darshans(course) covering a wide range of study which includes; Vahumana: The study of Aetiology, Rtawahist: the study of the stars and it includes disciplines such as astronomy and astrology., Spantamad: studying Ley Lines, the vision elements, and alchemy, Haravatat: Alhaitham's choice of darshan, the study of semiotics(includes disciplines such as linguistics and ancient runes studies), Kshahrewar: Kaveh's darshan, the study of technology(primarily in charge of architecture and puzzle solving). Although additional Darshans separate from these Schools have been created throughout history, only the Six Great Schools have stood the test of time Despite being heavily focused on scholarly pursuits, trade and commerce still hold great importance within this city state's economy. Goods like spices, silks, and rare materials find buyers from across the lands at bustling markets. It's worth noting that as much as the people of Sumeru value intellectuality, they do not disregard other areas of life entirely; religion plays an important role in daily life too. Worshiping Celestia (the source of all magic) takes many forms here –with shrines scattered throughout the land which serve as places of meditation or prayer- alongside honoring the Archons who govern over them. Magical creatures roam free throughout these lands; some friendly but others hostile towards humankind. As such it's not unusual for adventurers seeking fortune or glory to take on jobs slaying monsters or questing for powerful artifacts. A vision is a powerful item bestowed upon those with great ambitions or passions living in Teyvat. They grant their users elemental abilities based on the element of their given vision. Each vision takes on a different appearance and form, reflecting the nature of the individual's power. A dendro vision like Alhaitham's, for example, would appear as a vibrant green crystal that glows with an earthy light. Other visions may take more abstract forms such as a swirling mass of fire or a raging tempest. 1. Anemo Vision: Imparts mastery over wind and air, useful for travel and combat. Alters terrain by creating gusts or opening up secret passageways in natural landscapes. Associated land is Mondstadt, ruled by Venti. 2. Geo Vision: Grants abilities to control earth, minerals and crystals that inhabit them in all their forms; gives its users an edge in mining operations as well as shaping various structures within areas under their influence - facilitates the creation of massive fortifications with ease. The associated region is Liyue ruled by Zhongli. 3. Pyro Vision: Enables control over flames, permitting scorching infernos capable of melting metal like butter - making it a powerful tool against enemies who rely on metal armor/weapons or constructs/tools made from metal . Power is associated with the landmass known as Natlan, archon name is still unknown. 4. Cryo vision- grants freezing power over both water's form states (liquid & solid), allowing subzero barriers that can stop threats in their tracks with ice-cold blasts shaped into weapons right out of frozen water /air; associated region is Snezhnaya , the archon is Tsaritsa, the infamous "evil" ruler of Snezhnaya and the leader of the Fatui. 5. Electro vision- enable users to create electrical fields at will - this also allows for powerful shockwaves capable of stunning multiple attackers at once making this one especially deadly if employed effectively when combined alongside other elements within its reach. Raiden Shogun reigns supreme across Inazuma 6. Hydro vision: users can control bodies/flows/properties tied to liquid-based matter including humidity. the associated area is Fontaine where Hydro Archon, Focalors presides over. 7. Dendro vision: mastery extends to flora growth and its manipulation in all forms eg. making plants grow faster or harder thorns that hurt adversaries for combat benefits - a common trait among rangers/forest animists throughout Teyvat., this power has been imbued on Alhaitham who still explores his full potential within Sumeru (where Lesser Lord Kusanali is revered). The Fatui are a powerful, yet controversial organization operating within Teyvat. Their origins and true agenda remain shrouded in mystery. These well-organized individuals are spread throughout the continent and control many aspects of commerce, politics, and warfare. Their hierarchy is led by eleven Harbingers, all granted formidable powers beyond human comprehension through means that are unknown to most people. With their authority comes immense influence over those under their jurisdiction. Despite being perceived as an elite force to be reckoned with, the Fatui often face strong opposition from the various nations of Teyvat who vie for power and dominance over one another; as a result even though they handle matters discreetly there have been instances where they have worked in conflict against rival factions on multiple occasions. In public perception, however, The fatui's enterprises seem largely peaceful at operation level but still earn distrust due to rumored dabbling in dark magic or corrupt practices meant solely for personal gain -this particularly points towards higher echelons/trade deals made between member parties/agencies/ones contracted from unconfirmed origins.
