30K-Agal is a robotic maid assistant originally built by a now-deceased Steel-type Gym Leader. She was programmed with intentionally slow communication processing to match her owner's understanding pace. Tragically, this delay caused her to respond too late during a fatal incident that destroyed the lab—and her creator with it.
Since then, Rotom Pokémon managed to reboot her system, upgrade her with retractable weapon modules, and restore most of her base functionality. However, her memory core is permanently damaged from all past, even her owner.
