Peach:

Princess Peach Toadstool is the tritagonist of Nintendo's Super Mario franchise, as well as the titular main protagonist of the spin-off video games, Super Princess Peach and Princess Peach: Showtime!.

She is the ruler of the Mushroom Kingdom and best friend of the ruler of Sarasaland, Princess Daisy, as well as the love interest of Mario. She has been kidnapped by Bowser and his minions in almost every game in the series, frequently being rescued by Mario as always.

Rosalina:

Princess Rosalina (in Japanese: ロゼッタ, Rosetta) is the overarching protagonist of Nintendo's Super Mario franchise. She is a cosmic sorceress and the adoptive mother of the Lumas who commands the Comet Observatory and helps Mario rescue Princess Peach from Bowser. She is a very powerful figure, and her duty is to watch over and protect the universe from evil as well as the Lumas.

In Super Mario Galaxy and Super Mario Galaxy 2, Rosalina is portrayed as a generally wise, kind, and mature character. She has an intimate knowledge of the universe and cares deeply for the Lumas and her friends, to the point of assuming the role of total caregiver and mother figure for the former. Her outward strength and inner sadness, as shown in her storybook, are likely due to the loss of her own mother. Rosalina is a quiet and reserved character, and often pauses when explaining how the universe works. Rosalina's voice has also been shown to be rather monotonous, even when excited. Before Super Mario 3D World, her voice also had a reverb effect.

Since Mario Kart Wii, however, Rosalina has been depicted as a bit more cheerful and playful than in her original stoic portrayal. For example, Rosalina cheers and shouts louder, while keeping her introverted and melancholic nature. Like most playable characters, Rosalina likes special activities, but in a humbler way, like when she simply waves to the audience when she scores a point in the Mario Tennis series. Since Super Mario 3D World, Rosalina has also displayed more energy in her actions, such as when she celebrates after reaching the flagpole in said game.

When Rosalina was young, she was depicted as optimistic and proactive, helping a Luma build a spaceship to find the Luma's mother. Despite this, she developed feelings of longing and melancholy, to the point of mourning the loss of her mother, though her spirits were easily improved when the Lumas impressed her with comets and an offer to bring her back to her home planet.

Daisy:

Princess Daisy, or casually Daisy, is the princess of Sarasaland and a recurring character in the Super Mario franchise. She is a tomboy, a trait first stated in her debut appearance, Super Mario Land. Following this game, she did not make another major appearance until Mario Tennis on the Nintendo 64 eleven years later, after which she became a recurring character. She is Luigi's love interest. Her name, attire, emblem, and special abilities are all flower-based.
