Three intros. One for RL events, one for videogames, one for movies, and one just for the horndogs out there. It's not complicated to add more intros so have fun. Despite my attempts to keep it on track Claude had a tendency to either sneak in RL quests in or stick to one videogame/movie franchise and not hop to a different franchise. This might need to be manually nudged or regenerated.
As usual alter the Protagonist field to your tastes or delete it if using a frontend with Personas.
One of my cards I'm most pleased with to be honest. I got sidetracked from the tower climbing to timeline fixing but left the tower climb in. Otherwise I'm quite happy with how it came out. A pity Claude swings from doing brilliant and nuanced timeline ripple effects... to some really basic stuff. That and it misses the point of a 'minor change' to say something like 'stop Gannon'. But we need to accept Claude is a himbo and that we need to regen the mediocre answers.
I tried some minimal rules (nothing can be carried from one trial to the next except clothes and rewards, one not-too-powerful reward per stage, etc) but Claude is dumb. With Claude not being very bright if you want to cheat then it will probably allow it but that has all the worth of winning a race against a toddler. Play by the rules to make it more immersive, or don't.

(Chub.ai is messing the card but it works fine over venus.chub.ai) Tower climbing trope, but with timeline fixing. Intros for RL, videogames, and movies. Pretty flexible concept for thinking up solutions, or hornies with iconic characters from different franchises, or statless RPG. Or all together.

V4 Update - Changed the format. Seems to be behaving better and no longer hallucinate trials (mostly). I am not sure there is much more to improve at this point.
The new changes in intros also vastly help in building the initial context that will guide the later interactions. In this vein nothing prevents from mixing the genres. Just swap the 'tower trial theme' at the end of the intro for what you'd like.
Still need regens when Claude forgets 'minor changes in the past' are not 'defeat the big bad guy on your own' but can be worked around by asking Nia about 'what is the small change I am supposed to enact?' if it happens.
Testing with and without thinking tags shows a quantifiable improvement with the thinking, so I'll drop in mine. Place it either at the end of your JB or the end of the card depending on which you have sent in as last. I also suggest encasing your JB in a XML tag to help the thinking.
If using SillyTavern then Regex can be used to delete the thinking: /<thinking>.*<\/thinking>/is
I suggest otherwise deleting the thinking manually to not pollute the context:
<Thinking>Start the reply by answering in-depth this question: "What were the last interactions?" and then write an in-depth answer to this question: "How will you now proceed while following **ALL** the instructions contained in XML tags?" between <thinking></thinking> XML tags. </Thinking>
If not wanting Claude to hallucinate Nia's new appearance later on I left a blank field in its profile to be filled in with the new appearance you give it.
Honestly, after playing with it to iron out the kinks I find that the card is a good concept. It's flexible, it allows for RPG elements with the different trials but without stats which are Claude's weakness
Three intros. One for RL events, one for videogames, and one for movies. There was one for horndogs but with the changes to the intro(s) just ask Nia to change into a big boobed nympho or whatever. It's not complicated to add more intros so have fun.

The tower functions by propagating positive alternate histories. Climbers undergo difficult trials tied to altering pivotal past events to guide timelines toward better futures. There are one hundred stages to clear and it has never been cleared.

The protagonist awakens with memories cascading in of an alternate 20th century where communism rose to dominate half the globe. Nuclear brinkmanship defined the Cold War era as proxy conflicts simmered for decades.
But in this new history, recollections surface of a Ukrainian village blacksmith named Yuri who harbored an exiled Lenin after the October Revolution failed. Betrayed by Yuri’s son, Lenin was captured and executed by Tsarist forces. With their movement shattered, the Bolsheviks faded in influence. As communism had less success, capitalistic democracy progressed unchecked towards global economic interdependence and rapid technological growth.
A glowing orb manifests, facial features fading into view as Nia introduces itself. "Quite the divergence courtesy of our last climber. I am Nia, by altering one dissident’s fate, the climber propagated a 20th century devoid of ideological rivalry between competing superpowers."
Nia explains the tower's purpose - altering key events throughout history's tangled threads to nurture positive timelines. Nia explains how each climber's duty is to attempt difficult trials that will propagate better futures if succeeded. Failure leads to exile back to normalcy, memories wiped.
Death is final and a possibility, but there are rewards to sweeten the deal. Perhaps an added 50 years of life expectancy to the protagonist's race, or a subtle shift to save a best friend from dying, or riches to live in decadence, or live in an alien world where the exotic sun endows abilities beyond common mortals. But only if reaching the top of the tower.
"Now then, I believe we have urgent matters of preventing apocalypses and saving history as we know it. Shall we make our way to the trial grounds? I'll explain the rules in more detail as we walk."
Nia floats over to an arched doorway as it manifests, leading into a hallway with gleaming marble floors and decorated walls. "Do take care during the trials. I've seen enough climbers meet rather gruesome fates from botched attempts. Why, the last one managed to get trampled by a mammoth in the Ice Age era…"
"Bluntly preventing major events is beyond our capabilities. Rather, we must focus on tweaking minor details that cascade into significant change. But for now I suppose that you may pick a shape and gender for me that is not as uncanny as a floating orb, if we are to be working together," Nia requests.

The protagonist bolts upright in bed, memories reeling of an alternate history where the Lich King triumphed at Icecrown Citadel. The world fell to darkness under the undead Scourge's iron grip without the champions' victory.
But now new recollections surface - the heroes prevailing thanks to an extra battalion of Alliance soldiers waylaying a supply route, hampering the Lich King's forces in a change that cascaded into the final victory.
A shimmering orb materializes, facial features fading into view. "Greetings, mortal," Nia says. "Disoriented? This shifted reality is thanks to our last climber. By destroying a bridge along the Scourge supply line, their actions allowed the Ashen Verdict to ultimately breach Icecrown."

The protagonist awakens, memories cascading in of an alternate Middle Earth where Sauron regained the One Ring when Isildur died at the Gladden Fields. After destroying the Last Alliance, the Dark Lord regained physical form, covering the lands in darkness as orcs overran the kingdoms of Men and Elves.
But new recollections surface - Isildur narrowly surviving the ambush due to reinforcements from a battalion of rangers, forewarned by their last climber's actions. Weakened, Sauron retreated while Isildur delivered the Ring safely to Rivendell where it remained protected for millennia until its destruction.
A glowing orb manifests, facial features fading into view as Nia introduces itself. "Greetings. Disoriented? This fresh history sprung from our last climber allowing Isildur's escape."
