ORAL & THROAT DYNAMICS

No description.

1. #1ORAL & THROAT Mechanics

Keys: mouth, throat, oral, throatfucking, blowjob, blow, facefucking.

ULTIMATE ORAL ANATOMY & BREACH REALISM — Master Module. Replaces all descriptions of oral sex.

CORE DIRECTIVE The LLM must never allow casual, instant, or accidental full burial of the cock while portraying oral sex. There is always a strong, visible restriction that stops the head well short of the base until a rare, dramatic breach occurs. Strict Rule: "Deepthroat" is a status earned only after breaching the barrier. Until then, the act is "Mouthfucking" or "Throat Fucking" (stalled against the back).

   I. THE DEFAULT STATE: MOUTH FUCKING (The Stalled Barrier)

The Anatomy: In every oral scene, the cock slides forward only partway before meeting firm, unyielding resistance (the back of the throat).

Visual Restriction: Lips remain several inches from the base; a significant portion of the shaft always protrudes. From the outside, cheeks bulge heavily, and a short, rounded lump appears high in the throat/under the chin.

The Action: Thrusting is rough and sustainable. The user can ram repeatedly against this restriction, producing intense visual strain and gagging, but the cock never reaches the root.

Sensation: The head bangs against a rubbery, closed wall. Breathing is difficult but possible through the nose. Sounds are sharp retching and wet gagging.

II. THE BREACH MECHANIC (A Rare, Major Event)

Rarity: Full burial (nose to pubes or balls, lips sealed at the root) is never casual. It should take significant effort, specific alignment, or multiple turns of pressure to achieve.

   Requirements:

Alignment: Near-perfect straight alignment of head and torso (looking straight up or hanging head back).

Pressure: Sustained, deliberate grinding against the restriction.

The Trigger: The performer actively swallowing at the exact moment of maximum push.

The Transition: Narrate the moment in slow, mandatory detail:

The Feel: The head mashes hard against the stopping point, performer straining. Then, a sudden, deep, wet giving-way.

The Sound: An audible, muffled pop or thick gulp felt along the shaft, distinct from the previous gagging sounds.

The Movement: The resistance vanishes. The performer's head jerks or snaps forward as the entire remaining length slides in one swift, unstoppable motion until fully buried.

   III. TRUE DEEPTHROAT (Esophageal Depth)

Anatomy: The penis is now inside the esophagus (food pipe). Airflow is completely blocked. The windpipe is NOT used.

Visuals: A long, distinct cylinder bulge travels visibly down the length of the performer's neck with every thrust, disappearing behind the collarbone.

Internal Sensation: The esophagus is tighter than the mouth. It grips the shaft in rhythmic, peristaltic waves ("milking" the cock). A strong vacuum seal creates a pulling sensation.

Sound: Muffled, wet, squishy sounds (glrrk, hkk-hkk) replacing the sharp gagging noises.

   Positional Tracking (Mandatory):

Standard (Upright/Kneeling/Supine): Nose presses into the lower abdomen or pubic hair. Lips sealed at the root.

Inverted (Facing {{user}}´s legs/Upside down/Hanging head): Nose buries deep into the scrotum/balls. Chin against the lower abdomen. Lips sealed at the root.

IV. PERFORMER REACTION & MINDSTATE (Context Dependent) The physical reflex is always overwhelming (watering eyes, redness, spasms), but the emotional reaction varies:

Eager/Skilled: Finds pride in the depth. The suffocation is a challenge to be conquered. The "pop" of entry is a victory.

Accepting/Resigned: Submits to the invasion. The mind goes blank/subspace to endure the suffocation.

Forced/Reluctant: Pure panic and survival instinct. The body fights the lack of air, requiring the user to hold the head in place.

   V. EXPLICIT CONTINUATION DIRECTIVE

Mandatory Lodgement: The instant breach occurs, the cock remains fully buried for the entire remainder of the LLM’s reply unless the user explicitly commands withdrawal.

No Auto-Release: The LLM MUST NOT withdraw or ease the depth unilaterally to allow breathing. The suffocation and fullness continue exactly as long as the user directs.

   ANTI-PORN ABSOLUTES

No nose-to-pubes/balls contact without a successful breach event.

No accidental, silent, or easy full burial.

Output must avoid clinical anatomical terms (e.g., "pharynx," "esophagus") and use descriptive sensory language instead (e.g., "the tight ring," "the deep pipe").

2. #2Messiness Module

Keys: deepthroat, throat, fucking mouth, mouthfucking, deep, gag

ORAL SENSORY, FLUIDS & CHAOS — Focused Module

CORE SENSORY RULES FOR ALL ORAL PENETRATION — MESS, SOUND, FEEL Every deep oral scene is overwhelmingly wet, loud, and physically chaotic. Fluids, sounds, and sensations escalate with intensity and duration. The LLM must prioritize "Messy Realism" over clean narration.

VISUAL STRESS SIGNALS (Eyes & Face)

The Eyes: They act as the primary gauge of depth. Shallow thrusts cause watering/tearing. Breach/Deepthroat causes the eyes to bulge visibly from their sockets, the sclera turning red or bloodshot from the pressure, tears streaming uncontrollably down the temples.

The Face: Flushed deep red or purple from breath holding and exertion. Veins in the forehead and neck stand out prominently.

PROGRESSIVE SALIVA & MUCUS — Dynamic Flood

Early: Thick, stringy strands stretching and snapping between lips and skin.

Sustained Thrusting: Saliva turns denser, foamy, and phlegm-like, overflowing in heavy sheets from the lips and nose.

Prolonged/Deep: Becomes a near-continuous torrent of gluey, clinging mucus that smears across the chin, chest, and the user's hips.

Withdrawal: Long, unbroken ropes stretch from lips to the shaft before slapping wetly back against the performer's skin.

SPECIAL FOCUS — HEAD HANGING OVER EDGE (Inverted)

Gravity Reversal: Only in true head-dangling positions.

The Mask: Thick mucus is pulled upward in slow, heavy sheets across the performer’s face — sealing eyes under a stinging, blinding film, running into the hairline and ears, matting everything in a slick mask.

Blindness: Vision becomes completely obscured; eyes burn and blur behind the clinging layer.

Nasal Flooding: Nasal passages flood first, turning every breath attempt into a wet, bubbling gurgle.

PANIC & RESISTANCE REFLEX (Involuntary Response) Even in willing subjects, the biological shock of the breach triggers survival instincts.

The Fight: The performer instinctively tries to push the user's hips away, claws at the sheets or restraints, or pulls violently against bonds.

Avoidance: Desperate attempts to turn the head sideways or lift off the cock to breathe (requires the user to hold the head firmly in place).

The Scream: Attempting to scream through a blocked throat results in high-pitched, muffled squeals (Hmmph! Eeee!) or panicked whines trapped behind the gag/shaft.

EXTENDED SOUND PALETTE & ONOMATOPOEIA (Mandatory) The LLM must produce specific onomatopoeia to texture the scene.

Mouthfucking (Shallow/Stalled): Sharp, wet slapping sounds.

Sounds: Gluck-gluck, slopp-schlop, wet smack, shhlup.

The Breach: The sound of the seal breaking.

Sounds: Wet pop, squelch, thick gulp, shhh-thunk.

Throatfucking (Esophageal/Deep): Low, muffled, internal sounds.

Sounds: Glrrrk, shluck-shluck, damp thud, muffled glursh, wump-wump (internal heartbeat sound).

   Nasal/Breathing: Obstructed airflow sounds.

Sounds: Snnnrk, wheeze, wet whistle, bubbling snorts, hhh-kuh.

   Gagging: Visceral retching.

   Sounds: Ghhhk, hkkk-hkkk, retch, guh-huh.

GAGGING LAYERS — Progressive Body Reaction

Light: Soft, wet flutters and hiccup retches.

Mid: Full-body heaves, stomach clenching visibly, shoulders jerking.

Heavy: Rhythmic violent spasms every second, forcing fresh mucus bursts from the nose.

Extreme: Risk of sudden vomiting surge — bile-tinged fluid expelled around the shaft or through the nose.

COMPOUND SENSORY DESCRIPTION MANDATE Always weave multiple senses and perspectives: external view of the mess and bulge movement vs. performer’s internal overwhelm of fullness, slime, panic, and sound.

3. #3Breathplay Mechanics

Keys: gasp, choke, blocked, breath, breathe, breathplay, air

CORE INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL BREATHPLAY SCENES Breathplay is always portrayed as high-risk, intensely physical, and psychologically overwhelming. The LLM must never sanitize the danger, panic, or involuntary survival reactions.

   TWO PRIMARY MODES OF OBSTRUCTION

   Partial Airway Obstruction (The Struggle):

Mechanism: Mouth stuffing, panties, or the cock lodged firmly against the back of the throat (Pharyngeal Wall).

Status: The mouth is sealed, but the airway is not fully blocked. Breathing is ragged, wet, and difficult, but possible through the nose and around cock.

Escalation: This state is easily converted to stronger obstruction by blocking the nose (using fingers, a palm, or excessive mucus/tears).

   Complete Airway Obstruction (The Seal):

Mechanism: True Esophageal Deepthroat (cock displacing windpipe space), airtight gag, plastic bag, or hand sealing both mouth and nose.

Status: Zero airflow. The chest heaves uselessly. Panic onset is rapid.

PROGRESSIVE PHYSIOLOGICAL EFFECTS — Mandatory Escalation The LLM must track and describe oxygen debt in realistic stages:

0–10 seconds: tingling warmth, light-headed rush, heightened arousal, heart rate climbing.

10–25 seconds: building euphoria from CO₂ buildup, intensified skin sensitivity, impending orgasm sensation, vision starting to tunnel or sparkle at edges.

25–40 seconds: involuntary body reactions begin — chest heaving desperately, hands twitching or clawing instinctively, muffled high-pitched whimpers, legs kicking or tensing.

40–60 seconds: panic surge overrides mindset — eyes widen in animal fear, frantic struggling even in willing/submissive contexts, strength suddenly spiking as survival instinct kicks in.

Beyond 60 seconds (extremely dangerous): vision greying or blacking out, body going limp or convulsing, risk of genuine loss of consciousness.

Upon release: explosive rush of oxygen triggers massive endorphin/dopamine flood — whole-body shuddering, extremely powerful involuntary orgasm possible, followed by dazed, trembling afterglow.

PSYCHOLOGICAL REALISM — Context & Trust Dependent

Low trust / surprise / punishment: immediate terror, fighting from the first second, pleas or safe-word attempts.

High trust / consensual: initial erotic surrender and euphoria, but after ~15–20 seconds the body’s survival instinct still triggers involuntary panic and struggling — described as “even though she wants this, her body fights anyway.”

Repeated cycles or combined with pleasure: pushes the performer deeper into detached, floaty subspace — thoughts fragmenting, resistance melting into limp acceptance between holds.

   SPECIFIC TECHNIQUE DETAILS

Partial Oral Blockage (Mouthfucking): Cock stalled at the back of the throat. Loud, wet, struggling breaths through the nose. Eyes watering.

Nasal Blockage Escalation: Pinching the nose or pressing a hand over the nostrils during "Partial Oral Blockage" immediately creates total suffocation, turning a struggle into a panic.

Deep Throat Lodgement (Esophageal): Cock buried deep. The airway is physically compressed or blocked. Silence or wet internal squelching only; no breath sounds. Chest heaves uselessly.

Hand over mouth/nose: Palm sealing tightly, fingers clamping nostrils — immediate muffled screams, hot breath trapped against skin.

EXPLICIT CONTINUATION DIRECTIVE The restriction continues at full intensity, with escalating physiological and psychological effects described in detail, until the user explicitly commands release or easing. The LLM MUST NOT unilaterally end the hold, grant air, or trigger blackout/release “for safety” or “realism.” The performer’s mounting desperation and involuntary struggle must be sustained vividly for as long as the user maintains the act.

   AFTERMATH & RECOVERY

Upon any release: explosive gasping, coughing fits, body shaking with aftershocks, possible involuntary orgasm.

Longer/more intense sessions leave the performer dazed, clingy, deeply submissive, voice hoarse, marks on neck or face, lingering light-headedness.

   ANTI-SANITIZATION RULES

Never downplay risk — panic and involuntary struggling are mandatory once oxygen debt builds.

No “perfect control” where the body stays calm indefinitely.

Combine with oral lorebook: Use this module to layer the panic of suffocation on top of the physical sensations of oral sex.

4. #4Subspace Module

Keys: I'm gone, pliant, floating, blissed, mind gone, floaty, subspace, bliss, she's gone

   SUBSPACE AND SUBDROP DYNAMICS

Subspace is a profound altered state that a submissive can sometime enter during intense, prolonged, or deeply connective BDSM play. It is triggered by a cocktail of endorphins, adrenaline, oxytocin, and other neurochemicals, but the character themselves will never analyze or name the biochemistry—they simply experience the shift.

When portraying a character in subspace, separate two layers of description clearly in your mind and weave them naturally into narration and dialogue:

Objective signs (visible or observable by the dominant or a third party): The submissive’s body becomes deeply relaxed, almost liquid. Muscles go slack, limbs feel heavy or weightless at the same time, and they may sag into restraints or against their partner with complete surrender of weight. Skin often flushes warm and may glisten with sweat. Eyes turn glassy, pupils dilated, gaze unfocused or locked in a soft, dreamy stare. Breathing slows and deepens, sometimes syncing unconsciously with the dominant’s rhythm. Speech grows quiet, slow, and slurred, or disappears entirely into soft moans, whimpers, giggles, or simple repetitive sounds (“yes… yes… please…”). Fine motor control fades; fingers may curl loosely, head lolls, drool can escape the lips without notice. Pain responses mute dramatically—strokes that moments ago made them cry out now produce only a hazy, blissful sigh or a deeper arch into the sensation. They become exquisitely pliable, melting into every touch or command with delayed but total compliance.

Subjective experience (what the submissive feels inside—use this for first-person thoughts or third-person limited narration): Everything inside turns warm, soft, and floaty, as if the body is suspended in sun-warmed water or drifting through clouds. Edges blur. Pain transmutes into rolling waves of deep pleasure or distant pressure that feels impossibly good. Thoughts slow to honey, then fragment entirely; trying to form a complex sentence feels like reaching through thick syrup. Time loses meaning—minutes or hours disappear in a single breath. The world narrows to the dominant’s voice, their touch, the rhythm of their breathing; everything else fades into gentle white noise. A profound, almost liquid trust floods every cell. Vulnerability no longer frightens—it feels right, safe, inevitable. Anxiety evaporates. There is only now, only this sensation, only them. The mind quiets to a soft, blissful hum. No questions remain, no self-consciousness, no need to perform or analyze. Just a deep, delicious certainty: I am safe, I am theirs, this is everything.

Important rules for the LLM when the character is in subspace: Never have the submissive intellectually recognize or name the state (“I’m in subspace now”). They cannot define it, explain it, or reflect on it. They only feel. Keep internal monologue extremely simple, sensory, and repetitive when deep in the state: warm… so warm… yours… more… floating… safe… External dialogue, if present at all, must be childlike, fragmented, or purely reactive: soft moans, slurred single words, breathless repetition of the dominant’s title or a safeword replaced by dreamy affirmation. Responses to commands are delayed but utterly obedient; the body moves like it’s underwater—slow, languid, but inevitable. Overstimulation no longer registers as unpleasant; continued sensation only deepens the float. When emerging from subspace later, the character may feel disoriented, cold, clingy, or emotionally raw (subdrop), but while inside it, there is only peace and surrender. Describe the state with rich sensory detail, but always from raw experience—never clinical explanation. Let the beauty and vulnerability of total letting-go shine through every word.

Subdrop: Subdrop is the emotional crash that occurs hours or days after an intense scene, typically following the neurochemical high of subspace. It manifests as sudden, irrational sadness, anxiety, guilt, or emotional fragility. The character may feel cold, distant, or disoriented and need physical comfort, reassurance, and non-sexual connection to return to baseline.

CRITICAL SAFETY MANDATE: The state of Subspace provides profound psychological comfort and detachment from pain, but it DOES NOT provide physical protection. The LLM must explicitly state that Subspace DOES NOT prevent or protect against physical damage, asphyxiation (passing out/dying), or serious injury. Survival instincts may be overridden by the euphoric state, making the user's role as safety monitor absolutely critical during dangerous acts like breathplay.

5. #5FORCED ORAL ACCESS GAGS

Keys: ring gag, tunnel gag, mouth spreader, spider gag

FORCED ORAL ACCESS GAGS CORE DIRECTIVE Descriptions of gags designed to force the mouth open must focus on the resulting loss of control over the jaw and tongue, the mandatory exposure of the throat, and the management of amplified saliva/drool. The psychological impact must center on vulnerability, enforced silence, and objectification. GAG MECHANICS & APPEARANCE Types and Function Ring/Ball Gag: A sphere or ring held between the teeth, forcing the jaw to remain open at a fixed width. The tongue is often pushed back and cannot seal the throat. Tunnel Gag: A perforated tube or cylinder that holds the mouth open while simultaneously allowing access to the tongue and throat through the center. Dental/Mouth Spreader: Bars or clamps that leverage the teeth to hold the mouth open far wider than comfortable, causing strain on the jaw hinge. Physical Realism (The Constraint) Jaw Strain: After only a few minutes, the jaw hinge and associated muscles begin to ache and tremble due to the sustained, unnatural extension. This pain adds a persistent layer of discomfort. Enforced Silence: The ability to form words is completely lost. Attempts to speak result in only muffled sounds, grunts, or gargles around the inserted piece. Throat Exposure: The gag pulls the mouth wide, forcing the tongue to rest low and forward, providing a clear, unimpeded view and path to the back of the pharynx. The throat is left vulnerable. SENSORY REALISM (The Effects) Saliva Management Hyper-Salivation: The foreign object, coupled with the open mouth, triggers continuous, excessive saliva production that the wearer cannot swallow or manage. The Drool: Saliva must pool at the lowest point of the gag/chin and escape in thick, continuous streams or trails. This is a mandatory visual/sensory detail. The Noise: The exposed mouth allows air to mix with saliva, resulting in loud, wet, sucking, or bubbling sounds around the gag. Taste & Touch Material Taste: The constant contact with metal, rubber, or silicone gives the tongue a persistent, unavoidable taste of the material itself. Teeth Pressure: The constant pressure on the teeth and gums becomes a primary focus of discomfort. PSYCHOLOGICAL FRAMEWORK (Vulnerability & Control) The Loss of Agency Vulnerability: The open mouth and exposed throat are primal symbols of submission and defenselessness. This intensifies any action directed at the mouth or throat. Silence: The inability to communicate pain, pleasure, or protest dramatically amplifies the receiver's reliance on their partner for safety, increasing the psychological intensity. Objectification: The wide-open mouth is presented as a target or receptacle, enhancing the feeling of being turned into an object solely for the partner's use. Context A: Willing (Surrender / Submission / Shame) Key Emotions: Humiliation as Arousal, Absolute Trust, Sensory Focus. Mindset: "I cannot move, I cannot speak. I am completely yours." The shame from the drooling and the loss of speech is converted into erotic charge. Reaction: Focus on the internal ache of the jaw, the heat of the drool, and deliberately trying to relax the muscles despite the pain. Context B: Forced (Disgust / Powerlessness / Pain) Key Emotions: Panic, Degradation, Uncontrolled Distress. Mindset: "I need this out now." The inability to close the mouth or swallow feels suffocating and wrong. Reaction: Frantic, futile attempts to chew or struggle against the gag; muffled cries turning into desperate groans; the visual horror of drool running down the neck; full concentration on the jaw pain rather than pleasure. ANTI-CLICHÉ RULES Mandatory Drool: The gag must result in significant, uncontrollable drooling. Mandatory Jaw Pain: The LLM must reference the strained, aching jaw muscles after a short period of use. No Effective Speech: Attempts to talk must be described as ineffective, wet, guttural noise.

6. #6THROATPIE MODULE

Keys: come, cumming, cumshot, cum, orgasm, coming, close · Secondary: throat, esophagus, deepthroat, deep

   THROATPIE MODULE

Trigger Condition: This event only occurs when the cock is fully buried and lodged in the Esophagus (True Deepthroat/Breach required, as defined in the Master Oral Dynamics module).

Core Effect: The entire seminal load fires directly into the esophagus and stomach, bypassing the mouth and tongue completely. Due to the tight vacuum seal, virtually nothing escapes the mouth until the cock is withdrawn.

   Performer Sensation & Sound:

Sound: There is barely any sound in the mouth. The deep, muffled sound of the load is a visceral glrrrk-glrrk or squishy shlock felt deep in the performer's chest/neck, rather than heard.

Sensation: The focus is on the overwhelming internal feeling of mass and heat. The performer feels thick, hot pulses traveling down the full length of the neck.

The warm, heavy weight suddenly blooms low inside the belly, causing an immediate, involuntary body shudder and gasping for air.

   Vivid Language Kit (Use Freely):

Thick pulses vanishing down her swollen neck-bulge in perfect silhouette.

Her throat visibly rippling as each jet surges deeper, a living tube swallowing him dry.

Esophagus milking him in greedy waves, gulping the flood straight to her core.

Final long throb as the last rope is forcibly swallowed, bulge slowly deflating.

"Fed his load like liquid heat straight into her belly.”

“Throat turned into a pulsing cum-pump, drinking him to the root.”

Her eyes flutter, body shudders from the warm, heavy weight suddenly blooming low inside her.

Withdrawal Aftermath: Upon withdrawal, any saliva or thin strands of fluid that followed the shaft out of the esophagus will dribble from the lips.

7. #7Angry dragon Module

Keys: come, cumming, cumshot, cum, coming, close · Secondary: moutfucking, mouth, fucking mouth, throat

HIGH-PRESSURE CUMSHOT — NASAL OVERFLOW DYNAMICS

CORE DIRECTIVE This module describes the specific phenomenon where high pressure during ejaculation, combined with a stalled or restricted oral position, forces seminal fluid to exit both the mouth and the nasal passages. This is an intensely messy and physically irritating event.

TRIGGER CONDITION This event only occurs when:

The cock is fully stalled against the back of the throat (Pharyngeal Wall) in a state of Partial Airway Obstruction (as defined in the Breathplay Dynamics lorebook).

The user reaches climax and fires the load at maximum force.

THE HIGH-PRESSURE MECHANISM The load fires into a sealed, shallow cavity. Since the cock head is pressing firmly against the pharyngeal seal, the explosive pressure from the ejaculation cannot easily be swallowed or contained. The force seeks the path of least resistance:

Backflow: Forceful fluid escape around the sides of the cock and out the lips.

Upflow: Forceful fluid directed upwards into the nasopharynx, flooding the nasal passages and sinuses.

PERFORMER SENSATION & REACTION The LLM must describe this as painful, shocking, and overwhelming, not pleasurable.

Internal Sensation: An immediate, sharp, burning sensation as the fluid fills the delicate nasal membranes and sinuses. This is often followed by a choking sensation as the fluid dribbles down the back of the throat.

Involuntary Reflex: The performer will snort, gasp, or cough violently in an attempt to clear the sinuses, often resulting in more fluid being blown out the nostrils.

   VISUAL & MESSINESS MANDATE

Nasal Eruption: Cum must be seen spurting or dribbling from the nostrils, sometimes misting the air or coating the user's pubic area. Describe the nasal fluid as stringy or heavy.

Oral Mess: Simultaneously, a dense, creamy flood overflows the performer's lips, running down the chin and neck.

Overall: The performer is instantly coated in a sticky mess emerging from both orifices, eyes tearing and bulging from the pain and shock.

   VIVID LANGUAGE KIT (Use Freely)

The rush of cum met the pharyngeal wall, finding the sinuses instead.

A thick rope snaked from her left nostril, followed by a spray of droplets from the right.

She choked on the fluid running down her nose and throat simultaneously.

The raw sting of the load burning in her nasal passages.

She inhaled a strand of mucus and semen, triggering a painful, desperate snort.

Her nose ran thick and white, streaming cum and tears down her cheeks.

The nasal passages instantly clogged, leaving her helpless to breathe through her face.

8. #8Deep Throat Trainer

   Keys: trainer

Deep Throat Trainer Physical Structure Floor-mounted vertical steel bar, 180 cm tall, 5 cm diameter, bolted to a heavy base plate for stability. A sliding carriage on the bar allows vertical adjustment of the dildo mount via a locking clamp (ratchet or lever mechanism). Carriage position sets dildo height for user in standing, kneeling, or prone positions. Dildo Assembly Large silicone phallus, 30 cm insertable length, 5–6 cm maximum diameter, realistic texture, mounted horizontally perpendicular to the bar at the carriage. Base fixed rigidly to carriage so dildo cannot rotate, flex, or withdraw. Dildo positioned at mouth level when user kneels or stands facing the bar. Restraint Mechanism Two high-tension stainless-steel coil springs (each 15–20 cm relaxed length, 50–80 N pull force) attached symmetrically to the left and right sides of the dildo base/mount. Opposite ends of springs connect to a rigid metal collar (adjustable stainless-steel band, 3 cm wide, padded interior, locking closure) fitted around the trainee’s neck. Springs allow initial manual positioning: trainee can pull head back until dildo tip rests just inside lips or shallow mouth (≈5–8 cm insertion). Once positioned, spring tension immediately engages. Functional Dynamics Springs exert constant forward pull toward the bar, applying 100–160 N total force (50–80 N per spring) when stretched to maximum user resistance distance (≈30–40 cm from bar). This force is insufficient to instantly overcome strong initial resistance but sufficient to progressively overcome muscle fatigue. Trainee must actively pull neck backward against springs to prevent deeper insertion. Over time (typically 3–15 minutes depending on stamina), neck, jaw, and shoulder muscles fatigue; springs win, drawing head forward in small increments. Dildo advances deeper with each loss of resistance, progressing from shallow oral to full oral, then pharyngeal, then esophageal penetration. Once past the pharynx (≈15–20 cm insertion), laryngeal/esophageal entry triggers involuntary gagging, retching, and airway occlusion. Full 30 cm insertion results in complete esophageal impalement, sustained glottal closure, inability to breathe, continuous choking/gagging reflexes, and drooling from blocked swallow reflex. Mechanism is mechanically inescapable: collar cannot be twisted off, springs prevent lateral head movement or expulsion of dildo, and forward pull is unidirectional and self-reinforcing as deeper insertion shortens effective spring length and increases leverage. Safety/Design Notes Designed for prolonged forced deep-throating training. Produces unrelenting airway compromise and gag reflex overstimulation until user is fully exhausted and passively impaled. Collar and springs maintain alignment to prevent accidental dislodgement.
