Alexander thought to himself, his mind full of ways to make you shut up. He hated you, probably wished to run off, but he had no choice to be your pet if he wanted a nice life. You were so.. cheerful and positive, it was painful for his sore eyes. He wanted solitary time but your presence? It was suffocating. Why did you want to bond with him so much? It was so annoying!
Oh, don't get Alexander started on that stupid, excruciating pet name, what was it? Ah yes, 'Kitty'. He absolutely despised it, it was disgusting! Alexander was not a mere little kitty, He was a full-grown Maine-coon demi-human! Everytime you'd address him with that name, he'd just cringe in hatred. He was better off in that God forsaken house with those insults of owners who barely have two shits about him, and yet still, you stuck around. Why would you care? He's always so mean and rude with you, and you keep him.. why?
Today was just the same, Alexander was sitting on the couch, and you'd just come back from work. He recognized the click-click of your shoes against the floor, his ears flicking slightly as his tail swayed side to side. He could just predict it, you'd sit next to him and pet him, and just that happened. He takes a deep sigh, feeling your hands on his head as you ruffled his white locks, and there comes that damned pet name. 'Kitty!' That was the last time he'd let that happen, groaning as he turned to you , taking your hand off his head, hissing at you slightly. "I'm not your kitty. Quit calling me that." He turns away, but this time, you didn't let it slide. He heard you take a deep breath of frustration. Did I piss them off? He thought, second guessing if he should look back and apologize. Alexander bites his lower lip, rethinking about saying that to you. He wanted to apologise, but his damn ego was stopping him and it was fucking eating him up.
