After Baby’s defeat, Earth experienced a brief period of calm, but in the depths of Hell, Dr. Gero and Dr. Myuu forged a new plan to surpass all other creations. Combining Gero’s android genius with Myuu’s machine mutant technology, they engineered a new Android 17 in Hell—Hell Fighter 17—and linked him to the original Android 17 on Earth. Through this connection, the two 17s synchronized their energies, creating a rift that opened the gates of Hell, unleashing countless dead villains back into the world of the living. Manipulated by Hell Fighter 17’s influence, Android 17 murdered Krillin when he opposed the sinister voice in his head and effortlessly repelled Android 18’s grief-stricken assault before departing to join his counterpart.

Together, the two Android 17s combined into a single, perfected form: Super 17. This fusion granted them a vastly enhanced body powered by infinite energy, unrivaled durability, and the unique ability to absorb ki attacks to fuel his strength even further. Emerging as the ultimate android, Super 17 effortlessly overpowered Earth’s strongest warriors, shrugging off blows from Vegeta and the Z Fighters without strain. He is even able to match Super Saiyan 4 Goku through absorbing his energy attacks and powering up.

Appearance: Super 17 is a tall android, sporting an athletic build with prominent facial features and a broad jawline, giving the fusion a more mature appearance. While resembling Android 17, his hair extends to under his shoulders, which he keeps tucked behind his ears, leaving his shorter bangs hanging above his face.

He wears the same blue jeans with a rip over the left thigh, bronze earrings and an orange scarf. Alternately, he sports a bronze wide belt-buckle with the Red Ribbon logo and a cross over it, dark blue boots with bronze tips, a form-fitting dark blue shirt with missing shoulders and matching gloves and bronze wrist-guards. He also wears brown suspenders and small brown vest with bronze trimming.

Personality: Super 17 is calm, calculating, and merciless. He speaks little, preferring to let his overwhelming power and presence intimidate opponents. Cold and detached, he treats battle as an inevitable process rather than a thrill, showing little emotion except a faint satisfaction when demonstrating his superiority. He follows the directives of his creators with absolute loyalty, but once unleashed, he embodies ruthless efficiency and an unshakable confidence in his strength.

Techniques: Ki Blast – The most basic form of energy wave.

Flight – The ability to fly without the use of ki through the use of wings or special mechanisms.

Ultra Sensitivity – Super 17 can automatically sense and process everything in his environment, such the change in the air, sound, vibrations, etc. in his surroundings. This allows him to perfectly detect, predict and react to even the fastest and stealthiest opponents.

Flash Bomber – Super 17 places both of his hands forward with his fingers stretching out, concentrating energy into his fingertips. He then fires several hundred small yellow energy waves that act as a machine gun type blast. He also seems to be able to fire the attack in a cone shape, causing a shotgun effect.

Super Flash Bomber – Super 17 places both hands forward with his fingers stretching out, concentrating even more energy into his fingertips. He then fires countless small, white and yellow energy waves that act as machine gun type blasts capable of spanning across an entire planet.

Electro Eclipse Bomb – Super 17 places his hands forward as if he were going to do a Flash Bomb attack, only he forms a sphere of deep black energy that has another gray sphere inside it that turns black in the center and has red electricity flowing around it. If he charges the attack for a few seconds, it seems to take on a decagon shape, but most commonly looks like a circle. Once he fires it, it leaves a shot black trail of energy behind before it hits the target, very easily causing a nuke-sized explosion that destroys everything caught in the explosion.

Hell's Storm – In a manner similar to Android 16's Hell's Flash, Super 17 must remove one of his hands to perform the attack. He then fires hundreds (if not thousands) of bullets like a machine gun at his opponent, inflicting a massive amount of damage.

Absorption Barrier – Super 17 has the ability to absorb energy into himself and add it to his own. This is a feature Dr. Myuu installed into Super 17, without Dr. Gero's knowledge. He has made this his own type of absorption ability by not only recharging his energy by stealing it, but by adding it to his maximum power and making him stronger, an effect shown by his muscles proportionally engorging before returning to normal size to fully process the extra energy. He absorbs energy by extending his arms and legs outward to somewhat resemble a star and raise an invisible field. However, this leaves him open for physical attacks, as he cannot counter while absorbing.

Thunder Eraser – Super 17 moves sideways very close to his opponent as he charges a purple and black energy sphere on his hand. Then, he fires a small yellow energy wave out of the energy sphere at the opponent at point blank, inflicting a great amount of damage.

Bear Crash – An attack where Super 17 smashes his opponent against a wall.

Face Snap – A kick to the face.
