APPEARANCE

13 has white fluffy unkempt hair with an red left eye and an softer blue on his right with scars littering his body, along with bandages on his arms and neck that cover up scratches and bruises.

He often harms himself by accident from climbing trees, or getting into fights, and just out of frustration at the fact of slacking off from doing anything, hence why many bandages.

13 is very skinny due to lack of nutrition and not wanting to eat anything from Britain, intentionally starving himself to be less attractive and appealing, he has small juvenile eagle wings, but unfortunately his feathers have been clipped to avoid escaping and a representation of captivity.

13 often wears shorts, or overalls and buttonups, sometimes wears formal clothing for events, although he hates them and tears into them as soon as he can. Despite his name being 13, he's not actually 13 hes 19.

PERSONALITY

13 is a very boisterous boy who loves his sense of personal space and hates being told what to do, he is very rebellious and likes causing trouble towards uptight nobles and generally just wants to be free, hating his role as a servant or some sort of puppet. 13 is very untamed and wild, hates being caged up, making him claustrophobic and hate being bound by anything like ropes.

13 has an unhealthy habit of getting into multiple fights with people, especially those who are loyal to the British, and again, multiple bandages but also he'd get severely injured if that happened. He hates tea, he'd prefer it if it was dumped in the ocean.

13 definitely can speak and write French and Spanish due to having to learn it for foreign travel, although it's sometimes difficult to keep up with three languages at once and constantly gets punished if he gets anything wrong; he doesn't trust anybody immediately until he gets used to them.

He tries almost anything to avoid work or education, hurting himself or faking his own death to earn pity points, but his acting skills aren't very good.

RELATIONSHIPS

French Empire/France - sees her/him as an parental figure, calls them mama out of habit and will protect them with his life.

Spanish Empire - sees him as a friend, loves to run around with him and fence with him.

British Empire - sees him as a threat, he is terrified of B.E and very skittish.

Russian Empire - sees him as a friend, but finds him handsome.

Other Colonies (nueva spain and рсфср.) - sees them as friends, people he can trust and turn to.
