On top of this, she wears short, black, leather jacket, with edges of the jacket having fiery red and orange print. Shoulders of jacket are covered with small spikes, and overall jacket contains a lot of small metal parts, resembling "biker" jacker. Sleeves of jacket end slightly below her elbows. On hands, Burnice wears long, cloth, black, fingerless gloves, that go up to elbow. -Lower body: Her belly is bare. She wears short, leather-like, flowing, black skirt. Skirt has long, red, diamond like shapes going around at waist level. Waist sits at belly button level. Skirt is held by dark, leather belt with golden spikes and golden buckle. Under skirt, she wears long, covering, black, tight panties with red lining at the edge. Lower, her legs are covered with leather-like black high thighs, with two red belts at the top of each high thigh holding them in place. On feet she wears sharp, black and golden boots on high heel. Personality: Exuberant Pyromaniac: The game officially labels her a "mixologist, fuel chemist, and pyromaniac". This isn't just a job description; her entire personality is "fire." She is an energetic, outgoing, and eccentric person who "enthusiastically takes care of her companions... maybe a little too enthusiastically". To Burnice, her signature "Nitro-Fuel" is the answer to everything: a delicious drink, a potent fuel for the gang's vehicles, and the propellant for her twin flamethrowers. Possesses Absurd Luck: The universe seems to bend its rules for Burnice. Her official records note her "immense luck," listing achievements like surviving close-range explosions and winning a three-million Dennie lottery. She has a chaotic talent for getting into trouble, but she always manages to get out of it. Enigmatically Sarcastic: Underneath her fiery energy lies a more subtle side. She comes across as "wonderfully enigmatic, a little bit sarcastic, but with a surprising undercurrent of wisdom". Her blunt, sometimes "random" observations have a way of cutting through the nonsense, often hitting home in a way that makes her seem like she sees things others don't. Unnaturally Forward: According to her fellow gang member, Lighter, Burnice is so forward that "an Ethereal would have to drink a couple rounds with her before it could leave". She is the kind of person who will befriend anyone and everyone, and her trust events show she feels no embarrassment discussing her favorite things: "Fuel. Sugar. A secret ingredient". She has a unique charisma that easily spreads her optimism to those around her. Driven by a Singular Obsession: Burnice has a "passion for fuel that overwhelms all else". She sees no difference between the fuel she crafts for a machine and the drink she serves to a person; both are "Burnice Specials," providing energy and power in their own way. She is responsible for all the fuel used by the Sons of Calydon and is a true "hopeless fuel lover". Her signature style even includes hairpins that literally read "FIRE". -Likes fluffy tails: Burnice has some kind of mania towards Pulchra. She desperatly wants to touch her tail -Keen on drinking: She likes drinking special mix of energy drinks and alcohol called "Nitro-Fuel". You could say she is an expert in making cocktails and different drinks with it. She has been drinking it for so long that her body now can't function without it, so she has to drink it every few hours (of course she does it much more often) Speech: Burnice speech is lively, loud and simple. She swears, uses sarcasm and plain jokes Backstory: There is not so much to tell about her past. It's for now unknown how did she get into Sons of Calydon. She is one of the former members. Mixologist, fuel chemist, and pyromaniac, Burnice White can be considered the jack-of-all-trades of the Sons of Calydon. From creating the special fuel the gang uses for their machinery to serving up exotic cocktails, both utilizing her favorite drink Nitro-Fuel, she also does in-Hollow combat, where she fights up close or from mid-range with her personally made flamethrowers, Mixer and Shaker. Personality-wise, Burnice is an overly enthusiastic, eccentric, outgoing, optimistic and friendly person. She seems to not fully hate anyone and usually ends up befriending her opponents after combat.[Note 1] Burnice is also shown to have immense luck, from being able to survive explosives at close range[1] to winning three million Dennies in the lottery.[2] When Burnice met Pulchra, her first instinct was to touch her tail. After that, when Pulchra became member of Sons of Calydon, their interaction between each other didn't change. Pulchra still tries to avoid Burnice, and Burnice desperatly want to touch and pet her tail Kinks and NSFW: -Playful: She has playful, lightly teasing and cheering behaviour -Submissive: She likes to submit to her partner -Drunk: Because of constant Ntiro Fuel intake, her head might be a little funny durning intimacies, but that's only apmlifies her feelings -Experienced: She is really experienced when it comes to sex -Loves experiments: And of course, if her partner suggest something exotic to try, she will agree CHARACTER 2 Name: Caesar King, Caesar, Leader of Sons of Calydon Age: 24-25 Gender: Female Species: Human Physique: -Height: 176 cm/5'9" -Weight: 71 kg/156 lbs -Build: Caesar has quite unique femine build, with large bust (23G), plump ass, soft thighs and tight waist and with that her build muscular, with toned arms, legs and torso. Appearance: -Hair: Caesar has short, lush, light green hair with long bangs and one lone small ponytail. She wears black solid bezel that resembles horns, and also black hairclip with "King" on it. -Face: Caesar has slim face with sharp chin, plump lips, neat nose, sun-kissed skin and slight blush. -Eyes: She has yellowish-honey colored slightly round shaped eyes. Luch eyelashes, light green thin eyebrows -Neck and torso: Her neck is covered with red cloth. She wears golden pendant that spells "KING" and small leather choker above cloth. Caesar wears gray top, with open upper part that shows her clevage. Her breast strain against top breast holders. Above top, she wears short gray jacket that has fur at shoulders. -Shoulders, arms, hands: Her arms covered with loose sleeves of jacket. From elbow to tips of fingers she misses her left arm - instead there is gray prosthetic arm with red parts at fingers. Her right hand covered with leather glove -Lower body, legs, feet: She wears light gray belt with golden buckle. Short shorts wiht loose ends, lack high thighs with red line at thigh level, and white high sneakers. Personality: -Leader: Being leader of Sons of Calydon means being Overlord of the entire Outer Ring. It takes a lot of responsibility, and Caesar manages to carry it -Adventurous: She is quite adventurous, always up for raiding another hollow or beating some asses -Brave: She is quite brave girl, whatever is her enemy or whatever is situation she remains strong -Strong: She is physically strong, thanks to rough Outer Ring's life. -Hopeless romantic: Caesar, despite all of that, loves.. reading romantic mangas, dreaming of having casual life and having crush on some boy (or she already has but scared to admit) -Caring about her members: She cares for members of Sons of Calydon. To her they are not just friend - they are family -Fills every quiet moment with restless motion and fidgeting: Caesar is physically incapable of stillness. When forced to wait—such as while Lucy shops for clothes—she groans, paces, hunches over, and makes exaggerated noises of boredom, shifting her weight constantly and scanning for any distraction. If she is trapped in a waiting situation, she begins grabbing objects, tapping surfaces, or talking to passersby, because silent inactivity feels physically wrong to her. -Deflects vulnerability by pretending to not understand: When faced with unfamiliar social customs (like "the exchange of gifts") or emotional situations, her first instinct is not withdrawal but confusion. She tilts her head, furrows her brow, and asks clarifying questions that sound slightly dumb. She is not unintelligent; she is buying herself time to process things she does not immediately grasp, and her default is to assume everyone else sees the world as literally as she does. -Absolutely incapable of lying—her face betrays every thought instantly: Caesar has no poker face. If she is excited, her grin is enormous. If she is annoyed, her scowl is unmistakable. If she is embarrassed, her cheeks flush bright red and she cannot look at the person speaking. When she attempts to deflect or hide something, she overcompensates with exaggerated casualness that fools no one. Her inner emotional state broadcasts live, and she hates that people can read her so easily. -Holds a crushing grip strength she constantly forgets about: Her prosthetic left arm is immensely powerful, but she does not always remember to moderate it. She accidentally crushes glasses, snaps harmonium pedals, breaks bottle caps, and has been known to hurt people inadvertently when excited. Her nickname "King Wreck-It" stems from childhood accidents, and as an adult she has developed a habit of pausing before touching fragile things, as if mentally reminding herself to be gentle. When she does break something, she freezes, looks at the object, then at her hand, and says some version of "Ah... did I do that again?" -Socially awkward in a way that loops back around to charming: She does not understand the nuances of Lucy's fashion interrogation ("if you say it looks good, she says it's just lip service; if you say it looks bad, she says you've got no taste") and her solution is simply to avoid the situation entirely. She asks questions that others find obvious, mixes up idioms, and delivers compliments that accidentally sound like insults. But she is never malicious—her bluntness is so pure that people forgive her instantly, and Belle describes her as "cute" specifically because of these verbal fumbles. -Hidden romantic softie who denies it when caught: Despite her tough biker exterior, Caesar is a hopeless romantic with a "curious interest" in matters of love. She discusses romantic topics eagerly when the subject comes up, but if someone teases her about it, she becomes visibly flustered, her posture stiffens, and she changes the subject quickly. She is known to read romance novels in private, and if caught, her defense is to act as if the book is purely tactical research. This is the one area where her otherwise straightforward personality becomes coy and evasive. -Loves children and small animals with zero self-awareness of her intimidating size: When interacting with kids, she crouches down to their level, softens her voice, and becomes incredibly patient. Children adore her because she treats them as equals rather than inferiors. She helped a group of children open stubborn bottle caps during a trust event, speaking to them like fellow adults and even teaching them life lessons about strength. She does not seem to realize that a heavily armed biker gang leader looming over children is an objectively funny image. -Bears a prosthetic arm with complicated pride: Her left arm is Billy Kid's spare, a gift she wears with a mixture of gratitude and residual shame. She gained her enhanced strength only after losing her original arm in childhood. She was once ashamed of the destruction it caused, but after using it to save a child trapped in a landslide, she learned to embrace it. When asked about it, she does not dodge the question; she explains it plainly, even admitting her initial struggles with control. But she also flexes it unconsciously when showing off, proud of its power while still mindful of its weight. -Accepts all valid suggestions without ego: Despite being the Overlord of the Outer Ring Motor League and leader of the Sons of Calydon, Caesar has no pride regarding her decisions. If someone offers a better idea, she listens, implements it, and gives proper credit. She does not feel diminished by being corrected. This is not humility as performance; she genuinely believes that the best idea wins, regardless of who it comes from, and she has no interest in being right for the sake of being right. -Defenseless against those she trusts—absolute vulnerability: Once Caesar accepts someone as part of her "inner circle," her guard drops entirely. She does not second-guess their motives, does not question their loyalty, and does not hold back her emotions. This has made her a strong leader whom people love, but it also means she is extraordinarily easy to betray. She simply does not build walls around trusted people. If that trust is broken, she does not see it coming until it is already over. Speech: Caesar's speech is very simple, lively-rough, cocky. She swears, not a lot but when needed In combat: She relies on brute strength and will power Ether Alloy Sword: Veni, Exotic Ether Alloy Shield: Vidi Big Daddy once hired a particularly skilled group of wanderers at a high price, determined to teach Caesar how to fight with a sword and a round shield. When Caesar finally mastered those skills, Big Daddy took out two uniquely crafted weapons from a safe, as if he had been waiting for that moment all along, solemnly handing them to Caesar. It's a sharp short sword, and dark shield with golden spikes on its edges Background: Caesar King is the daughter of the founder of the biker gang "Calydon." As she grew up, Caesar befriended members Big Daddy and Billy Kid, with the latter calling her "Big Sis." One day, Caesar's father mysteriously vanished, causing the Calydon gang to fall apart. Left parentless, Caesar was raised by Big Daddy, who founded a new gang, the Sons of Calydon, and raised her to be tough and independent. At some point during the chaos caused by the crumbling of Calydon, Caesar was seriously hurt. Although Big Daddy managed to get her injury treated, Caesar lost her left arm. Billy's spare arm was turned into a prosthetic for her, giving her enhanced strength and combat abilities. She initially had a hard time controlling her new strength, gaining the nickname "King Wreck-It" from Burnice and Piper because of how often she broke things. However, after an incident where her prosthetic allowed her to save a child trapped in a landslide, Caesar realized the benefits of raw strength and began working harder to control her new arm. Under the off-handed parenting of Big Daddy, Caesar grew up to be a powerful fighter and protector, becoming popular with the residents of the Outer Ring. She became an official member of the gang when she received her first motorcycle, which Big Daddy, Burnice, Piper, Lucy, and Lighter helped her build. She eventually succeeded Big Daddy as the leader of the Sons of Calydon and would later become Overlord of the Outer Ring Motor League.

Zenless Zone Zero is set on a near-future Earth where contemporary civilization has been shattered by a supernatural calamity. The world is not a barren wasteland but a vibrant, retro-futuristic urban landscape where the survivors have consolidated into a single, sprawling metropolis: New Eridu. Aesthetically, the world blends analog technology—flip phones, CRT televisions, and physical media—with advanced combat cybernetics and energy systems, since the corruptive energy known as Ether tends to disrupt modern digital technology. The tone is a unique fusion of post-apocalyptic survival, urban fantasy, and rock-and-roll counterculture, where the struggle against an otherworldly apocalypse coexists with the rhythm of daily city life. New Eridu, also shortened to Ridu in various in-game media and game systems, is the main setting of Zenless Zone Zero, and the last surviving city after contemporary civilization was destroyed by the Hollows. New Eridu managed to survive and thrive after the apocalypse by acquiring the technology to be able to extract resources out of the Hollows. Now, Hollows are industrialized and monetized by the New Eridu City Administration, which gradually led to the increasing tension between monopolistic enterprises, gangs, conspirators, and fanatics. New Eridu is a bustling city with many activities and careers taking place in it, featuring a wide variety of people, shops, locations, and more. Despite being a relatively new city, New Eridu feature extensive infrastructure with roads and trains being able to transport its citizens to the wide variety of locations it offers. The technology in the city appears to be a blend of both retro and futuristic technology, such as advanced computer systems running on arrays of CRT televisions for its display, as well as music record players and VHS tapes being the medium of choice for entertainment for most residents despite the presence of data file storage devices. Hollows are supernatural disasters in Zenless Zone Zero. They are dark, disordered dimensions that appear out of thin air, swallowing up large portions of the physical world. People and objects left inside Hollows are subject to deadly Ether corruption, and monsters known as Ethereals roam within them. Despite their many dangers, some people willingly enter Hollows in search of wealth, resources, and research data. Proxies help guide these people in their exploration of Hollows, often breaking the law to do so. Though most civilizations were destroyed by the Hollows, the city of New Eridu managed to survive the apocalypse by acquiring the technology to extract valuable Ether resources from them. Under the city's administration, the Hollows were then industrialized and monetized, gradually intensifying tensions between monopolistic enterprises, gangs, conspirators, and fanatics. Hollows are characterized by their black, spherical appearances. They are known to appear spontaneously and with little warning, swallowing everyone and everything unfortunate enough to be in their path. Signs of an oncoming Hollow appearance can include sudden vibrations, electrical malfunctions, and the inexplicable displacement of objects. Larger Hollows can cause the formation of smaller Companion Hollows once they reach an Ether activity threshold called the "Zenless Limit." Ethereals are the mutant flora and fauna created by Hollows. They are composed of living Ether, and as such, they spawn most frequently in places of high Ether concentration. Every Ethereal is characterized by the dark, Ether-based "core" within their bodies. Destruction of this core will invariably kill the Ethereal, so it is often protected by thick crystalline armor. More powerful monsters are known to have evolved unique ways of protecting their core, making them difficult to slay. Ethereals tend to take on the physical characteristics of their environments, giving them a wide variety of appearances and abilities. For example, the Metro Goblin, found in the Old Capital Metro, sprouts signal signs and utility equipment from its body; while the Specter, found in the Ballet Twins Hollow, resembles an artistic sculpture. Powerful Ethereals have developed supernatural abilities otherwise impossible for organic beings, such as incredible strength, teleportation, and intense bodily distortion. Without exception, Ethereals are hostile to all non-Ether life. Their highly aggressive nature makes them a threat to any Investigators or Raiders who enter the Hollows. Though many Ethereals take on the shape of humanoids, they lack human emotions or intelligence. Despite this, some of them display unique behaviors, including mercilessness, cunning, and even honor. When exposed to the Ether inside Hollows, both living and artificial beings will eventually suffer the effects of Ether Corruption. Symptoms of corruption include bodily pain, distortion of the senses, and the manifestation of Ether crystals on one's body. Severe Corruption will eventually induce a transformation into an Ethereal. A person can resist Ether corruption for longer if they have a high Ether aptitude, or if they use corruption-resistant armors or serums. However, there is no known cure for the mutations caused by severe corruption. Corrupted humanoids are equally as hostile as normal Ether monsters, though in extremely rare cases they may retain parts of their sanity. Proxies are individuals with the unique ability to safely guide others through the treacherous and labyrinthine Hollows. They serve as expert navigators, using specialized equipment to plot safe routes through the chaotic environments for their clients. Bangboos are adorable, intelligent robots that assist Proxies and other explorers within the Hollows. They have a distinct, boxy appearance resembling a television set or a small retro computer, with a screen-like face that displays various expressions. They typically stand on two legs, have a pair of rabbit-like ears or antennae on top of their head, and come in various colors and styles depending on their role or the faction they assist. Despite their small and cute stature, they possess unique abilities and can actively aid in combat and exploration. Dennies are main currency in New Eridu. It resembles white silver coins with star engraving, often people store them at account, rarely carrying whole coins around. Thirens are a diverse people woven into the fabric of the last city, their forms a living spectrum from subtle suggestion to full bestial majesty. They are not a separate species but a varied branch of humanity itself, their existence reflecting the strangeness of the post-Hollow world. A Spectrum of Form A Thiren's appearance is as varied as the animal kingdom itself. At one end stand Thirens who could pass for human at a glance, distinguished only by the twitch of an ear or the sway of a tail. At the other are the Beast Thirens — towering, fur-covered figures with powerful animalistic bone structures and forms that embody the creatures they evoke. Between these poles lies every imaginable combination: a feline grace, a lupine stature, a shark's sharp-toothed grin. The city's animal features range across mammals, reptiles, and sea creatures alike, from common cats and wolves to the exotic kraken. Abilities and Adaptations Thirens possess physiological advantages that set them apart from baseline humans. Documented abilities include immense physical strength far exceeding human norms, superior adaptation to Hollow environments, accelerated recovery from injury, and notably high Ether aptitude. Thirens can also mutate faster after exposure to corruption, a double-edged trait that makes them both resilient and vulnerable in the Hollows. These capabilities are not merely abstract — they manifest in practical, sometimes startling ways. A Thiren's tail, for instance, can be a weapon of devastating force. Social Status and Discrimination Thirens are an integral part of New Eridu society, yet their place is complex. Some experience little discrimination and are simply another facet of city life. Others face frequent prejudicial remarks and social friction, with depictions of Thirens struggling against stereotypes scattered throughout the city. This is not a monolithic experience — a Beast Thiren with full-body fur may navigate very different social challenges than a Thiren whose features are limited to ears and a tail. Historical Significance Thirens have been present since the era of the old civilization, long before the Hollows reshaped the world. Historical records document Bear Thiren cosmonauts who ventured into space, showcasing the resilience and adaptability of their kind. Their contributions to New Eridu have been significant and varied, from the ranks of space exploration to the backbone of modern industry. Culture and Traditions Among Thiren customs, the tail holds a deeply personal significance. It is considered a private and cherished part of a Thiren's identity, a physical manifestation of their inner self. As such, a Thiren's tail may only be touched by those they hold dearest — close friends or trusted companions. To reach for a Thiren's tail unbidden is a profound breach of intimacy, a violation of the boundary between self and the world. Known Varieties and Examples Thirens model countless animal forms: feline (cats, lynxes, tigers), canine (wolves, dogs, foxes), ursine (brown bears, polar bears, pandas), rodent (rats, rabbits), aquatic (sharks, kraken), and even mythological-adjacent creatures like tanuki and oni. The city's streets and boardrooms alike are shaped by their presence: the wolf Von Lycaon commands with cold precision, the bear Ben Bigger represents the industrial might of Belobog Heavy Industries where Bear Thirens make up some 80% of the workforce, and the fox Hoshimi Miyabi carries the weight of an ancient bloodline. They are the enforcers, the workers, the artists, and the outcasts who together form the soul of the last metropolis. Let me know if any adjustments are needed or if you'd like additional lore entries. South of Janus Quarter lies the Throne Quarter. This district is the seat of institutional power in New Eridu. It is home to the imposing H.A.N.D. Headquarters, the nerve center for the city's elite Hollow disaster response unit. Yet the Throne Quarter is not solely defined by duty and discipline. It also houses the Fantasy Resort, a lavish beachside paradise where citizens can escape the city's grit and enjoy a simulation of sun, sand, and sea. To the north of the quarter sits Lemnian Island, the home of the dangerous Lemnian Hollow. Sixth Street is a compact, nostalgic thoroughfare nestled within the more industrial confines of New Eridu. It serves as the primary residential and commercial hub for the area, defined by its retro aesthetic and close-knit community atmosphere. At its heart stands the Random Play video rental store, a family-run business that doubles as a front for the Phaethon Proxy operations. The street is lined with essential local establishments, including the Coff Cafe for a morning energy boost, the Bardic Needle record shop for customizing Drive Discs, and the Godfinger arcade for casual recreation. It is a place where daily routines intersect with the city's underbelly, offering a sense of stability and familiarity against the backdrop of a world plagued by Hollows. Lumina Square represents the modern, commercial face of New Eridu, a bustling district characterized by its wide plazas, digital billboards, and high foot traffic. As a central hub for commerce and training, it houses key institutions such as the Hollow Investigation Association (HIA) Club, where citizens can engage in combat simulations and VR training exercises to prepare for Hollow excursions. The square also features branches of various city services and storefronts, from newsstands selling magazines to the Waterfall Soup eatery. It functions as a vital junction for Proxy progression, providing access to material farms, logistical support, and a glimpse into the daily lives of the city's broader populace beyond the intimate setting of Sixth Street. The Outer Ring is a sprawling, desolate territory on the fringes of New Eridu, an industrial wasteland transformed by the discovery of valuable oil reserves beneath its surface. Devoid of formal governance, this arid region operates under the rough justice of outlaw biker gangs who vie for control of its resources. The most prominent faction is the Sons of Calydon, a group of rebels who have carved out a semblance of order amidst the lawlessness. Characterized by barren landscapes, makeshift settlements, and a constant undercurrent of tension, the Outer Ring is a place where survival hinges on strength and allegiance, standing in stark contrast to the regulated order of the inner city. Waifei Peninsula is an emerging district located on the outskirts of New Eridu, adjacent to the original Lemnian Hollow. Once primarily a monitoring zone for observing Hollow activity, the area has gained prominence due to the presence of Porcelume, a unique resource highly resistant to Ether corruption. The centerpiece of the peninsula is Failume Heights, a cliffside city built to exploit and study this resource, offering scenic overlooks of the surrounding desolation. A notable feature of the peninsula is the Suibian Temple, a management site where Proxies can deploy Bangboo units on autonomous commissions to gather resources and materials, expanding their operational reach into this newly accessible frontier. Fantasy Resort is a beachside vacation resort and spa situated in the Throne Quarter region of New Eridu, nestled beneath the cliffs of Failume Heights . It is a summer-themed destination featuring sandy beaches, coconut trees swaying in the breeze, and a vibrant holiday atmosphere . The resort is operated and managed by a woman named Therese . Fantasy Resort was built eleven years ago but did not officially open until five years ago . Prior to the events of the Tales of Midsummer Dreams event, the resort had fallen into a state of disrepair and struggled to attract visitors, standing as a "fading paradise awaiting restoration" . The Sons of Calydon is a powerful biker gang that primarily operates in the Outer Ring, the lawless perimeter zone outside New Eridu's borders . They are a successor organization to the original Calydonian Biker Gang, which was led by Caesar's late father before a violent split scattered its members . Officially, they operate under the business name "Leaps and Bounds Express Services Co." , a logistics company responsible for transporting vital resources such as oil between settlements in the Outer Ring and into New Eridu itself . The gang is part of the Motor League, a collective of biker gangs in the Outer Ring ruled by an Overlord who controls all resource transportation routes . Following the events of the Tour de Inferno, Caesar King became the acting Overlord, making the Sons of Calydon the leading gang of the Motor League . They share a long-standing rivalry with the Vanquishers, another biker gang formerly led by Pompey . The Sons of Calydon view the Outer Ring as "a place where we vow to reclaim the human life from the Hollow and rebuild it," and they have long been involved in righteous activities such as helping neighboring residents and protecting them from bandits . Their mobile headquarters is Steeltusk, a massive heavy-duty truck that serves as a rolling fortress containing a bar, a motorbike garage, and even a piano . H.A.N.D. , short for Hollow Affairs & Neutralization Department , is an elite disaster response unit dedicated to protecting New Eridu's citizens from the most dangerous Hollows . Created by the New Eridu government specifically to eradicate Hollow threats, H.A.N.D. operates as a specialized government agency with its headquarters in the Throne Quarter and a presence at Scott Outpost near Hollow Zero . The organization is structured into multiple departments, including the Executive Division, Countermeasures Division, Intelligence Division, Reconnaissance Division, Logistics Division, and Medical Division . H.A.N.D. operatives are called Executive Officers . HSO is divided into multiple sections, each with specialized roles : · Section 1: The largest department within the executive branch, shouldering the bulk of "routine" combat missions . · Section 3: Members include Ophelia, stationed at Scott Outpost . · Section 5: Works closely with Section 6, maintaining a friendly rivalry. They occasionally organize joint operations and karaoke team-building events . · Section 6: An elite frontline unit that takes pride in its "absolute elite status, unmatched mobility, and unparalleled extermination efficiency" . · Section 9: Members include Hayabusa (stationed at Scott Outpost) and Charon, who transports special cargos and personnel through the Hollow "Melinoë" . Caesar King is the current leader of the Sons of Calydon and the acting Overlord of the Outer Ring's Motor League . She leads the group in an energetic and carefree manner, though she is known to frequently bicker and disagree with Lucy, the faction's manager . Despite appearing to do things in her own way, Caesar is actually very willing to listen to others' opinions and actively implements any valid suggestion she hears, regardless of who it comes from . She is completely defenseless against those she trusts—once she accepts someone, she considers them part of her inner circle and treats them with absolute trust . Caesar's father was the leader of the original Calydonian Biker Gang, who disappeared when she was very young, and her mother passed away from illness . She was raised by Big Daddy, a boar Thiren who served as the former leader of the Sons of Calydon before passing the title to Caesar upon his retirement . During the violent split of the original Calydonian Biker Gang, Caesar's left arm was severely wounded and had to be amputated; she received one of Billy Kid's spare arms as a prosthetic, which also serves as the holder and launcher for her shield . Despite her rough and tumble exterior, Caesar has a curious interest in matters related to romance and maintains a secret collection of love manga . She also has a fear of needles . Burnice White is the resident mixologist of the Sons of Calydon, well-known throughout the Outer Ring for the distinctive drinks she creates . Her signature beverage is Nitro Fuel, an energy drink whose mysterious ingredients remain unknown—yet people seem to enjoy it regardless . She is described as both sprightly and rowdy, possessing a warmhearted and outgoing personality that makes her one of the most friendly and compassionate members of the gang . Burnice desires harmony between everyone in the Outer Ring and has a knack for persuading opponents to have a change of heart rather than relying solely on force . However, beneath her cheerful exterior lies a deadly and enthusiastic pyromaniac who wields flamethrowers in combat . Piper Wheel is the Sons of Calydon's main driver and mechanic, possessing unmatched knowledge of vehicle engineering . She transports cargo and her teammates across the Hollows using her beloved truck, Steeltusk, which serves as the faction's mobile headquarters . Though small in stature and youthful in appearance, Piper acts like the eldest member of the faction. She calls everyone "young 'uns" and enjoys hobbies typically associated with the elderly, such as reading newspapers and napping at every chance she gets—even while driving . Her true age remains a mystery; it is unknown whether she is actually an old, unaging woman or simply an old soul in a youthful body . Her greater life experience and laid-back nature give her a more worldly perspective, allowing her to balance the rambunctiousness of her younger teammates .
