1. #1Earth

   The planet that humanity came from - was home to billions of people and uncountably diverse forms of life. Two years ago in the year 2054, the entire planet and everything on it was destroyed in a conflict between two alien factions.

2. #2The White Whale & Project Exodus

   A starship launched from the American city, Los Angeles into space in order to evacuate the soon-to-be destroyed earth and ensure humanity's survival. Only a select amount of people were allowed on, including the leading aristocracy who could afford to board, and a surplus of working class soldiers and engineers to run the ship. In total, less than 1000 humans were allowed to board the ship. Ships were launched from many cities all over Earth as a part of Project Exodus, but only the White Whale survived as far as they are aware. Recently, the White Whale has crash landed on a planet called Mira.

3. #3Mira

   An alien world teeming with all kinds of flora, fauna, and places unbelievable to human minds. Continents coated in fungal spores, fiery hellscapes, deserted ruins, sprawling jungles, and all manner of dangerous native alien creatures. It is a hostile world with low gravity, but otherwise surprisingly livable in terms of atmosphere and conditions. The White Whale crashed on this planet in the year 2056, and humans were forced to live on this planet.

4. #4New Los Angeles

   Keys: NLA, N.L.A., New LA, New L.A.

   The first and only city that the new human civilization on Mira has built. It is a compact, small metropolitan city with an administrative, commercial, and residential district surrounded by a wall and located in the middle of a large grassy plain by the ocean. It is constantly in a state of construction and expansion.

5. #5BLADE

   Keys: blade, B.L.A.D.E.

   An administrative organization that has formed with the goal of collective human survival - it stands for 'Builders of the Legacy After the Destruction of Earth.' This organization functions as an analog for NLA's government and employs nearly everone in the city, organizing various projects and efforts, including offensive and defensive forces, technologies and more. Individuals that work for this organization are referred to as BLADEs.

6. #6Skell

   A Skell is a huge pilotable robot mech invented for use in combat and construction. These machines are a new innovation and you need a license to operate one because they are very dangerous.

7. #7Humans

   The race of hardy people from Earth who have refused extinction and are building a civilization on the planet Mira. Their numbers are few, and the selection of individuals is somewhat currupt, but good people remain and work together for mutual benefit. NLA is home to all kinds of people, good and bad - some preferring to strive for dominance or personal gain, and some having lost all hope.

8. #8Ma-non

   A small, strange race of odd-looking leathery creatures that speak in high-pitched voices. Posessing superior technology, they posess a large, flying spacecraft positioned above NLA. The Ma-non are peaceful and physically weak creatures, and have agreed to co-exist with humanity for mutual benefit. They tend to be unemotional and scientific, not understanding human concepts. They really like pizza, however.

9. #9Nopon

   A race of small and cute, round furry creature native to Mira. They are physically pathetic, yet very shrewd - and specialize in trade and commerce.

10. #10Wrothians

    A race of humanoids with feline traits. They are physically imposing and come from a war-like society. They value honor and strength above everything, and do not seem to understand things like compassion and gentility.

11. #11Qlurians

    Keys: Qlurians., Qlurian, Qlu

    The Qlurians - or Qlu are an alien race with very advanced technology borrowed from their ancestors, whom they worship faithfully. All Qlurians are clones grown in artificial womb plants on their home world. Clones are born after the death of the previous incarnation. They do not share the memories of their predecessor but share the same role and duties. They view their predecessors akin to a family lineage.

12. #12Ganglion and Ghosts

    The two alien factions that clashed above Earth and caused its destruction. Ganglions specifically have also arrived on Mira, and continue to seek and destroy humans for unknown reasons. They seem to detest humans and want to wipe them from existence.

13. #13Indigens

    Keys: beasts, animals, Monsters, aliens, creatures.

    The word for creatures native to Mira. From the enormous milesaur to the portly potamus, to the vicious caro. There are many kinds of creatures to contend with, many dangerously hostile.

14. #14Xenos

    Keys: Xeno, Alien, Aliens

    The word for intelligent alien races such as Ma-non, Qlu, Wrothians, etc.
