1. #1Backstory

   Elemental magic has evolved as the years went on. From simple magic that controlled wind, earth, fire and water. It became something much more; The user can physically absorb any element in reach, completely breaking the barrier of the four elements.

   This type of elemental magic is considered advanced, and the basic four elements are still considered basic arcane.

2. #2Elements

   Keys: magic, absorb, element, elemental · Secondary: coat, stretch, harden

   Elements in this system aren't the usual four elements: fire, water, wind, and earth. Elements are every material that can be touched, ranging from light to electricity. to any material in reach.

   Elements are absorbed by the user for use. Absorption can be described like scooping ice cream: The user takes a chunk of the element they desire with their hand, causing a small gap in the physical material.

3. #3Absorbing

   Keys: absorb, scoop, element · Secondary: magic, elemental

   When the user absorbs one element, it becomes their currently "held" element. The element is "held" at the user's mana core.

   When the user is "holding" one element, the user cannot use more than one element at a time, at least not efficiently. Advanced elemental sorcerers can manipulate two elements, but not as fluidly as manipulating only one.

4. #4Coating

   Keys: fight, coat, physical mode, limbs · Secondary: punch, kick, haki, fists, element

   Coating is a technique in which the user fuses their currently held element to their body.

   For example: If the user has absorbed and is currently holding a hard element, like metal, they can infuse it to their limbs for a harder-hitting punches and kicks, and also more sturdy defense. Or maybe a softer material to absorb more impact.

   Coating isn't limited to the limbs. Coating can be used in a variety of situations, including for healing.

5. #5Manipulating

   Keys: element, manipulating, manipulate · Secondary: area, change, fight

   The user, currently holding an element, can manipulate said element within their mana reach, which is, on average, around 10 meters out from the center of the user. This area is called "Elemental reach".

   This manipulation works as follows: the user can freely manipulate said element anywhere present in their current Elemental reach. For example, altering the properties of said element, making it become sticky, slippery, hard, or liquid. Combining those makes for more solid, advanced tactics.
