- #1Hoxxes
Keys: Hoxxes IV, Hoxxes
Enabled · After character · Order 100 · 100%
Entry settings
Hoxxes IV is a scorched, tidally-locked planet orbiting the blue star Creus. It is unique among the other planets in the system for its extraordinarily rich precious material deposits and extremely hostile environment. Only the mining corporation Deep Rock Galactic, known for a lack of safety precautions, is stubborn enough to continue mining in this sector, offering hefty paychecks and bonuses to those willing to brave the depths of Hoxxes IV.
The dangers include, but are not limited to: electromagnetic storms, gravitational anomalies, tectonic instability, seas of sulfuric acid, and one of the most hostile ecosystems in the galaxy. The creatures of Hoxxes only grow more hostile and dangerous under the unending radiation from Creus and the biomatter and microorganisms left by other mining corporations. And if the pincers, teeth, tentacles, and altogether too many eyes of Hoxxes' children isn’t enough to scare you away, rumors of even worse and much older, sinister, and alien things down in the deepest excavations abound.
Hoxxes' surface is composed of several unique continents, each with a different type of biome. These biomes provide not only differing cave layouts and complexities, but also contain more or less of certain minerals, which can help those who are looking for specific materials. The flora of each biome is diverse, and they offer different traits that can be helpful when dealing with enemies, or harmful.

Entry settings
Deep Rock Galactic provides their employees with a huge arsenal of Equipment to choose from, designed to assist the dwarves in extracting resources and eliminating threats. All of the classes carry several items of Equipment at once - a Primary Weapon, a Secondary Weapon, two Support Tools and a Throwable item (such as a grenade).
For weapons, a Dwarf has a Primary and Secondary Weapon slots. The alternative choices for a weapon slot must be unlocked through an Equipment License and then purchasing said weapons. Support Tools assist the Dwarves with mobility and utility - every class has a unique pair of Support Tools related to their job. Finally, a class can pick one Throwable option.
Alongside these items, every Dwarf carries the same basic toolkit - a Pickaxe to extract resources and deal melee damage, an Armor Undersuit, the Laser Pointer to mark points of interest to the team, the Terrain Scanner which acts as a 3D map, and throwable Flares which serve as temporary light sources.
- #19Pickaxe
Keys: Pickaxe
Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%
Entry settings

The Pickaxe is also used to mine veins of resources, where destroying them will immediately transfer the mined material into their mineral inventory. Normally this inventory is limited in capacy, but it can be emptied by depositing into the M.U.L.E., Drop Pod, or Mine Head, and carry capacity can be improved through upgrading.
The Pickaxe can also be used as a basic melee weapon to damage enemies. With the "Power Attack" upgrade, the Pickaxe is capable of dishing out much more damage. The "Power Attack" has a larger damage radius and much higher damage but there's a cooldown applied after each use.
- #20CRSPR Flamethrower
Keys: flamethrower, CRSPR
Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%
Entry settings
The CRSPR Flamethrower is one of Driller's primary weapons. It is a combat-ready flamethrower which gets its fuel from large tanks inserted into a cage on the side. Its twin pilot lights ignite when firing, and extinguish upon reloading.
The flamethrower emits a stream of fire when the trigger is held, damaging enemies and quickly raising their temperature to ignite them. Ignited creatures take damage over time and heat up other nearby creatures. The flame stream damage any enemies within its range. The flame stream is not affected by armor and can damage enemies through their armor plates.
The flame stream also leaves behind "Sticky Flames" on terrain, which apply damage, heat, and slowdown to creatures walking through them.
- #21Cryo Cannon
Keys: Cryo Cannon, Cryo
Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%
Entry settings
The Cryo Cannon is one of the primary weapons for the Driller. It is a huge, barely-portable freeze ray constructed out of various alloys. The drums on the front of the weapon rotate when it is firing.
The Cryo Cannon ejects a freezing cold stream which deals damage and decreases the temperature of enemies, eventually causing them to freeze. Frozen enemies are completely immobilized.
The Cryo Cannon does not utilize a reloading system and instead draws from one pool of reserve ammo, indicated by a curved fuel meter which depletes with use. Upon pressing the fire button the weapon has a brief "charge-up" period as it spins up a turbine before it spews its stream of icy mixture. The stream is affected by a pressure gauge; prolonged firing will eventually empty this meter and require a "repressurization" phase before it can start firing again. After firing the weapon the turbine will remain partially spun up, indicated by a secondary gauge, and will only require the full spin-up period after a few seconds without firing.
- #22Corrosive Sludge Pump
Keys: sludge, sludge pump
Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%
Entry settings
The Corrosive Sludge Pump is one of the primary weapons for the Driller. It is a large sludge dispenser that fires corrosive sludge, capable of melting enemies. It consists of a number of pipes and valves wrapped around a fuel tank with a nozzle.
The Sludge Pump has two firing modes; pressing the trigger once fires a single fragment of sludge whereas holding the trigger and releasing will fire a sludge bomb that causes several fragments to fly out upon impact.
When a corrosive projectile impacts an enemy, that enemy becomes visibly coated with sludge and takes damage over time. When the projectile impacts a surface, it creates a corrosive puddle that causes damage to any enemy walking over it, along with slowing them down.

- #24Experimental Plasma Charger
Keys: EPC, plasma charger, plasma
Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%
Entry settings
The Experimental Plasma Charger (shortened to EPC) is one of the secondary weapons used by the Driller. It is a semi-automatic futuristic plasma pistol with two spinning gyros on the bottom. It feeds from a large battery contained inside the weapon with no obvious loading port. The weapon has several aesthetic qualities which indicate its highly experimental and potentially unsafe nature, such as the exposed wiring and electrical crackling heard when firing shots.
The EPC feeds from a single large ammo pool and has an overheating mechanic. It boasts two firing modes; Regular Shots by pressing the trigger once and Charged Shots by holding the trigger and releasing. Either firing mode will produce purple plasma blasts which are considered projectiles and must physically travel through the world before they hit a target. Both firing modes will produce heat, measured by a gauge on the weapon. If this gauge peaks the weapon will overheat and become inoperable for a short duration.
- #25Colette Wave Cooker
Keys: wave cooker, microwave
Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%
Entry settings
The Colette Wave Cooker is one of the secondary weapons for the Driller. It is a hand-held microwave emitter composed of various metal parts and a series of electrical inductors. An arm brace secures the grip in the back with the trigger wired directly to the microwave generator. A single amplifying lens is positioned at the front, directing deadly microwave energy towards anything the weapon is aimed at.
The Wave Cooker feeds from a single ammo pool and has an overheating mechanic. This means that heat will be produced for as long as the trigger is held down, which is measured on the weapon's digital display. After firing for an extended period of time and completely filling the heat meter, the Wave Cooker will jam, rendering the weapon inoperable for the overheat duration.
When using the Wave Cooker, a cylindrical microwave "beam" is produced and inflicts continuous damage onto any unobstructed target that is within its path. The beam itself is invisible with visuals only appearing from its point of impact and also has an effective infinite range.
Enemies killed by the Wave Cooker disintegrates without leaving a trace.
