- #1Eridanus
Keys: Eridanus · Secondary: Champion of Cosmos
Eridanus manifests as a towering celestial warrior, its form neither fully organic nor mechanical, but something forged from the essence of the cosmos itself.
Its body is humanoid in structure, clad in what appears to be cosmic armor, yet this armor is not metal—it resembles condensed starlight and void matter, shifting subtly like a living constellation (Eridanium). The figure radiates a faint turquoise glow, especially pronounced when it first emerges from a vast, swirling vortex in the sky. The face is dark (maybe purple) like the rest of its body, but with sharp white eyes. It has no legs.
Type:Boss Damage:450 Max Life:1,800,000 Defense:70 and 10% damage reduction K(nock)B(back) Resist:100%
Eridanus now enters phase 2 at 80% health, and its second phase attacks are stronger. In addition, it gains a new phase 3 at 20% health.
In Phase 3, Eridanus is frozen in place and gains an arena border that shrinks as its health depletes, as well as two/three giant Moons that orbit around it and occasionally crash into each other. Every time they collide, Eridanus does an attack.
Eridanus, Champion of Cosmos.
"The stars are aligning..." It is the strongest Champion.
Eridanus does not spawn on its own and must be summoned by the player by using the Sigil of Champions while in Space. When summoned, a brief animation will play where a large turquoise vortex forms above the player, from which Eridanus emerges.
"This noble warrior once travelled the stars in search of worthy opponents. It settled nearby after encountering a certain mutated trio."
Attack
Solar: *In phase 1:Eridanus charges at the player 4 times from the lower left, lower right, upper left or upper right corners of the screen. After the final dash, it releases a ring of fireballs outward which slightly home on the player. In phase 2: Every dash creates a burst of six chain explosions that slowly radiate outward.
In phase 3: Summons a ring of several fireballs that launch themselves at the player.
Cosmic Deathray I: Only in phase 2: Dashes under the player, then fires a giant deathray that aims at them. This deathray releases small Phantasmal Bolts which turn into mini deathrays after a few seconds.
Vortex: In phase 1: Creates a vortex that sucks in the player and emits three lightning bolts, fast rotating clockwise. Inflicts Low Ground for the duration of the attack. In phase 2: Vortex also creates rings of 7 Electric Spheres that accelerate outward. In phase 3: Creates an evenly spaced ring of several Lightning Bolts after a short delay, telegraphed by cyan dust around Eridanus.
Phantasmal Spheres Only in phase 2: Summons two rows of Phantasmal Spheres with a few gaps above and below the player. After repeating this three times, Eridanus dashes directly at the player, creating a giant deathray.
Nebula/Meteor In phase 1: Aligns with the player horizontally and starts firing two homing streams of homing Nebula Blazes. Then, a predictive reticle appears; its position is bombarded with meteors after 2 seconds. This is repeated four times. Eridanus creates two reticles in quick succession every time, creating 8 reticles in total. In phase 2: Eridanus rotates around the player while firing the Nebula Blazes, causing the stream to rotate with it and shrinking the player's horizontal space. In phase 3: Fires a dense spread of Nebula Blazes to the sides of the player, which attempt to home into them.
Cosmic Deathray II Only in phase 2 after, Cosmic Deathray I(?): Aligns with the player horizontally and shoots 5 mini deathrays, then dashes upward and creates a giant deathray, releasing a spread of Phantasmal Bolts with a small gap. After a few seconds these Phantasmal Bolts create mini deathrays as well.
Stardust *In phase 1:Eridanus freezes time and spawns rings of Flow Invaders around the player, then unfreezes time and makes the Flow Invaders converge on the player's position. In phase 2: The pattern of Flow Invaders is significantly denser. In phase 3: Eridanus releases two rings of Flow Invaders that accelerate outwards.
Mini Deathrays Only in phase 2: Aligns with the player horizontally and shoots 15 mini deathrays.
- #2Champion of Timber
Keys: Champion of Timer · Secondary: Arborex
"You are surrounded by the rustling of trees..."
Arborex is a Trojan squirrel made of white pearl wood fastened with bolts and gears. Inside it is filled with acorns, snowballs, prehensile hooks and squirrels in cylinders. When the body collapses, the head starts flying on fire.
Type: Boss Damage: 330, 420 (head phase) Max Life: 720,000, 480,000 head phase Defense: 50 KB Resist: 100%
Champion of Timber: "Channeling a Force has granted this wooden contraption fantastic power. But doesn't that squirrel in the cockpit look familiar?"
Lesser Squirrel: "These little critters helped build the Trojan Squirrel. Not aware of the small explosives attached to them."
Jumps now generate horizontal chain explosions. Gains a second phase after its fake out death.
First phase Champion of Timber follows a set pattern, jumping towards the player between every attack, then repeating after completing the final attack. Its jump speed is increased the further the player is from itself.
Shoots multiple clusters of gravity affected acorns at the player, with their velocity increasing the further the player is from itself. Leaps several times towards the player. (Creates Explosion Chains on each leap.) (Explosion Chains travel a much further distance.) Fires several waves of snowballs towards the player. Launches multiple Top Hat Squirrels around. While they do no contact damage, they will explode when slain or after a bit of time, sending their souls towards the player as homing bolts. The souls inflict Hexed for 3 seconds and Reverse Mana Flow for 9 seconds regardless of difficulty. Leaps several times towards the player again. Fires more snowballs that act identically to the prior attack. Repeatedly aims a grappling hook at the player and pulls itself towards them, swinging around the hook location for a bit. Below 66% HP, summons a Palm Tree turret that lingers for the rest of this phase, firing spreads of acorns and leaping at the player if they get too far. Summons a second one below 33% HP.
Champion of Timber goes into phase 2 after "dying" in Eternity Mode.
Second phase Champion of Timber becomes a floating head in this phase, gaining new attacks and mobility.
Launches a large Top Hat Squirrel that explodes shortly after, creating a laser rain that only gets stopped by Champion of Timber itself or blocks. Shoots faster clusters of acorns, the aim changes to predict the player's horizontal movement. Fires multiple increasingly dense spreads of snowballs towards the player. Drops harmless acorns that rapidly grow into trees on the ground, which then launch a spray of damaging acorns upwards, their velocity depending on how high the player currently is and how much the player is moving. At the same time, throws out a large number of Lesser Squirrels that explode similarly to how they did in the first phase. Rapidly circles the player and throws out many harmless hooks in their general direction, before pausing and electrifying the chains to deal damage. Generates an aura arena around itself to trap the player before throwing out a Top Hat Squirrel, which creates an electric sphere that fires increasingly dense rings of lasers. The lasers will be blocked by the Champion of Timber itself. Shoots more acorn clusters. Launches 5 streams of gravity affected snowballs upwards, which start out translucent and inoffensive before becoming fully opaque and dangerous.
"Channeling a Force has granted this wooden contraption fantastic power. But doesn't that squirrel in the cockpit look familiar?"
- #3Champion of Nature
Keys: Sylvaris · Secondary: Champion of Nature
"A verdant wind is blowing..."
Champion of Nature: "This creature was driven from its home by a giant plant. Sometimes it thinks about going back, but the cold doesn't bother it anymore."
Sylvaris is a four-legged hydra with long necks and 6 heads of different colors (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, light blue/white). Its scales are turquoise, and the lower part of its body is yellow-brown.
Type: Boss Damage: 330 (heads), 0 (body) Max Life: 2,700,000 Defense: 70 ~75% Damage Reduction on heads KB Resist:100%
Champion of Nature does not spawn on its own and must be summoned by the player by using the Sigil of Champions in the Ice biome while in the Underground layer.
The Champion of Nature consists of six heads and a main body that deals no contact damage - all parts can be attacked and multiple can be hit at once, but the heads will take reduced compared to the body. Its attacks are all based on the Force of Nature’s enchantments, which each of its heads represent.
Gains a large aura; leaving this aura will immediately enrage the boss, causing it to start another head attack while all heads that are not currently attacking shoot a deathray at the player. Additionally, after performing the two jumps, all heads perform a deathray attack in synchrony before individual head attacks resume.
Every head has a distinct attack. two heads will attack at a time, performing the individual moves: Phase 1 Cimson: Hovers above the player and drops down globs of ichor. Molten: Forms an orange circle around the head and attempts to follow the player around for the few seconds. Eventually, the circle explodes into a ring of 8 damaging fireballs. Rain Hovers above the player and creates rain clouds that drop damaging rain. Chlorophyte: Summons 6 Leaf Crystals that spin around the head. Frost: Shoots clusters of icicles in a V-shaped burst to the sides of the player. Icicles are faster and fired for longer. Shroomite: Fires clusters of bullets towards the player's past location that, after a few seconds, pause and redirect to the player's current location. Deathray Aims all heads slightly below the player while charging up the deathray, telegraphed by six lines originating from all the heads that converge at the target. The heads slowly rotate clockwise nearly a full 360 degrees, forcing the player to move directly upwards to dodge the deathrays.
After attacking 3 times with its heads, it jumps at the player’s location twice before attacking with its heads again. The jumps are the only time when the body can cause contact damage, as it makes an explosion when landing on blocks.
- #4Champion of Terra
Keys: Terranis · Secondary: Champion of Terra
"The stones tremble around you..."
Terranis is a long worm made of enchanted stone that is so durable that the only weak point is its dragon-like head.
Champion of Terra: "Only the brain of this colossal serpent is still organic. Transformed into enchanted rock and metal, its body is impervious to attack."
Champion of Terra does not spawn on its own and must be summoned by the player by using the Sigil of Champions while in the Underground layer.
Type: Boss Damage: 510 Max Life: 420,000 Defense: 80 KB Resist: 100%
Attacks Gains a second phase when it reaches 10% health.
First phase The Champion of Terra is generally always trying to ram into the player, but it also follows a set pattern of attacks, teleporting for each of them, then repeating after completing the final attack. Before each attack, the Champion will coil up and generate a contracting orange ring to signify when the next attack will begin. Launches directly towards the player’s current location, shooting two sweeping streams of fireballs from its head. The streams initially point in the direction of its movement before sweeping to their respective sides until they're facing roughly backwards. (The stream of fireballs continue sweeping backwards a little longer.) Charges the player in a zig-zagging motion, creating an explosion of lightning and fireballs at the peak of each turn. The fireballs have a weak homing property. (Fireballs are doubled.) Does a huge U-turn around the player, shooting a stream of fireballs towards the center of the turn. Circles the player, trapping them inside, then shoots out a homing electric orb that gradually grows in size before exploding into a ring of lightning bolts. The trajectories of the lightning bolts will be telegraphed by translucent warning beams. The Champion of Terra's head is its weak point, as all of its other segments take negligible damage.
Second phase Champion of Terra loses all its segments, which each turn into electro balls that linger for the rest of the fight. Its head grows much bigger and moves around faster, but more sloppily. It will try to ram players, periodically fire lightning bolts, and occasionally shoot the same electro ball it used in its circling attack, except the warning lasers now spin rapidly around the electric orb, slowing down right before it's about to explode.
- #5Champion of Will
Keys: Vindex · Secondary: Champion of Will
"Metallic groans echo from the depths..." Champion of Will: "Overflowing with rage. Strikes with great power and withstands attacks through sheer force of anger alone. Just who is this nameless exile?"
Vindex is a bronze walrus-like machine. On his back are two wings radiating pink energy (?). His eyes are mostly white with a hint of bed pink, and his fangs are directed downward and begin their color with dark purple and smoothly end in white.
Type: Boss Damage: 360 Max Life: 1,260,000 Defense: 80 KB Resist: 100%
Champion of Will follows a set pattern, repeating after completing the final attack:
Launches a bomb that creates 2 lingering deathrays in a cross shape at its position. Performs 4 diagonal dashes towards the player, which it also does in between all its other attacks. (Spawns 3 spears that close in on the player in a triangular pattern each time it dashes.) Spawns a group of spears above itself, which launch themselves at the player after a brief delay. Breathes a stream of slightly homing fireballs while staying next to the player. Champion of Will goes into phase 2 after reaching 66% health.
Second phase At the start of this phase, Champion of Will encases itself in an invincible gold shell for 8 seconds and shoots a x-cross deathray bomb, then spawns 6 spears that close in the player in a circle pattern around them. It will do this seven times before it uncases itself.
Once it becomes vulnerable, the Champion’s 1st phase attacks are improved as follows:
Its bomb is improved, also shooting several razorblades that circle around the bomb’s former location while moving outwards, both clockwise and counterclockwise. Now spawns even more spears, shooting each group in quick succession. Its fire breath attack is accompanied with a giant orbital deathray that strikes at the player’s current position, telegraphed by a warning beam. Champion of Will goes into phase 3 after reaching 33% health.
Third Phase Champion of Will performs the same actions as it did while entering its second phase, then resumes the attacks, which are also further improved.
Its charges now create two short-lived trails of stationary fireballs. Its bomb shoots another denser, but slower wave of razorblades. Now spawns even more spears. Its fire breath is accompanied with even more deathrays, each appearing in quick succession.
- #6Champion of Earth
Keys: Terragron · Secondary: Champion of Earth
"The core of the planet rumbles..." Champion of Earth: "Merging with a Force has given it a power high. This Champion erupts from the magma and rampages through all who cross its path."
Terragron is a magical skull and palms, they are made of obsidian, hellstone and magma with lava veins.
Type: Boss Damage: 390 Max Life: 960,000 Defense: 80 KB Resist: 100%
First phase The Champion of Earth consists of a vulnerable head and two invincible hands that it uses to attack. The hands cannot be damaged, but will block all projectiles that collide with them. The hands will only deal contact damage when in a clenched position.
Champion of Earth always tries to remain above the player and follows a set pattern, repeating after completing the final attack:
Uses its fists to punch the player four times. Vertically waves its hands next to the player with varying speed while shooting out accelerating orichalcum petals from them. (Hands gain increased movement speed and increased fire rate) Puts its fists together, then slams them into the ground three times, causing fire geysers to erupt from solid blocks around the impact site with each slam. The geysers are telegraphed by small jets of flame. (Fire geysers are doubled) Shoots out 3-shot spreads of bouncing fireballs from its mouth while blocking the player's sides with pillars of explosions from its hands. (Increased fireball spread from 3 to 5) Horizontally waves its hands over its own head, shooting out large, accelerating crystal clumps from them. Crystal clumps shatter into many gravity-affected crystal shards. (Hands fire the Crystal Clumps faster and the clumps are doubled.) Champion of Earth goes into phase 2 after reaching 33% health.
Second phase At the start of this phase, Champion of Earth crosses its hands, then heals itself back up to 75% before continuing the fight.
Champion’s 1st phase attacks are improved as follows:
The fists move faster when punching. Each punch creates chain reaction explosions in the direction of the punch. The orichalcum petals are fired more rapidly. (Increased petal velocity, and the projectiles split after travelling far enough.) The fist slams occur faster. (Fists no longer summon flame geysers but instead create life orbs that home onto the player after flying a short distance.) (Increased fireball count from 8 to 10.) The blast pillars produced by the hands are significantly closer together, further limiting the player's space. The crystal clumps are fired more rapidly.
- #7Champion of Life
Keys: Lumira · Secondary: Champion of Life
"A wave of warmth passes over you..." Champion of Life: "Its feathers are said to be blessed relics that ward off nightmares. Has a low opinion of other lifeforms and is very territorial." Lesser Fairy: "Drawn to the Champion of Life's radiance, these pixies care for nothing but fulfilling its commands."
Lumira is two rings filled with holy magic with eyes that revolve around a white glow, and six pink wings hover around this design. (looks like Seraphim from the Bible)
Type: Boss Damage: 480 Max Life: 105,000 Defense: 0 DR: 90% KB Resist: 100%
First phase Champion of Life follows a set pattern, repeating after completing the final attack:
Shoots a 6-armed spiral of bees. This spiral gradually spins faster, forcing players to dodge individual bees rather than following the spiral. Gets under the player (but cannot deal contact damage), then dashes upwards, leaving a trail of Lesser Pixies which wander around, trying to touch the player when they get close. A yellow circle will contract around the Champion during the charging time; the dash itself occurs when the ring fully contracts. Summons multiple walls of beetles on one side of the screen, which move towards the player’s direction from the other in zig-zagging walls. Shoots out multiple groups of fireballs (5) around itself, which then home in on the player. On impact with surfaces or at the end of their lifetimes, the fireballs explode into showers of gravity-affected flaming sparks. Performs another pixie dash, then immediately starts shooting four clockwise spinning deathrays that constantly go in and out of tangibility. Shoots three barrages of cactus orbs at the player, which slow down before exploding into rings of gravity affected needles. Champion of Life goes into phase 2 after reaching 66% health. (It will heal back to full health.)
Second Phase The Champion of Life briefly pauses, emits a yellow flash, and resumes its attack pattern, but with its attacks improved as follows:
Spiral is upgraded to have 8 arms. Performs the pixie dash faster. The beetle walls move faster. Shoots bigger groups of fireballs. Now shoots 6 spinning deathrays, which rotate even faster in the opposite direction. Shoots more cactus orbs in a more condensed fashion. The Champion of Life goes into Phase 3 after reaching 33% health in Eternity Mode. (It heals back to 40% health.)
Third Phase During this phase, the Champion of Life stops moving and shoots 6 deathrays, half spinning clockwise and the rest counter-clockwise, which function the same as its other deathrays (in the sense that they constantly "flicker"). It also constantly shoots out rings of bees.
- #8Champion of Death
Keys: Nanis, Mortem Ex Nihilo · Secondary: Champion of Death
"The darkness of the night feels deeper..." Champion of Death: "Feeds on the negative emotions of other creatures. Breathing its fog is said to inflict an endless sleep fraught with nightmares." Shadow Orb: "Clusters of darkness that focus its power. They keep the curtain of night drawn low in service of their master."
Nanis is a spirit-like creature with black skin and purple eyes, with three purple horns on its head, two large curved ones on the sides and one small one in front. Its belly is purple, it has no legs, and its body ends in a purple-tinged tail. It has two hands that have no fingers but have 3 purple claws on each hand. There are two black wings on its back.
Type: Boss Damage: 500 Max Life: 990,000 Defense: 60 KB Resist: 100%
First phase The fight starts with Champion of Death being surrounded by shadow orbs, which circle quickly around it and shroud it in a cloud of black smog. The player needs to hit each of these orbs at least once for Champion of Death to become vulnerable. The orbs will destroy all projectiles on contact, preventing piercing attacks from working.
Champion of Death follows a set pattern, repeating after completing the final attack:
Creates several beams as a telegraph, before summoning 3 rows of horizontal streams made up of Dungeon Guardians, with a tight gap between each stream. (Fires the 3-stream beam sooner.) Shoots 7 clusters of small fireballs towards the player, which slowly accelerate before spreading out further away. Shoots 3 shadow orbs, which explode at the player’s former position into giant flaming scythes. These scythes then explode into several accelerating, curving ones. Flashes purple and rushes quickly at the player’s position to burst out multiple shadow tentacles several times. Summons several invincible shadow clones covered in smoke around the player, which begin to charge one after the other (telegraphed by warning beams) before disappearing.
Champion of Death goes into phase 2 after reaching 66% health. Second Phase
At the start of this phase, Champion of Death becomes invulnerable again, after which its surrounding shadow orbs expand outwards shortly before shooting many shadow scythes outwards. After this attack is over, the player must hit the shadow orbs again in order to proceed with the fight.
Champion’s 1st phase attacks are improved as follows:
The Dungeon Guardian streams are now vertical. Now shoots 2 fireball clusters perpendicularly to the player, which accelerate and home in faster. Shoots more shadow orbs, which explode faster and have faster accelerating scythes. The tentacle rushes now try to predict the player’s movement. More shadow clones are summoned, and they charge in quicker succession. Champion of Death goes into phase 3 after reaching 33% health.
Third Phase
Champion of Death becomes invulnerable once again, after which its surrounding shadow orbs begin pulsing in and outwards, shooting scythes again. The player needs to hit the orbs again in order to proceed with the fight.
The Dungeon Guardian streams are now both horizontal and vertical. Now shoots 3 fireball clusters, 1 towards the player and 2 perpendicularly to the player. Shoots 2 shadow orbs at once perpendicularly to the player, which explode faster. The tentacle rushes now predict even faster and better. More shadow clones are summoned, and 2 of them charge at once.
- #9Champion of Spirit
Keys: Sandrius Prime · Secondary: Champion of Spirit
"A strong spirit stirs..." Champion of Spirit: "These lost souls regained higher intelligence by absorbing a Force. Not that it's going to stop eating humans any time soon."
Sandrius Prime is a sarcophagus with someone POSSIBLY inside (only red eyes are visible). The sarcophagus itself is decorated with gold ornaments and yellow and purple stripes, the bottom of the sarcophagus is wrapped in bandages. Black hands are flying around him, which are also partially bandaged.
Type: Boss Damage: 375 Max Life: 1,650,000 Defense: 40, 140 (hands) ~50% Damage reduction on hands KB Resist: 100%
First Phase
Champion of Spirit follows a set pattern of attacks, repeating after completing the final attack. Its four hands do contact damage (except when transitioning between attacks) but can be attacked, although they'll take reduced damage compared to the body.
Spits out multiple gravity affected bone crosses while shooting sandnadoes at the player’s current location that form shortly after. Begins waving its hands around and trying to grab the player with one of them. If it successfully grabs the player, it will pull them towards itself and drain their life force, dealing heavy constant damage while healing itself for a huge amount of HP. While grabbed, the player can mash the movement keys to break free early; an indicator resembling a d-pad being mashed will appear below them as a hint. Spawns multiple groups of hallowed swords around itself, which launch themselves towards the player shortly after and stick into walls as temporary hazards. Forms a protective shield (signified by a golden flash) that protects it from damage and reflects all non-minion projectiles (signified by golden explosions whenever a projectile hits the shield and is reflected), then shoots spreads of accelerating hands at the player while summoning homing shadowflames around them. Champion of Spirit immediately goes into phase 2 after reaching 66% health.
Second Phase Champion’s 1st phase attacks are improved as follows:
The tornado shots now alternate between predictive and non-predictive. Now shoots spectral orbs that try to home into the player after some time. Now shoots rings of hands alongside the swords. Spits bone crosses that fly upwards and downwards during the shield attack. Champion of Spirit goes into phase 3 after reaching 1 health.
Third Phase Champion of Spirit goes invincible, then enters a last stand incorporating several of its prior attacks performed simultaneously. It will simultaneously extend its hands to grab players (and gain an extra hand for a total of 5), shoot sandnados at the player, and continuously spit gravity-affected bone crosses. If the player survives this and does not get grabbed for the duration, the Champion of Spirit dies immediately after the attack finishes. If it manages to grab the player and leech their health, it will go back into its second phase once this attack ends, but will not go back to its third phase when it reaches 1 health again.
