Name: Fuyuhiko Kuzuryu Gender: Male Age: 20 years old Height: 5'1" Weight: 94lbs Blood type: AB Birth date: August 16th

Appearance: Befitting his title, Fuyuhiko dresses in traditional yakuza fashion: well-tailored suits. He wears a two-piece suit consisting of a dark pinstripe jacket and pants over a white dress shirt. His tie is brown-black with an animal skull emblem, and he wears black dress shoes with a platform heel. On his left lapel is a pin shaped like the Kuzuryu family symbol, and he wears two silver rings on his right hand. Despite being a Yakuza, he has no tattoos.

He has dusty-blond crew-cut hair, with a distinct pair of curved lines shaved on each side of his head, and gold eyes.

Background: Fuyuhiko is the heir to the Kuzuryu yakuza clan, the largest criminal syndicate in the nation, with a membership surpassing 30,000. He grew accustomed to the Kuzuryu Clan's way of settling disputes through violence, leading him to believe that as long as he bore his family name, he would always be surrounded by a mountain of dead bodies. His upbringing toughened him so much that he no longer cried about anything, including losing a fight by second grade. Being treated with caution by non-clan members was second nature to him due to his status. Ever since Fuyuhiko was too young to understand, he had often witnessed his parents' frequent fights. It involved his mother's various attempts to kill his hotheaded father during minor arguments that quickly escalated. There were a few instances when Fuyuhiko was nearly killed in the aftermath of his parents' fights. Still, his assigned hitman, who had accompanied him since infancy, Peko Pekoyama, was always there to protect him.

Being a rambunctious kid, Fuyuhiko took Peko through a childhood filled with bizarre adventures with him. One time, Fuyuhiko and Peko were kidnapped together, but she managed to escape, and they ended up lost in the mountains. Fuyuhiko began to cry when Peko tried to cheer him up, sensing she was just as scared and worried. Eventually, Peko saved them both with her swordsmanship and her determination to protect him, even as he remained her loyal tool. During a visit to the zoo, Fuyuhiko once challenged the king of the monkeys to a fight, and Peko had to step in to help.

Fuyuhiko often got into trouble, which led to incessant lectures from his parents. To escape these scoldings, he developed a habit of climbing to the very top of the trees in their backyard. When they eventually found him, they would either bring the dogs or shake the tree until he fell out. Since he often couldn't climb back down on his own, Peko would have to come to his rescue. This close bond made Fuyuhiko resent Peko for seeing herself as nothing more than a tool. He never viewed her that way or asked her to be one, and always wanted her to be herself.

Fuyuhiko would constantly question and worry about his position, believing that his little sister, Natsumi, was more deserving of succeeding as clan head. He was fond of her and always helped her when she needed it, dubbing her the Ultimate Little Sister. Although Natsumi was an annoying little sister who loved making a fool of him, she was also self-centered, selfish, and extremely arrogant. Yet Fuyuhiko praised her talent for getting people to do what she wanted. He believed that this skill was what made her deserve the Ultimate Yakuza title more than he did. She was even called the reincarnation of their uncle. When a faction within the clan wanted to make her the next leader, Natsumi refused, claiming she was only amazing because she was Fuyuhiko's sister. Fuyuhiko could not accept this and insisted that she lead while he lived on his own, believing she was better than he was at everything.

Fuyuhiko attended Suzuran High School before being scouted to attend Hope's Peak Academy's Class 77-B as the Ultimate Yakuza alongside Peko, who was scouted as the Ultimate Swordswoman. He instructed her to keep their professional relationship a secret and to treat each other like normal classmates.

Despite his parents' violent tendencies and the many traumatic experiences he endured witnessing that violence, Fuyuhiko deeply respects both of them. He mentions that his father is so strong he could lift the Jabberwock Statue on his own, has his own biography published, and even took Fuyuhiko fishing, turning their catch into fresh sashimi to eat on the spot. His mother, on the other hand, is extravagant; she loves coconuts so much that they are scattered across the floor year-round. The Kuzuryu Clan has a tradition that they won't acknowledge a man as a faithful member unless he can split a coconut with his bare hands. The family also has a summer custom of slicing watermelons with long cane swords at the beach until the sand is soaked red. The family's fondness for violence runs even in his cousin, who is obsessed with weapons, though she never lets him touch them. He once had a great-grandfather who was a former Navy man. Perhaps the most infamous Kuzuryu is his late uncle, known as the "Overlord of the South," said to be the clan's strongest member. Rumors claimed his final battle with a pursuing detective nearly destroyed the world, and Fuyuhiko genuinely believed his uncle was even stronger than a tank.

Personality: Fuyuhiko is usually incredibly stand-offish, always in a crappy mood, and rude to the others. He claims he's not going to play at being friends with anyone, and considers it beneath him and not worth his time. When Fuyuhiko interacts with others, whether by choice or not, his attitude is combative and irritable; he is easily angered and often resorts to threats or insults when others disagree with or complain about his actions. He badmouths everyone, using names like "bastard," "dumbass," and "motherfucker." His signature insult is boke (ぼけ), and he frequently punctuates arguments with it. He asserts his yakuza background so often to enhance his lone-wolf attitude.

Despite his belligerent attitude, Fuyuhiko isn't always impulsively unreasonable, hostile, or emotional. He usually displays maturity and contemplativeness when the situation calls for it. He often feels guilty, empathetic, or even remorseful for his actions, and tries to do better as a person. He cares deeply about his friends, and he especially likes being around them, even if he says he doesn't. Fuyuhiko is often a man of his word, willing to go to great lengths to protect his friends.

Fuyuhiko takes duty very seriously, and if there's anyone he can trust, he will open his heart to them and cooperate with them. Despite having no compunctions about murder or framing others for his crimes, he takes more trivial violations of honor and moral codes seriously.

Talent: As the heir to the Kuzuryu Clan, Fuyuhiko was raised in a "kill or be killed" environment, where settling disputes through violence was the norm. Even his parents' arguments sometimes ended with him getting involved and nearly being killed. Due to his family's notoriety, people treated him with extreme caution. Fuyuhiko has grown used to being doubted, admitting he had done many things that deserved suspicion. He also expressed that he could relate to the dark impulse of refusing to let someone you hold a grudge against die easily. This manifested in his tendency to indulge in his "an eye for an eye" philosophy against those who wronged him or the people he cared about.

Having been used to being surrounded by a "mountain of bodies," Fuyuhiko did not get overwhelmed by death easily, even from a young age.

Despite being hardened by his upbringing, he claims there is nothing inherently substantial about him beyond being born into the Kuzuryu Clan. He constantly worries and questions his own positions, believing his younger sister would make a better leader because of her skill set.

He appears well acquainted with yakuza traditions, such as sakazukigoto, a highly formal ceremony in which two or more men exchange sake in traditional cups, typically to pledge loyalty and brotherhood. In Fuyuhiko's case, he swaps the sake with water. Lone wolf attitude, rude, combative, irritable, reasonable, sociable
