   Keys: Loraheim, Continent

   Loraheim is a massive continent shared by five kingdoms and their capital cities: The primarily human kingdom of Elyssia, the demon kingdom of Khos, the elven kingdom of Levelayn, the orc kingdom of Gulduun, and the Beast kingdom of Nammu. Loraheim had known countless wars in the past until the great war, year 1162, when King Cassius of Elyssia brokered an alliance between Man, Elf, Beast, and Orc to beat back the Demon Lord Vendrick's armies, knowing that if they had not worked together the kingdom of Khos would have conquered them all while they were fighting amongst themselves. After the fall of Vendrick and near destruction of Khos, continued negotiations, trade, and diplomatic talks maintained the peace for two centuries, when even Khos had come to the bargaining table under their now current ruler, Demon Lord Raffel. In the years since, Loraheim has known not only coexistence but also peace, with the people of Nammu becoming part of the Elyssian empire and Gulduun going their own way.

   Loraheim is the home of countless creatures, many races, tribes, and several free cities. The free city of Kanit to the Southeast, housing Kobolds, Goblins, Hob-Goblins, Dark Elves, and some Humans. The city of Otengroz, housing primarily Dwarves. The city of Gulduun, housing Orcs primarily. The reclusive city of Lokengraach, a city of Undead far to the south beyond Khoz, an isolationist nation with their own Queen. The city of Ebonmore, hidden underground in a massive cavern called the Deep Dark and is primarily inhabited by Arachne and Insectoids. There are also dozens of small villages scattered about, most of which being Elyssian territories.

   Elysian's empire controls the Eastern half of the continent, the Levelayn empire controls the West, and Khoz controls the far south. The northern regions are unclaimed wilds and jungles, mostly inhabited by tribals, and the jungle city of Gulduun.

   The city of Otengroz lies in the Northwest, Kanit to the Southeast.

   Dragons exist in Loraheim, though they are rare and typically peaceful creatures, with Red Dragons being the exception.

2. #2Elyssiaselective

   Keys: Elyssia, Human Kingdom, Emerald Coast, Windbrook, Stoneveil, Elyssian

   Elyssia was founded on the Emerald Coast by human settlers eight centuries ago. It initially served as a trading hub and slowly grew over time, eventually becoming the grand kingdom it's known as today. The kingdom received its namesake from the first queen, Elyssia Colden, who sacrificed herself in the first major human war to beat back the Orc armies. The kingdom now consists of three cities and several villages: the city of Velara in Elyssia's northern territories, the city of Stoneveil in the western territory of Elyssia, and the grand capital of Elarion along the Emerald Coast. The current rulers are King Ivan Colden and his wife, Isabella Colden. The heirs are Princess Alyssa Colden and Prince Argyle Colden. The kingdom does not believe in human superiority and houses people of all races, and even has high populations of both Beastkin and Halflings. The kingdom holds a particular respect for Magic and its capabilities, and King Ivan is an immensely powerful wizard. Despite the importance magic plays in Elyssian society, practices such as Necromancy and Hemomancy are illegal and exceptionally dangerous practitioners are dealt with by the clerics of Silmara. The city is protected by the Silver Sentinels, Clerics of Silmara, and the royal army. There is a large Beastkin population in Elyssia's empire as well.

   There are several smaller towns and villages within Elyssia, most notably Windbrook to the North, Edenburg to the Northeast, Ironhold to the South, and Valecor to the Southeast.

   Elyssia's banner is a teal color with gold embroidery, with the kingdom's sigil being a golden staff segmented into several pieces.

3. #3Elarionselective

   Keys: Elarion, Emerald Coast, Human Capital

   Elarion is the massive capital of Elyssia and the seat of their empire. The city welcomes all people and houses the Mages Guild, Merchants Guild, the headquarters of the Adventurers Guild, Grand Chapel of Silmara, Order of Silmara, the Sweet Treat bakery, Wizard's Wares, and the Emerald Trade Company. The city is protected both by the city guards and when necessary, the Silver Sentinels, large automatons resembling knights clad in silver armor. The city is built along the Emerald Coast, on a massive cliff overlooking the ocean.

4. #4Stoneveilselective

   Keys: Stoneveil

   Stoneveil is a large city on the western region of Elyssia's territory. The city is primarily known for it's military strength and near-impenetrable towering walls. The city is home to the Blacksmiths Guild, an Adventurers Guild outpost, and the outskirts hold the largest mine in the kingdom. Stoneveil.

5. #5Velaraselective

   Keys: Velara

   Velara is the city in the northern territories of Elyssia. The city is primarily residential with little guild presence overall, though it does house the Alchemists Guild and a small Mages Guild location. The city is the closest to nature, which has led to it being often considered the most peaceful of the cities in Elyssia and the most comfortable for non-human races such as Beastkin or others that thrive in nature.

6. #6Khozselective

   Keys: Khoz, Demon Kingdom, Obsidian Mountains

   Khoz is a kingdom almost entirely consisting of Demons to the south. Once refugees from Hell, turned conquerors by the Demon Lord Vendrick, and now a near isolationist military power under the leadership of Demon Lord Rafell. Khoz has been at peace with the rest of Loraheim for over a century now, though there is still some tension. Their ruler is determined to keep the peace and build Khoz into a nation that can be more than what they once were. The kingdom only has a single city, Nir’Zhaleth, a large city of blackened stone and iron. The royal family of Khoz consists of Lord Rafell, Prince Dante, Prince Azarell, and Princess Malrissa.

   Khoz's banner is bright red with silver embroidery, with the sigil being a Balrog's skull.

7. #7Nir'Zhalethselective

   Keys: Nir'Zhaleth, Demon Kingdom, Demon Capital

   Nir'Zhaleth is the capital of Khoz, a massive city built upon blackened stone and iron within the Obsidian Mountains. The city houses all kinds of demonic creatures from "regular" Demons, to Imps, to Daegons, to Goatmen, to Quasit, and many more.

   The city is surprisingly peaceful, mostly due to Rafell's zero tolerance on "savagery" within the walls. The military is more organized in recent years, given the moniker "The Crimson Legion" by Rafell, and the city is also kept safe from threats both within and outside of the kingdom by the "Hell Knights", a group of highly skilled demonic soldiers trained in the art of pyromancy.

8. #8Obsidian Mountainsselective

   Keys: Obsidian Mountains, Khoz, Nir'Zhaleth

   The Obsidian mountains is a mountain range in the southern part of Loraheim, a region that falls under the banner of Khoz. The mountains are a harsh landscape of stone with a few small pine forests scattered about and dangerous creatures prowling about.

   Creatures within the Obsidian Mountains: Wyverns, Giant Vultures, Basilisk, Cliff Spiders, Trolls, Rock Beetles, Drakes, and a single Manticore.

   Animals within the Obsidian Mountains: Mountain Goats, Wolverines, Lynx, Moose, and more.

9. #9Levelaynselective

   Keys: Levelayn, Cosmic Glades, Elven Kingdom

   Levelayn is the Elven kingdom to the West, built within a region called the Cosmic Glades. Levelayn was the first kingdom of Loraheim, having already established a capital while the Orcs and Beastkin still lived in tents and the Humans hadn't even found the continent. A proud but nor quite arrogant people, the Elves of Levelayn have put great effort in maintaining the peace. Levelayn houses two cities, Nymariel on the coast of their territory, and their capital city Vaerindor in the center of their territory. Levelayn welcomes all kinds and is generally friendly to outsiders. The kingdom of Levelayn looks alien to most outsiders, the trees within are purple, blue, and pink, and the grass is always blue or purple as well. It is believed by many that the region looks so different due to the asteroid that hit the Cosmic Glades over a thousand years ago. The Starborn arrived in that asteroid as well and have settled in Levelayn.

   The kingdom of Levelayn is ruled by Queen Seralla. The queen has a single heir, Princess Mileena.

   The banner of Levelayn is purple in color with blue embroidery, with the kingdom's sigil being a falling star.

   The army of Levelayn typically wears blue armor made from Star Metal, a unique form of metal that only forms under the Cosmic Glades.

10. #10Nymarielselective

    Keys: Nymariel, Levelayn, Arcane Tower

    Nymariel is the coastal city of Levelayn, smaller than Vaerindor but filled with large spiral towers. Nymariel is the home of Levelayn's Adventurers Guild outpost, and serves at the hub of trade. It is also the home of the Arcane Tower, the Elven equivalent of a Mages Guild.

11. #11Vaerindorselective

    Keys: Vaerindor, Elven City

    Vaerindor is the capital of Levelayn, often referred to as "The city where stars dwell". The city is very large and almost alien in appearance, with strange towers that serve as observatories for the stars, marble streets, and magical trees scattered about. The capital city is home to the Temple of Estella, and houses the Archaeology Guild. The City is protected by the Levelayn royal guard.

12. #12Gulduunselective

    Keys: Gulduun, Orc Kingdom, Orcs

    Gulduun is a free city mostly inhabited by Orcs in the Verdant Vale to the North. The city is reinforced by simple wood palisade walls with huts and cottages in place of large structures. Since the last war, Gulduun society has undergone massive changes, with Orc kind and Gulduun as a whole now living as hunter-gatherers rather than warmongers, and most tribes within the Verdant Vale no longer fighting amongst each other. The city houses not just Orcs, but now includes Bugbears, Gnolls, and a race of frog men called Grippli. Gulduun has no quarrel with Elyssia or Levelayn, but the people simply don't want to bow to any king or queen. Many people within Gulduun do not worship gods, but instead worship jungle spirits.

    Gulduun has no official leader, but rather a council of varying tribes and a militia.

13. #13Verdant Valeselective

    Keys: Verdant Vale, Grippli, Gnoll, Bugbear

    The Verdant Vale is a massive jungle on the northern part of Loraheim and falls under Gulduun territory. The jungle is a harsh environment to any unfamiliar with it and teaming with wildlife, both hostile and otherwise.

    Animals within the Verdant Vale: Panthers, Pterodactyls, Jaguar, Bobcats, Giant Toucans, Monkeys, Chimps, Hippopotamus, Pangolins, Cassowary, Water Monitors, Crocodile,Velociraptor, Elephants.

    Creatures within the Verdant Vale: Giant Tarantulas, Werepanthers, Bamboo Spiders, Giant Mantis, Mudmen, Dire Pythons, and more.

    There is a Lamia tribe within the jungle called the Shimmerscale tribe that doesn't consider itself part of Gulduun.

    There is a rare race of sentient giant turtles called the Turadon within the Verdant Vale.

    There is a massive, twenty foot bipedal lizard creature called the Tyrant within the Verdant Vale that has hunted within the jungle for fifty years. None have managed to kill it.

14. #14Turadonselective

    Keys: Turadon, Wise Turtle

    The Turadon are a rare and ancient race of highly intelligent giant turtles that dwell in the jungle. They are a solitary people who reject society and choose to live on their own, though they're known to share wisdom with people who pass by. Standing at ten feet wide and six feet tall, the Turadon have no natural predators and live peacefully. Some theorize that they are the oldest race in Loraheim, as the Turadon named Dohgol, who dwells not far from Gulduun's city, claims to have been alive for two thousand years. Turadon have strange biology, resembling normal turtles aside from their size but with more "human" eyes, longer limbs, and opposable fingers.

15. #15Kanitselective

    Keys: Kanit, Free City

    Kanit is a free city to the Southeast, between Elyssia and Khoz, and nestled in a forested region. The city, much like Gulduun, doesn't wish to be part of any empire. They're a prime example of varying races and species working together, with the inhabitants being Goblin, Hob-Goblin, Kobold, Dark Elf, some Humans, and even more. The city is moderately sized and well defended, and aside from the local militia, it is also defended by tamed Drakes that have been saddled and given custom-fitted armor.

16. #16Otengrozselective

    Keys: Otengroz, Free City, Dwarves, Gunpowder, Black Powder

    Otengroz is a free city to the Northwest, between Levelayn and the Verdant Vale. Nestled in a rocky region overlooking the coast, the city is built by and primarily lived in by Dwarves. A reclusive people with their own lord, Angus Augustine, they are an isolationist nation that pride themselves on their self-reliance and their intellect. The Dwarves of Otengroz have made technological advancements that set them apart from most, including gunpowder-based weaponry and Centurions, the Dwarves' answer to the Silver Sentinels, albeit not as powerful. Otengroz has black powder weapons such as Black Powder Rifles, Black Powder Pistols, Cannons, and an experimental Gatling gun.

    The banner of Otengroz is simple and less flashy than most, a simple yellow banner with a hand holding a hammer as the sigil.

    The ruler of Otengroz is Angus Augustine.

17. #17Silver Sentinelselective

    Keys: Silver Sentinels, Silver Sentinel, Elarion

    The Silver Sentinels are magical automatons resembling knights clad in silver armor, built to defend the city of Elarion and the kingdom of Elyssia, and are capable of being sent to war if need be. The Sentinels stand at twelve feet tall with a near-impenetrable silver frame, often wielding greatswords larger than the human body. There are glowing ports and a glowing glass visor on their faces, showing the mana within that powers them. They are capable of very basic speech, usually only to give or receive orders, and in a robotic tone devoid of emotion.

18. #18Lokengraachselective

    Keys: Lokengraach, Dead City, Lich Queen, Shadow Marshes

    Lokengraach is a strange city nestled even further south than Khoz in a region called the Shadow Marshes, the inhabitants being entirely undead. The people of Lokengraach have kept to themselves for centuries, having very rare contact with the outside world and typically only ever dealing with Khoz. Nobody knows why so many undead have congregated in this place, but it's generally believed that the "Lich Queen" who rules over it has made it into a safe haven of sorts for dead that retain or regain their minds. The city is inhabited by Zombies, Ghouls, Vampires, Ghosts, and even Skeletons.

19. #19Emerald Coastselective

    Keys: Emerald Coast, Elyssia

    The Emerald Coast a large, gorgeous coastland on the far East of Loraheim and houses the Elyssian capital city, Elarion. The coast is a very vibrant place, with fields and forests leading to the beaches. There are little to no hostile creatures within the region due to Elyssia's military.

    Wildlife includes: Deer, Seals, Pelicans, Weasels, Crabs, and many more within the ocean itself.

20. #20Estellaselective

    Keys: Estella, Goddess of the Stars, Elf Goddess, Elven Goddess

    Estella is the goddess of the stars, and the being the Elves of Loraheim consider their guide and mother goddess. Estella is often depicted as a young woman with flowing blue hair, purple eyes, and Elven features such as pointed ears. Estella is said to guide the Elven people through signs in the constellations, and shines light on them in their darkest of times.

21. #21Silmaraselective

    Keys: Silmara, Goddess of Mana, Mother of Magic

    Silmara is the prominent goddess of the region, with her worship being most common among the Elyssian Empire. Her followers believe that nearly all sources of magic stem from her, including souls themselves. She is often depicted as a motherly figure with flowing purple hair and shimmering silver eyes.

22. #22Order of Silmaraselective

    Keys: Order of Silmara, Inquisitors, Clerics of Silmara, Elarion Chapel

    The Order of Silmara is a militarized religious group that protects the faithful from Dark Magic, while also hunting certain practitioners. Those who practice Necromancy or Hemomancy are directly at odds with the Order, and are typically either contained or eliminated depending on the severity of their practice. The order is led by the Grand Inquisitor, Cassandra Serric, and the Clerics both hunt dangerous practitioners of dark magic within the kingdom and heal the sick and injured.

23. #23Cosmic Gladesselective

    Keys: Cosmic Glades, Elven Glades, Starborn, Levelayn, Nymariel, Vaerindor

    The Cosmic Glades is a massive glade within Levelayn territory, named such due to the unique foliage. The flowers within the glades glow a shimmering blue, with several trees glowing shades of pink, blue, or purple, giving the region an otherworldly or cosmic appearance. There is a large asteroid embedded in the center of the glade, and the Elves believe the asteroid is one of Estella's fallen stars, and the glade is her gift to Elf kind. The Cosmic Glades are also home to a race known as the "Starborn" that is allied with the Elves.

    Animals within the Cosmic Glades: Astral Deer, Rabbits, Shimmer Cats, Owls, Wolves, and more.

    Creatures within the Cosmic Glades: Frost Drakes, Will-o-the-Wisps, Ents, Dire Ravens, Crystal Wyverns, Displacer Beasts.

    There is a dragon with the Cosmic Glades known as "Cosma".

    Displacer Beasts are extremely rare, though they are the most dangerous thing in the Cosmic Glades.

24. #24The Grand Forestselective

    Keys: Grand Forest, Forest

    The Grand Forest is a massive forested region near the center of Loraheim, and is generally considered neutral territory due to it being nearly impossible to tame. The forest is filled with wildlife and dangerous creatures, with the odd tribe here and there.

    Animals within the forest: Elk, Wolves, Dire Wolves, Bears, Snakes, Giant Snakes, Raccoons, Owls, Bobcats, and many more.

    Creatures within the forest: Dryad, Sylvan, Ogres, Owlbears, Wendigo, Werewolves, Giant Eagles, Skull Dogs, and more.

    There is a tribe of Bird Folk within the forest called the "Iron Wings", their people having almost never interacted with the rest of Loraheim. There is a Kobold tribe as well known as the "Eretthi" living at the edge of the forest to the East, they occasionally trade with villages outside the forest.

    Keys: Daegon, Demons

    Daegon are a variant of Demon that stand out from other demon races. They look a bit less human, often having purple skin. Their eyes are solid red, they're known to be quite tall, and they have a pair of long horns matching their skin tone.

    Keys: Daemon, Demons

    An uncommon subrace of Demon mostly consisting of the royal family of Khoz and distant relatives, they appear human aside from their glowing orange eyes with slit pupils, sharp teeth, and pointed ears. Despite their unassuming appearance, they are more durable than the average human and have lifespans comparable to Elves.

    Daemons do not possess horns or tails, however, the royal bloodline of Daemons, such as Rafell and his children, will grow horns made of pure flame when using their full power.

27. #27Goatmenselective

    Keys: Goatmen, Demons

    Goatmen are a rare Demon species that have bright red fur covering the entire body, aside from their faces, which have a human appearance and pale skin. Goatmen have hooves, curved horns, and haunting dark eyes with black sclera. Goatmen are the most naturally talented Pyromancers among the Demon kind.

28. #28Beastkinselective

    Keys: Beastkin, Nammu

    Once belonging to the tribal kingdom of Nammu, Beastkin have now integrated into the Elyssian empire, though some have instead gone to Levelayn instead. There are many subspecies of Beastkin, from Cats, to Wolves, to Dogs, to Foxes. Beastkin appear entirely human aside from having a tail and a set of animal ears representing the subspecies they belong to. Beastkin share traits with the animal their ears and tail represents, such as Catkin behaving like felines or Wolfkin behaving like canines.

29. #29Ebonmoreselective

    Keys: Ebonmore, Arachne, Insectoid, Deep Dark, Dark Elf

    Ebonmore is a city chisled from stone and reinforced with chitin and webbing, hidden under the surface Loraheim within the Deep Dark. The city is nearly entirely populated by Arachne, Batlings, and Insectoid, though it has some Dark Elf refugees as well. Ebonmore keeps to themselves, though not out of any desire to, but because these races have lived underground for so long that they incapable of surviving on the surface. Some brave traders do make the trip into Ebonmore, and always report back that they were treated with kindness, unexpected from the eerie dwellers within.

    Ebonmore is led by Queen Lilith, a Phase Spider Arachne.

30. #30Deep Darkselective

    Keys: Deep Dark, Underground, Ebonmore

    The Deep Dark is a massive cave system deep under the surface of Loraheim, with the only civilized place within being the city of Ebonmore. The Deep Dark is an extremely dangerous place for those that do not belong due to the hostile and almost alien wildlife.

    Creatures within the Deep Dark include: Phase Spiders, Giant Spiders, Giant Widow Spiders, Giant Centipedes, Nosferatus, Ropers, Cave Creepers, Tarmen, Beholders, Hook Horrors

31. #31Mudmenselective

    Keys: Mudmen, Verdant Vale

    Mudmen are a strange creature found only in the Verdant Vale. Mudmen appear to be entirely made of some clay-like substance, and they are entirely mindless aside from the urge to kill.

32. #32Bone Dogselective

    Keys: Bone Dog, Grand Forest

    An unusual creature originally thought to be a form of undead, Bone Dogs are wolves with black fur and no skin or fur on their heads, leaving their skulls entirely visible along with a set of glowing red eyes. Some believe them to be a curse from the forest itself, some believe they're demonic, though nobody really knows where they came from.

33. #33Shadow Marshesselective

    Keys: Shadow Marshes, Marsh, Lokengraach

    The Shadow Marshes are a large marshland south of the Obsidian Mountains. The region is covered in a dense, unending fog, and despite the presence of Lokengraach in the center, the region is still extremely hostile.

    Creatures within the Shadow Marshes: Ropers, Giant Leeches, Mindless Undead, Floravores, Bog Witches

34. #34King Ivanselective

    Keys: King Ivan, Elyssia

    Ivan Colden is the current king of the Elyssian Empire, having taken the throne after the death of his father King Erikur. King Ivan is a fair king well liked by his people, and is known to be very caring toward the common people within Elyssia. Ivan is also one of the most powerful wizards in the kingdom, perhaps even the entirety of Loraheim. The amount of raw mana within him has even expanded his lifespan, with some believing him capable of living centuries. Behind closed doors, this idea does trouble him to an extent, for he fears outliving his wife and children. He is very close to both his eldest child, Alyssa, and his youngest, Argyle. Ivan is a loving husband to his wife Isabella.

    Ivan's appearance: Shoulder-length grey hair, long grey beard, thin body, brown eyes. Often wears teal robes and his diamond-studded crown.

    Ivan's age: 52 years old.

35. #35Queen Isabellaselective

    Keys: Queen Isabella, Elyssia, Isabella Colden

    Queen of Elyssia through her marriage to King Ivan, Isabella was a commoner before meeting Ivan when he was just a boy. When she was a young woman and Ivan was still a prince, Ivan had proposed to her despite her being a commoner. Due to her common upbringing, she is very involved in the throne's decision-making when it involves the villages and towns under Elyssia's banner, rather than focusing on the capital city. Isabella is a loving wife to Ivan and still dotes on both her son Argyle, and her daughter, Alyssa, much to Alyssa's annoyance.

    Isabella's appearance: Long brown hair in a braided ponytail, Youthful appearance despite age, Purple eyes, Hourglass figure, wears teal dress with sapphire earrings and diamond studded crown.

    Isabella's age: 48 years old.

36. #36Prince Argyleselective

    Keys: Prince Argyle, Argyle

    Prince Argyle is the second-born child of Ivan and Isabella Colden, and a studying mage. Despite his royal status, Argyle has chosen to attend the Mages Guild among commoners and shows more interest in magical theory than he does in the throne. He's a talented conjurer, though he's nowhere near as powerful as his father. Argyle has a good relationship with his sister Alyssa, even if the two have nothing in common.

    Argyle appearance: Long straight brown hair, purple eyes, feminine face and figure, often wears blue robes.

    Argyle age: 25

37. #37Princess Alyssaselective

    Keys: Princess Alyssa, Alyssa

    Princess Alyssa is the firstborn child of King Ivan and Queen Isabella, and serves as a lieutenant of the royal guard. Unlike her father and brother, she prefers the blade over magic, though she uses spells to enhance her physical prowess, making her a Spellblade. A tactical and stoic woman, she commands the respect of her men through action as well as blood. Alyssa is close to her brother Argyle despite the two having nothing in common, and she's very protective of him due to his "naivety".

    Alyssa appearance: Short brown hair, brown eyes, subtle muscles, scar across left eye and left cheek, freckled face, often wears silver armor.

    Alyssa age: 28 years old

38. #38Princess Malrissaselective

    Keys: Malrissa, Princess Malrissa, Khoz

    Malrissa is the youngest of Rafell's children and his only daughter. She is a quiet and surprisingly shy girl, often keeping to herself within the castle of Khoz, with her only real acquaintances being her own family and some of the maids. She has no interest in the throne, but still studies politics just in case. Often teased by her brother Dante or encouraged to be stronger by her eldest brother Azarell, she tries to be more confident while often failing miserably. Her mother, Queen Zariah, died giving birth to Malrissa, and she sometimes fears her father resents her for this. Malrissa is able to call on the Balrog for aid in battle. Unlike other Daemon, instead of a pair of sprouting a set of horns made of fire when using her full power, she grows a set of flaming wings.

    Malrissa's appearance: Long black messy hair with parted bangs, orange eyes with slit pupils, sharp teeth, pointed ears, gothic appearance, black eyeliner, black lipstick, black nail polish, wears black dresses.

    Malrissa's age: 18 years old.

39. #39Prince Azarellselective

    Azarell is the eldest and most powerful of Rafell's children, and the current heir to the throne. Cunning, strategic, unafraid of getting his hands dirty, however, he has no intentions of repeating his ancestors mistakes and instead plans to continue his father's legacy after being crowned the next Demon Lord and only desires the best for his people. A powerful knight, he wields both a shield and a sword gifted to him by his father that he is able to enshroud in flames. He looks up to his father Rafell, often scolds his brotherDante for never taking anything seriously, and encourages his little sister Malrissa to come out of her shell. His mother, Zariah, died giving birth to Malrissa. Azarell is able to call on the Balrog for aid in battle.

    Azarell's appearance: Tall, muscular, messy shoulder length black hair, pointed ears, orange eyes with slit pupils, sharp teeth, wears black steel armor with gold trimming. Always at full power due to fear of never wanting to appear weak, and so has flaming horns at all times.

    Keys: Rafell, Demon Lord, Khoz

    The current Demon Lord after his father fell in the great war long ago, Rafell has been attempting to bring demon kind into an age of prosperity and self reliance, as well as peace with neighboring kingdoms. Rafell is a strict and impatient ruler, but not an unfair one, often caring greatly for his people while tolerating no nonsense. His eldest son Azarell is his direct heir and protege, though in a way he has the most in common with his middle child, Dante, due to Rafell having been very similar to him during his own youth. His wife, Zariah, died giving birth to his youngest child, Princess Malrissa, though he never held it against her and loves his daughter unconditionally. Rafell is able to call on the Balrog for aid in battle.

    Rafell appearance: Long straight black hair, orange eyes with slit pupils, sharp teeth, muscular, tall, often looks pissed despite being rather calm, pointed ears, wears black steel armor, has a flaming halow resembling a crown above his head.

    Rafell's age: 136 years old.

41. #41Prince Danteselective

    Keys: Dante, Prince Dante, Khoz

    Prince Dante is the middle child of Rafell, and the by far the least serious. While never vying for the throne as his older brother Azarell or taking to royal life in the castle like his little sister Malrissa, Dante yearned for adventure and left Khoz to see the rest of Loraheim. He spends his days traveling the world, looking for fun and adventure. His mother, Zariah, died giving birth to Malrissa.

    Dante appearance: Short messy black hair with sidelocks, orange eyes with slit pupils, sharp teeth, pointed ears, slim build, somewhat petite, wears black steel armor with silver trimming. He wields a sword gifted to him by his father that he can envelop in flames if needed.

    Dante age: 24 years old.

42. #42Balrogselective

    Keys: Balrog

    The Balrog is an ancient and powerful demonic creature resembling a bipedal black dragon. A towering creature standing at eighteen feet tall with scales as black as coal and claws sharp as daggers, the Balrog is a near-unkillable being of hellfire and destruction. With wings made of fire and the ability to both breathe fire and tear through stone like paper, few things can stand against its might. The Balrog serves the Royal Family, as it swore an oath to the Demon Lords bloodline centuries ago when Rafell's grandfather, Azazel, had bested it in battle. The Balrog is immortal, and slaying it causes its body to turn to ash and return to the world after ten years of regeneration. It is capable of speech, though it only speaks to its masters. The only being to have ever bested the Balrog since Azazel was King Cassius, causing the Balrog to respect the Elyssian Empire, though his loyalty is still to Khoz.

43. #43Floravoreselective

    Keys: Floravore, Floravores

    Floravore are a species of sentient humanoid plant creatures that devour meat to survive, human or otherwise. Unlike Mandrakes, Floravore are incapable of intelligent thought and live solitary lifestyles consisting only of hunting and eating. They stand at six feet tall with muscular green bodies made of plant fiber, covered in moss and vines. They possess sharp claws and even sharper, yellowing teeth, and they are able to sue the vines attached to their bodies like lashes or lassos. They communicate through clicks and cricket-like chirps.

44. #44Mandrakeselective

    Keys: Mandrake, Zella, Mandrakes

    Mandrakes are a sentient humanoid plant species that live within Elyssian territory. They are a short race of green-skinned creatures, typically around three feet tall, with long claws for fingers, tails, black sclera, and flowers atop their heads along with their hair. Mandrakes are a peaceful race and typically dwell in a small village called Windbrook within Elyssian territories due to the village's proximity to the Shimmering Meadows. Despite their peaceful nature, Mandrakes are very dangerous once provoked due to their ability to shriek like a banshee with enough force to knock the wind out of someone or even explode their eardrums.

45. #45Windbrookselective

    Keys: Windbrook

    Windbrook is a small village in the norther regions of Elyssia primarily inhabited by beastkin and Mandrakes. It's a peaceful little village neighboring the Shimmering Meadows, and a frequent stop for alchemists on their way to Velara. There is an alchemy shop called "Natures Cure" within Windbrook owned by a Mandrake woman named Zella.

46. #46Arcane Towerselective

    Keys: Arcane Tower, Ariell

    The Arcane Tower is a massive tower within Nymariel dedicated to the study of magic and training young mages to hone their skills. Unlike the Mages Guild in Elyssia, the Arcane Tower is more of a university and has strict requirements to join, and those who wish to attend must showcase an exceptional magical talent. The current Prime Magus of the tower is an Elf named Ariell.

47. #47Archaeology Guildselective

    Keys: Archaeology Guild

    The Archaeology Guild is a guild staretd in the city of Vaerindor. The guild's purpose is the retrieval and protection of ancient artifacts, magical or otherwise. They often work closely with the Adventurers Guild in Elyssia by hiring adventurers to seek artifacts and bring them to the Archaeology Guild.

48. #48Shimmering Meadowsselective

    Keys: Shimmering Meadows

    The Shimmering Meadows is a massive meadow near the city of Windbrook and south of Velara. The meadows get their name from the beautiful flowers that grow there naturally, and they are frequently visited by alchemists due to the medicinal properties of many of the flowers, and Mandrakes due to their love of nature.

    The Alchemists Guild is a guild within the city of Velara dedicated to teaching aspiring alchemists how to safely learn the craft.

50. #50Adventurers Guildselective

    Keys: Adventurers Guild

    The Adventurers Guild is the largest guild within Elyssia and has locations in several cities and villages, with their headquarters being in the capital city Elarion. The Adventurers Guild is a place where adventurers go to take quests given by both commoners, nobles, and sometimes even the Elyssian crown itself. The guild has a ranking system, starting with D rank and ending with S rank. The guildmaster of the headquarters in Elarion is a retired knight named Jasmine, an aged woman with dark skin, short blonde hair, green eyes, a fit body, and numerous scars.
