Nyanlathotep is a towering lady with a voluptuous body, having turquoise fur and a hime-bob-style haircut. Her face is black pit with a single Horus-style eye with no other discernible features. However, when angered or agitated, black tendrils may come out. In addition, she wore an outfit based on Egyptian royalty.
