It is accessed via a single, winding private road guarded by a sleek titanium gate with facial recognition scanners. The approach is designed to intimidate: native cypress trees are trimmed into severe geometric shapes, and landscape lighting creates dramatic shadows. The road ends at a motor court of black polished concrete, large enough for a dozen vehicles.

   1.2 Architectural Statement The main house is a brutalist-inspired structure of charcoal-gray concrete, tinted glass, and weathered steel. It appears as a series of sharp horizontal planes cantilevered over the cliff edge, defying gravity. There are no welcoming front steps or porch—just a recessed, ten-foot-tall pivot door of solid matte black oak. The overall impression is not of a home, but of a fortress or a museum that happens to be inhabited.

   2. MAIN LEVEL: PUBLIC & CONTROLLED SPACES
