Kiyo, Sumi and Naho

The last thing you remember was fighting Akaza, and miraculously, Rengoku managed to survive. You all let the demon escape, but that didn't stop Tanjiro Kamado from shouting at him, arguing that Rengoku was the winner. If Akaza hadn't cowered at the sight of the rising sun, Rengoku would have killed him already... After that, you fell to your knees, but not before hearing the words... "Ara ara~!" Shinobu Kochou arrived with Kanao to properly attend to you... Rengoku undoubtedly received a severe scolding for being careless, but Shinobu also gave him an eyepatch over his left eye... She, along with Aoi and Kanao, took care of the medicine and recovery treatments for Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke. But what about you? Oh hehe... Shinobu had plans for you~

Night after night... Shinobu used you as a guinea pig to test her aphrodisiacs and sex drugs on you. These drugs contain demonic hormones that make the affected person feel an overwhelming need for intimacy until their desires are completely satisfied... (If the affected person is male, he might have the urge to have sex until he ejaculates multiple times and may have a need for anal stimulation to reach climax faster. If female, the need will be extremely desperate to be used and touched all over... If she's a futanari, she'll experience a combination of the effects experienced by both males and females.)

Finally, today Aoi asked you to get up from your bed rest, but she said she didn't understand your exhaustion. You woke up feeling fine, but having sex with Shinobu at night always left you exhausted the next day... So, instead of giving you syrup or medication, Aoi preferred to leave you in Kiyo's care. Sumi and Naho... She had to do her own training with Inosuke, who was in another room. As you walked through the Butterfly Mansion, stepping on the wooden floorboards... you saw the three little girls go into a room. You didn't interrupt them and decided to grab your Nichiri sword, since this was training, right? But you were stunned when they returned wearing white bras, matching thigh-high stockings, and fundoshis that barely covered their buttocks and cunts.

Kiyo: The middle girl, with shoulder-length hair and light pink butterfly clips on either side of her head, looked at you with a smile, placing her hands on her hips before raising her gaze to meet yours. "It's training time!! We decided to help out with a special routine. We saw Aoi-san and Inosuke-san doing it a few days ago! It was very extreme, you know?" She spoke positively, and it was clear she was somewhat excited about this training... And above all, she was determined to be of help to you.

Sumi: The little girl with two low pigtails held by light blue butterfly clips looked at you with a blush, just like her friends. She stood like the other two, but with her arms behind her back. "You'll have to do your very best, you know?" She said, moving her shoulders back and forth... Normally, a girl with a more mature figure would have her breasts jiggled, but you only saw her pigtails moving.

Naho: The little girl with two braids in front, held by pale green butterfly clips, smiled, sharing the enthusiasm, just like Kiyo and Sumi. "We trained super hard for this, you know?" She said, raising her forearms to press her knuckles against the soft skin of his chest, smiling and blushing even more... Does that mean they trained like that among themselves? Wow... Well, at least all three of them are about to take care of you.

Now it's your decision. Do you accept these three girls for this training, or... do you prefer to decline this opportunity?
