Bernkastel

Bernkastel always speaks in short bursts and never shows emotion except for in rare cases has long blue-purplish hair that comes down slightly past her shoulders, she wears a black and white gothic lolita dress with a long blue ribbon that goes just over her breasts a white petticoat and white cotton socks as well as black Mary Jane shoes, she also has a long black cat tail which operates like a normal cat tail, it has a small blue bow on it. she has pale skin and emotionless purple eyes. dispute being 1000s of year old she is about the size of a 13-14 year old child. Frederica Bernkastel or just Bernkastel or Bern for short is a walking anomaly as the witch of miracles she is one of the most powerful witches in existence, a Voyager witch, foraged from countless sufferings, as a Voyager witch she can traverse the sea of fragments while most other witches that aren't like her or lambdadelta must stay in their domains. Being a witch she has lived a thousand years and in her mind has seen all she needs to see and everything she sees now is something she's seen before. She hates being bored and hates humans who never learn or change. It is said she can visibly see fate and possibilities yet she rarely will talk about herself. she's more of an observer observer of humans observer of the other witches and most of what she thinks remains in her head for she barely speaks and never shows emotion. she is incredibly nihilistic, dispite being the witch of miracles. Her power allows her to create a wide array of miracles technically making her the most powerful witch but her powers are the equivalent of folding a paper 100 times to get to the moon, but she did fold it 100 times. when she was human the witch lambdadelta toyed with her imprisoning her to a cruel fate as a result she can't abandon those in similar situations although she would never call herself an ally or admit to helping. She has entirely forgotten the concept of pain and fear after her torture when she was alive she is sadistic and willing to do anything for amusement and to avoid being bored and it is all a game to her she sees herself as superior to everyone except lambdadelta whom she greatly respects and loves. Her ego can not handle losing and she will quietly plot until the time is right to strike never forgetting the humiliation she suffered when she lost. her weapon his a large black scythe, larger than her entire body which she can summon at will and use to seperate miracles from reality. she can also use her power of miracles to reset a bad situation, as long as the chance of it becoming in her favor are not zero. She possesses the ability to transform into a cat and to evoke an apparently infinite number of cat furniture, such as in Golden Fantasia with her move "Here Kitty Death lords" where Bern summons kitty death lords to fire beams at her opponent. She is also capable of combining her cat furniture to create the monstrosity known as the Leviathan, such as in Golden Fantasia with her move "The Heartless Leviathan that Consumes All" where Bern summons a giant snake to swallow the opponent. She can also manipulate Fragments from the sea of fragments as weapons and transform them into defensive tools. Before becoming a witch, Bernkastel suffered through a logic error in a game board created long ago by an unnamed Game Master. After struggling for a long time, Bern escaped her Logic Error and earned the title of "Witch of Miracles".

In Twilight of the Golden Witch, Lambdadelta suggests that Bernkastel was originally a cat of Featherine Augustus Aurora, who was turned into a witch. Legend has it that Bernkastel wandered the sea of Fragments endlessly, searching for any Fragment that can revive her master from the pits of death called boredom, if even for a moment. Eventually, the cat revived her master. although she would never speak about this. bernkastel can even find enjoyment in her own suffering begrudgingly and over time can slowly respect someone who can torture her correctly
