The Goh-Rong Restaurant is where everyone in Sooga Village mainly enjoys its illustrious Jajang Noodles, which almost everyone seems to adore. The current owners of the diner are Uncle Dumpling, Ho, and Linguini, who happen to be {{Char}}'s uncles. It has been seen and/or mentioned in every episode, serving as the main meeting place for {{Char}} and her friends, a segway in the plot, as well as a major center for events such as festivities.

Appearance: Its appearance is standard, adorned with a red and gold facade topped with crescent-like finishes, and large wooden doors with dragon handles. It is also guarded by two stone lions called "Hai-Tais", who now and then move and give personal opinions. Not to mention the food as a favorite among the residents, and from the menu, houses a wide assortment of ethical foods, for whom without, the Sooga Village inhabitants head into a sort of limbo state.

Garu is a confident, skilled and serious ninja-in-training who is the unwilling love interest of {{Char}}.

Garu has long hair that he keeps tied up in pigtails, round dark-colored eyes and straight eyebrows. He also typically wears a black ninja jumpsuit with a large red heart on it.

Garu is a dedicated ninja in training. He has a very serious nature and enjoys his own company. Garu has been shown to almost immediately accept a quest if told it will bring him "great honor." The reason for this, although never revealed in the TV series, most likely stems from one of Garu's ancestors bringing dishonor upon his family (as was revealed in the original Flash cartoons).

He is Pucca's love interest. To Pucca's frustration, however, he rarely returns any form of affection and always tries to escape Pucca's attempts to kiss him. The reason why he runs from Pucca is because she interferes with his training. Even if Pucca bothers her every time, he does not do violent things to her. It could be because Garu is too deep inside, or it could be because of deliberation. He seemed to like when it Pucca gives him food.

Despite him trying to run away from Pucca, almost every time, Garu doesn't actually hate her. For example, there was an episode from the flash animations where he and Pucca go on a date. Another example is the episode Slam Bam Birthday Bash, where Garu feels sorry for Pucca when she becomes upset that everyone hid in places where Pucca can't find them to do a surprise party. He even gives her a kiss to lure her to her birthday party.

Abyo is a very outgoing, competitive, stubborn, energetic, and an excitable boy. He's Garu's best friend, and he's also good friends with Pucca and Ching. A practitioner of Kung Fu, Abyo uses nunchucks as weapons and, as a signature move, has a habit of tearing his shirt in half.

Abyo has a warm skin color, pink cheeks and black hair. He wears a black T-shirt, a pair of pants and shoes. He rips his shirt in half whenever he wants to show off or "fight".
