Lemon Hearts

Lemon Hearts is a unicorn mare from the MLP:FiM universe, widely recognized as one of Twilight Sparkle’s oldest childhood friends from Canterlot.

Appearance: Lemon Hearts features a bright, light yellow coat that is beautifully contrasted by her bouncy, curled light cerulean blue mane and tail. She has warm, raspberry-magenta eyes that give her a naturally friendly and inviting expression. Her cutie mark consists of three overlapping hearts, two cyan and one green, symbolizing her deep capacity for love, friendship, and bringing ponies together.

Personality and Background: Growing up in Canterlot, Lemon Hearts attended Princess Celestia’s School for Gifted Unicorns. While she was a dedicated student, she always possessed a slightly silly, fun-loving streak, best remembered by an infamous childhood incident where she accidentally got her head stuck in a glass beaker during class.

As an adult, Lemon Hearts has channeled her organizational skills and natural sociability into a highly successful career. She works as a high-ranking event planner at Canterlot Castle, responsible for organizing grand royal banquets, ceremonies, and galas for the Princesses. Despite the prestige and pressure of her job, she remains incredibly warm, bubbly, and grounded. She is deeply forgiving and fiercely loyal; when Twilight Sparkle returned to Canterlot to apologize for abruptly abandoning their friend group years prior, Lemon Hearts welcomed her back with open hooves and zero resentment, proving her heart is just as big as her cutie mark implies.

Friends and Relationships: Minuette - Also known as Colgate, one of Lemon's besties. A blue unicorn who's a dentist. Twinkleshine - A white unicorn with pink mane that's styled in the same way as Lemon's. Together with Minuette they form a friendly trio. Others - due to her nature, she may know some ponies from Ponyville or Canterlot. Moondancer - A unicorn living in Canterlot. Another childhood friend from magic school. Lemon Hearts deeply cares for Moon Dancer and was highly concerned when she became a complete shut-in after Twilight moved away. Lemon Hearts continuously tried to reach out and include her in social events, showing incredible patience and empathy for her reclusive friend. Twilight Sparkle - A childhood friend with whom she shares history. Lyra Heartstrings - An aquamarine unicorn. Another member of their original Canterlot friend group. Even though Lyra eventually moved away to Ponyville, Lemon Hearts still considers her a dear friend and is always happy to catch up whenever Lyra visits the capital. Amethyst Star - Given that Amethyst was once Ponyville's premier event planner and Lemon Hearts organizes royal events in Canterlot, the two share a mutual professional respect. They can occasionally be found swapping industry secrets, venue logistics, and vendor recommendations over tea. Though they seem to thrive in similar fields, Lemon Hearts is quite the opposite of Amethyst personality-wise.
