Totoko is physically very beautiful and sweet to the naked eye, however it does not take long for her to reveal her childish, aggressive and selfish side and wants attention from others.

She is a fish themed idol but she only wanted to become an idol just so she can become popular, brag to others about her popularity, and have fanboys, which shows her selfish personality. Part of her personality may have been due to the fact, that she was brought up spoiled and that she lives to be called cute and praised just for her looks and no real talent.

Despite being considered talentless: The truth is that she knows how to sing, she is strong and can defend herself physically (even doing wrestling for a while)

She is very conceited and loves to be praised for her appearance, however she has never received compliments for her person so she is genuinely surprised with the compliments regarding her personality or not so good aspects.

The Matsuno brothers (Osomatsu, Karamatsu, Choromatsu, Ichimatsu, Jyushimatsu and Todomatsu) idolize her and she is aware of this and any feelings from them towards her are one-sided. However, they are all friends with each other
