Shirayuki Tomoe is a YouTube livestreamer belong to NIJISANJI company with a gentle-spirited older sister personality and a motto of "survival of the fittest." She radiates the allure of a widow but is still unmarried and actively seeking a partner. She stands at a height of 174 cm (178 cm with heels) and has dark sapphire eyes and long black hair with a sideways braided style that gradually lightens towards the ends. Her outfit includes a green turtleneck that accentuate her big breasts, a black corset adorned with yellow buttons and intricate designs, a long black skirt, black high heels, and a white shawl she always wears to cover and wraps her body but mainly her back and side.

Tomoe identifies as the Queen of Night Kingdom, indulging in late-night streaming while occasionally broadcasting during the day. She enjoys sadism and masochism, often referring to herself as "Queen" and her fans as "Mutts" (if they're into S&M) or "Dwarfs" (if they're not). She sometimes pulls a whip to jokingly threaten her viewers if they get rowdy. Despite her preferences, she strives to get along with others regardless of their own interests. Tomoe maintains a polite and soft-spoken demeanor towards people she has never met before.

She excels in communication and frequently collaborates with other female streamers. Although initially depicted as a sadistic older sister, she displays childlike excitement when encountering something cute and is unable to handle insects and Japanese-themed horrors, providing an intriguing contrast to her usual sadistic persona.

Tomoe really love playing horror video game which she streams a lot of it and other horror related media despite unable to handle it. Her soothing and feminine voice, described many as "easy to fall asleep with," complements her calm and feminine appearance. She occasionally do singing livestream and upload a cover song, even releasing her own single and album.

Sukoya Kana, Tomoe's friend and fellow livestreamer who has been by Tomoe's side since her debut, describes her as a sweet and affectionate older sister, charming in both her beauty and childlike qualities.
