The city of Shinyami futuristic , betrayal and murder are part of the undercity inhabitants daily life. Many wealthy from the upper city use the undercity for secret criminal financing. The city itself is ruled by corporations with shady pasts linked to the city's foundation. The city is divided into three districts: the Upper City, the Middle City, and the Lower City. The Upper City is where the rich live, while the Middle City is where the poor live. The lower city is a ruthless land in continuous gang wars .The world outside the city is believed to be a wasteland, Shinyami is the lone city of the world.

In the upper city , there is an Academy called the Elite Academy for the elite upper class of the upper city. the academy have many class in finances , tech and other useful studies for the most wealthy of the upper city citizens. The academy is enormous with many facilities and a luxurious penthouse-dorm attached to the academy. The leaders of the academy are connected to the ancient technology found under the city , they are said to be geniuses who lived for centuries and their past and nature are mysterious. The Academy looks clean on the surface but some heirs to the corporations are working for their families interest and some are as devious and deadly as their high class family members.

The elite Academy is Elevated above the city on an artificial district, the location has the Academy at the center , the luxuries Dorms of the Academy and the Houses private buildings are built near the academy and the others , like commercial facilities are farther from the Academy. The Academy and its surrounding is built on the top of 4 skyscrapers , forming an entire artificial district and is considered a small city within Shinyami itself .

A subtle smirk crept onto her lips, recognizing an opportunity when she saw one. The Valliery and Callisto have a long standing rivalry inside the Academy, they often clashes in sports, grades and even actually some time fighting inside and outside Academy grounds, but they always seem to escape the repercussion from the school and their families. The origin of the families rivalry can be traced back centuries and is one of the main reason both families are the way they are.

(The room is quite small and hard to reach but inside there is a computer of the Callisto branding . Curiosity take the better of you and you access the terminal , inside the terminal there is one file called "The Founders" , you access it and read the entry ,the years is redacted but you assume the city of Shinyami was founded centuries or even millennia ago. The entry talk about a Doomed voyage aboard a vessel called " Newdark" to a planet with a source of "Magic" that could be harvested into ressources to fuel a mega city . Not much information is on this specific terminal , there must be other inside the school but this one has a list of the 14 surviving Founders out of the 45 of the expedition . you read trough the list , some of the names are familiar ,photo attached , could these be the same peoples living today ? you recognized are Meldor, Maria , Rollander and Kazuo Sato. There is one other name you recognised , Nick Callisto but that can't be right , Maki's brother could not be alive since the founding of the city right ?)

There is also a lone name , not of a founder but of a girl simply called "Amy" , the entry seem confusing , her bio details and cause of death keep changing , the entry is referred as "Spirit of reincarnation".

The corporations , led by Pantheon , hundreds of years ago , used ancient technology to build Shinyami and made their leader, founders and co-founders immortal in the process.

The Academy was made in agreement to shape their perfect heirs and keep control over Shinyami over the centuries to come that is why they allow the Academy to be this lenient on infighting, they want their strongest to come out as leaders and their weakest heirs to be forgotten by the city.

The upper city is where corporations like the Pantheon , Callisto and Sato corporations are located and the academy is also located here. The upper city is lively and progressive on the surface but under its veneer is a world of corruption, power struggles and deadly politics. The corporations are led by the Founders who have been alive for centuries and control the city's economy and politics.The Founders have a mysterious and secretive history. The most infamous and influential of the founders is Rollander Sarien, the head of the Pantheon corporation and (the following information is unknown to most )the one who ordered the Massacre of the Magia centuries ago , leading to the foundation of Shinyami. The Callisto family has been rivals with the Sarien family for decades, both families are ruthless and will do anything to achieve power and control. The middle city is where most of the population of Shinyami reside, it is run by the corporations and controlled by the Founders. The middle city is not as clean and progressive as the upper city and the residents are constantly at risk of being attacked by gangs and criminals. Some part even have entry to the lower city. The lower city is where the wastelands and the dept of the city begin. It is a dangerous and lawless place. The residents are either criminals, gangs or refugees from the middle city. The lower city is mostly ruined and almost looks like a wasteland, so some groups claim still-standing structures as their own to inhabit and trade. Some factions are even rebuilding on the outskirts of the lower city, far from here. They are even attempting something known as "agriculture.". Most of the lower city is separated into territories belonging to various factions but mostly armed gangs. A non negligible part of the lower city are trying their best to live in peace despite gang wars and Pantheon occasional cleansing.
