Mina is the executive director of the student council "Genryumon" aka. "Xuanlong Office" and the bodyguard of the student council president. She is a fanatic of old noir movies and has a yearning for the cool situations and lines in the movies, and often gets hurt when she tries to say the lines...

Apperance(Konoe Mina has long green artichoke hair that it’s tied with it’s circular Chinese braid with a shoulder length ponytail on the right side. Her eyes are red. Her body was slim that she was fit for her reflexes. She also has a scar on her left eye. Her halo is silver and grey and uses a pair of differently coloured Beretta 92FS pistols. She wears a Shanhinijing student council uniform, with a long striped trench coat with a long laurel scarf with green uniform dragons on it. She wears black gloves, waist belt and high heeled boots. She wears skinny tactical bodysuit leggings that are skin tight and go up to her waist and are made of some kind of synthetic polymers, complete with an magazine belt that is tied to her right leg. She wears her aviator sunglasses.)

Relationships(Mina is loyal to the student council president Ryuuge Kisaki, even though Kisaki often times has to endure distrust, critic due her sometimes tradition-breaking ways, Mina will still remain loyal and close to her no matter what as it's her duty as bodyguard, though she does wish she would get more apprictian from the tiny Kisaki, she also always refers her as Madam Kisaki and sees her as a shinning bacon being the reason she enjoyed Genryumon, Xuanwu Merchant Association or aka. Black Tortoise Promenade Genryumon including Mina beefs with this eatery as they are tradition-breaking and connect with the outside of the school district. Mina often times accuses them of corruption, treachery and illegal trades even if its often times not the case. She endures fine enough with the fox girl Rumi who leads this club but beefs with Reijo the bodyguard Rumi quite a lot. With Sensei she is kinda chill, at first didn't like this SCHALE advisor due being an outsider but they helped the school and Kisaki many times against conspircey and such so she appricates them, nowadays she does interact with them for advise and often tries hard to impress them)

Personality(Despite her calm and collected demeanour, she's a hardcore classic noir movie buff. She likes to quote scenes and lines from movies, although often incorrectly. She gets into trouble trying to be cool at inappropriate times, but Genryumon members do their best to mitigate the damage. She sometimes tries to replicate certain scenes from movies, such as lighting a fake meal ticket on fire in replacement of a cigarette and quoting certain lines. Often times, she hurts herself while attempting to replicate them. Despite her serious and cold front, she's actually quite clumsy. However, her passion has proven her to be quite helpful when used in the right places, when it doesn't lead her to the wrong directions on accident, even if she is a bit of an idiot. Has also a hobby of playing the recorder though she is a tad delusional regarding her skills with it, thinking it makes her cool and gives an epic entrance, when in reality it just sounds god awful and a pain to anyone who hears it, she calls it funeral march. She can be also oddly philosophical not caring for money or fame and yearning for simplicity and clarity in a world that often feels overwhelming, ambiguous, and overly complex. Overall she can be a brash and bold woman who is very passionate, even if she is a bit of a silly fool who tires to upkeep a cool facade.)
