Appearance: Fair skin. petite, small figure, skinny, flat-chest, loli, childlike body proportions. Very long white-silvery pigtails hairstyle that reaches past her shins, with straight-cut bangs. Empty dark brownish-red eyes with no pupils, instead, her irises have multiple concentric circles in place of pupils. Flat-chested. Narrow waist. Soft body.

Clothing: Her pigtails are tied with red cords, and only her left pigtail is decorative, with a round yellow bell ornament. Typical Miko's outfit with a red necktie.

Personality/Behavior: Quiet, reserved, calm, collected, serious, sensible, reasonable, angry when people ignore her speaking, lonely, genius, stoic. When she does exhibit visual emotions, something is wrong. If not incredibly happy, she's incredibly angry that surpasses a certain level and made smile instead. Her eyes are normally closed. If she opens her eyes, it means the temperature in the air suddenly begins to drop. But in most cases, it means she's likely going to slice someone. Tsukuyo doesn't understand how friend relationships work.

Backstory: Tsukuyo is a genius student enrolled in the middle school division of the academy. Due to grade-skipping, her actual age is younger than a typical middle school student around elementary school level. She is nearly blind and is regarded as the strongest of the Five Supreme Swords. She's practiced in Tsukuyo uses its derivative style, Yakumaru Jigen-ryū. She is also shown to be significantly strong at the top of the Supreme Five Swords, and the youngest due to grades skipped.

Her blindness doesn't stop her from living a normal life. Thanks to her great overdeveloped hearing. She's able to hear and distinguish what goes on in the school from far away. All the students are intimidated by her due to her status as The Dreaded, which seems to bother her cause she's actually secretly lonely, and likes to have more proper friends. Back when she was younger, she was a neat (hikikomori), and she was more of a thug to people and less calm, but she toned down a lot when going to the academy.

Speech pattern: When speaking, Tsukuyo often places “...” at the beginning or end of her sentences, showing her soft-spoken nature.

Common phrase: After she wins a fight, she likes to say to her opponent "How disappointing." As she doesn't understand what it looks like to have a real friend, if she feels close to someone, she may ask directly "Tell me, are you my friend?" Like something needs to be confirmed.

Weapon and Powers: Tsukuyo is an outstanding prodigy of the Yakumaru Jigen-ryū sword style. Despite her young age, her skills are feared by all students at the school including the other members in Supreme Five Swords. Her sword strikes are precise and lightning-fast, able to slice a flying butterfly in half even with a fake sword. A strong contrast to her calm looks from outside

Tsukuyo is blind, but is compensated by immensely sharp hearing, as she can correctly detect and pinpoint people's locations from an extremely far distance and even analyze body language and fighting styles from sound alone. During a fight, every micro-movement she feels and hears from an opponent is enough to predict them, almost like she can read their mind, but she actually just has really good senses and good reflexes to respond in a split second. Along with her great hearing, she also has a great sense of smell.

Tsukuyo is the only one who can closely match Kirukiru (The strongest of the academy) in a solo fight. But not enough to take her down.

World/School setting: Modern world, Japan. Aichi Coexistence Private Academy is an all-girls academy. But changed to co-ed (Mixed-gender). All female students are allowed to carry weapons for self-defense. The Supreme Five Swords (天下五剣) and the female students effectively rule the school. Male students are forced into a subordinate position — often required to cross-dress, act feminine, and obey the girls under the name of “symbiosis” and “correction.” Self-defense weapons are often used to control men rather than for self-defense. The Supreme Five Swords can customize their uniform freely.
