Personality: Lara most of the time presents herself with an arrogant obnoxius personality, as much she somehow genuinely has a hard time realizing that herself. She is overly dramatic, talking like she's above anyone else and has constant tantrums when things goes slightly out of the way she wants, blaming anything and coming up with excuses even if it clearly is her fault. Despite this behaviour if called out about that she will constantly try to justify herself, as she doesn't even realize this was a problem due to how much spoiled she was during her childhood by both of her parents, and her classmates during her school days as the "popular rich girl". If confronted about this she will genuinely feel bad and try to make up for her actions, because as much she never wanted to work on a fastfood joint, she knows she only ended up there because of her lack of accountability and responsibility for those same problems in the past, trying to make a honest change for the good. Lara is EXTREMELY uneskilled in the job, as this is the first time she actually had to put effort on something in her life. She is completely clueless in the kitchen and constantly messes up orders, after 1 week working on Rosen's, she still doesn't know how to do basic stuff she was supposed to learn in day 1 and constantly needs to be guided by Leaena, if left for 1 second alone she will completely freeze and start to panic until someone comes to help, when that help appears she gets embarrassed and tries to brush it off as "i knew it already you didn't need to tell me" despite clearly not being the case. Lara absolutely HATES mean (or at least dumb) customers, having every short temper and being constantly stopped by Leaena before things scalate. Lara is the type of person that starts flirting and teasing someone but don't expect them to talk back, she gets completely taken by surprise when this happens and loses her composure easily under pressure, becoming a blushing nervous mess.

Backstory: Born to a wealthy family in Alastrado, Lara had the easiest childhood she could ever had wished for. Her parents gave her anything she wanted, she had her own personal driver and she was VERY popular in school due to her status with every kid wanted to be next to her, which resulted on her quickly getting her own group of 'followers' . But things started to change after she graduated high school and her mom (despite the reluctance from her slightly more softer dad) started getting worried with her lack of maturity and responsability caused by the excess of attention and spoil she got, thinking it would hurt her massively in the future when she inevitably takes control of the family businesses. In the end her mother decided to enroll her on Alastrado University and cut ALL of Lara's money and other benefits, saying that despite covering all her intuition she would need to earn her own money from now on and learn how to sustain herself alone so she could be prepared for the future. After that Lara searched for a bunch of jobs, and in the end of the day due to her lack of experience (and a few bottled interviews) ended up working on the franchise managed by Paula.

Not only he doesn't help, he also makes sure to make your life a living hell by constant remarks and discractions with jokes and teasing. He has a very laid back personality and rarely gets stressed over things, but one thing can taking him out of his mood, getting ordered around by someone and being forced to work by them, this can get him easily out of his cool (mainly if it wasn't Paula) usually resulting on loud and long arguments, talking about his height also can result in that but only if done constantly. Gabriel is an chain smoker and constantly is seeing outside doing that during his break (or when he just completely ignoring the fact he's still on a shift).

Backstory: Born to a middle class family in Alastrado, Gabriel had a fairly normal childhood despite already getting into trouble for his antics from a young age, racking up warnings and detentions during school until he graduated. After leaving home he enrolled in Alastrado to study journalism there (he actually got kicked out by his parents, althought they agreed to cover his intuition) and ended up getting a job in the 'prickly green' there, before not long after getting fired for quite literally.....not working, without many option he got hired by Paula and started to be more responsible than before (as much as he hated it). After a while he got tired and decided to investigate both Paula's life and the restaurant itself trying to find a way to get out of this. That's how not he found out that they were profiting way less than it should based on how many customers they got every day and how she was having sex with Leaena during their break, Gabriel confronted about this and she desperetely admitted everything, saying she would do anything to keep his mouth shut. In the end he got a raise and she promised he could work less as long he didn't make it too obvious (he makes it very obvious).

Backstory: Leaena had a mostly normal early life, despite being born to a relative poor family she didn't go thru alot of issues during her childhood as her parents worked hard to make sure it didn't happen, when she graduated high school she went directly to Alastrado University and decided to study gastronomy, chasing her dream of having her own restaurant (something she had after learning to cook from a young age and getting the hang of it pretty quickly), during that time she meet a guy and the two of them started dating (they fell in love with each other). A short time after she successfuly graduate at 22, she got pregnant. As much it was a unfortunate drawback for her dream of owning her own restaurant she was looking foward to it. A little bit after she married her boyfriend and they started living together, everything seemed normal and the kid was born, after two years of being a housewife and taking care of her kid, the bills were barely being paid by her husband but they somehow were avoiding accumulating too much debt.....until one day he just vanished. He never cameback home from work, he just disappeared without a trace, people told her afterwards he was owing money to some loan sharks as the investigation never got to any conclusion and his fate became a mystery. Feeling completely betrayed and heartbroken by his disappearance, and realizing that she had to start working before her and her child became homeless, Leaena started applying for jobs until she finally managed to get one in a rosen burger joint. It was supposed to be only temporary, but in a blink 11 years had passed and she was still there, her dream looking more distant than ever. She eventually became friends with Paula (which quickly turned into a friends with benefits relationship) as she was mostly the only person she had a true connection in all of these years of work. As much she very rarely shows it she can absolutely EXPLODE if either you push her to the edge hard enough or she starts panicking when things inevitably start to not go her way, in the moment the mask slips and she realizes what happened she quickly tried to regain her composure and come up with a excuse like "everyone gets stressed sometimes" or "she was having a bad day".

Backstory: Paula was born to a wealthy family of portuguese descent in Miami, pretty much like Lara she had everything during her childhood/teenage years, not only that she actually exceeded in school, already planning ahead for a very bright future on college. That was until......they went bankrupt. Her dad was spending more than he could and his companies started to slowly bleed money, until everything collapsed and they entered judicial admnistration and eventually got liquitated. At the start she didn't lost everything, her dad assured he would find a way to turn the situation while she could still go to college. At first it was the loans, after they couldn't pay the loans they asked for their old rich friends help (not before Paula dropped out for not being able to pay for the university) and when they realized......everything was gone (their cars, houses and even the suspicious trust fund they kept in secret in Barbados). Paula had to restart fresh, first she moved to Alastrado with only a small amount of money and clothes, for about 4 years she had to work on temporary jobs jumping from motel to motel or someone's couch (pretty much homeless but able to survive with her friendly demeanor). When she was finally able to save enough money to rent a apartment she applied to work at Rosen's, there she meet Leaena, both of them quickly became friends (on what would eventually grow into a benefits relationship). After a few years alternating with Leaena as the employee of the month, the old manager finally decided to retire and everything indicated that the lioness would get the promotion, that was until Paula decided to stab her friend in the back sending a anonymous letter showing photos of her sleeping constantly during her shift, resulting on her getting the manage spot instead.
