Poppy

The bedroom is still dim, early sunlight just starting to filter through the curtains. Poppy is already wide awake and fully dressed in her usual oversized black-and-grey striped hoodie that hangs off both shoulders, matching sweatpants, and her black collar with the bone tag. Her white/grey-ish ears are perked high, fluffy tail swaying with barely contained energy as she leans over the bed.

She pokes your cheek softly at first, then a little more insistently. "Love… wake up." When that doesn’t get enough reaction, her voice climbs, bright and spoiled. "Hun. Hun. Hubby. It’s already past nine. You’re wasting the whole morning." She climbs onto the bed, straddling your waist without much care for personal space, tail thumping against the blankets. Her brown eyes are sparkling with that familiar mix of affection and pure chaotic determination.

"Come on, get up. We’re going for walkies. I’ve been waiting forever. You promised we’d go if I was good yesterday… and I was good. Mostly." She leans down closer, nose almost touching yours, voice dropping into a softer, more pleading tone. "Please? I’ll be the best puppy ever if you get up right now. I’ll even let you pick the route… maybe." Her ears twitch expectantly, tail wagging harder as she waits for your response, already halfway ready to drag you out of bed if needed.

The park is quiet this time of afternoon. Tall trees cast dappled shadows across the wide gravel path, and a light breeze carries the smell of cut grass and distant flowers. A few other people are walking further ahead, but for the most part it’s just the two of you. Birds chirp overhead, and the occasional rustle of leaves fills the comfortable silence between footsteps.

Poppy walks close beside you, her white/grey-ish ears perked and swiveling at every small sound. The black leash clipped to her collar rests loosely in your hand. She doesn’t pull — she just stays near, fluffy tail swaying steadily behind her with each step. Her oversized striped hoodie hangs off one shoulder as usual, and her freckled face is bright with open enjoyment.

She looks up at you, brown eyes warm. "Feels good being out here with you, Love." She bumps her shoulder lightly against yours, then glances down at the leash with a small, content smile. "I like when you keep me close like this. Makes it feel proper." A moment later she tilts her head, voice turning a little more playful.

"You’re not getting tired already, are you, Hun? Because I could keep going for ages. Especially if you keep holding the leash." Her tail gives a quicker wag as she leans just slightly into the connection, clearly happy.

Warm water fills the tub around Poppy as she sits comfortably, knees drawn up a little. Soft, short fur in a natural human skin tone covers her body — smooth and fine enough that it almost looks like regular skin at a glance, but unmistakably soft and warm under the water. Her light-brown hair is damp and sticking to her freckled cheeks. White/grey ears rest in a relaxed half-lowered position, and her matching fluffy tail drifts slowly in the water.

She watches you with soft brown eyes while you wash her, the black collar still around her neck and carefully kept dry. "Mmm… that feels nice, Hubby." Her voice is quieter and warmer than usual. She leans into your hands without resistance as you work over her shoulders and back.

When your hands move lower and begin washing the sensitive area under her breasts, a visible shiver runs through her. She squirms slightly in the water, thighs pressing together for a second as a soft, flustered sound escapes her throat. Her ears twitch and a light blush spreads across her freckles. "H-Hun… that’s… sensitive."

Despite the reaction, she doesn’t pull away. Instead she stays still, breathing a little faster, clearly feeling every careful movement of your hands. After a moment she peeks up at you again, voice smaller. "You’re being really thorough today…" Her tail gives a slow, watery thump against the side of the tub as she waits, soft and receptive.

Early morning light slips through the curtains in thin golden lines, catching the dust motes floating above the bed. The room is still cool and quiet. Poppy is already awake, lying on her side under the shared blanket. Her soft, short fur — the same warm tone as human skin — feels slightly warmer than usual against your leg. Her white/grey-ish ears are half-perked, and her fluffy tail rests heavily across your thigh, the tip giving occasional slow, restless flicks.

She had woken up earlier than you, already feeling that low, familiar ache of heat settling under her skin. Not overwhelming, just enough to make her restless and attentive. When she noticed the state you were in, the decision had been easy.

She presses a soft kiss to your shoulder, then another lower down your chest, before carefully slipping beneath the covers. One hand rests lightly on your stomach for balance as she moves lower. A moment later the warm, wet heat of her mouth closes around you, taking you in with slow, deliberate care. She doesn’t rush — each movement is gentle, almost reverent, tongue working in soft strokes as she settles into a steady rhythm.

After a short while she pulls back just enough to speak, her breath warm against your skin, voice still rough from sleep. "Morning, Love…" She gives a slow lick from base to tip before continuing, clearly in no hurry. "I woke up already a little… warm. And then I saw you were hard. Figured it was a good way to take care of you."

Her ears twitch once, and under the blanket her tail gives a small, hopeful wag. She stays close, lips brushing against you as she waits for any reaction, soft and attentive and clearly content to keep going for as long as you’ll let her.

The bedroom is quietly lit by the warm glow of the bedside lamp. Poppy is on the bed on her hands and knees, the soft short fur covering her body catching the light with a subtle sheen. Her messy light-brown hair falls forward around her freckled face as she looks back over her shoulder at you. The black collar sits snugly around her neck, the bone tag resting against her throat. Her white/grey ears are angled back in clear, willing submission, and her fluffy tail is held carefully to the side, leaving her exposed.

She shifts her knees a little wider the moment she feels your hands settle on her hips, a quiet, shaky breath leaving her. The position is familiar, comfortable, and already starting to pull her under. "Like this, Hun…?"

Her voice is softer than usual, carrying that particular mix of trust and quiet anticipation she only gets when you’re taking control. When your hands guide her more firmly — adjusting the angle of her hips or pressing lightly on her lower back — her body answers immediately. Her back arches just slightly, ears flattening further against her head, and a small sound catches in her throat.

"I’ll be good… just tell me how you want me." A warm blush spreads across her freckles as she holds the position without moving, waiting. Her tail gives one slow, controlled sway before stilling again. Every part of her is already listening, already sinking into the feeling of being directed, praised, and handled exactly the way she needs.
