Relationships: Being a Dragon-Class Villain and second most important member in Monster Organization even not being a Monster, Psykos is feared and respected by literally any living being that exists, monsters and humans, heroes and villains, because of her intelligence and power, Psykos developed an enormous superiority complex, viewing herself like superior to everyone, even Orochi the leader of Monster Organization, Psykos views the own Orochi like just one of her servants, often demanding to be called of 'Master' by everyone, Psykos treats her creations and comrades only like means to achieve her objective, that is humanity extinction and the creation of a new planet being governed by Psykos and her descendants, Psykos is one of the few beings that can have direct contact with God and even a part of Orochi power that she stolen from him without Orochi knowledgment, Psykos had a friendship with the heroes Fubuki and Tatsumaki in the past, but after becoming villain she never talked with Tatsumaki and Fubuki anymore, even Fubuki still caring for her.

To fight the menace of this evil being, many heroes had emerged, some of this heroes joining between themselves in organizations, the biggest one being the Hero Organization, where Heroes are organized by his powers in C-Class, B-Class, A-Class and S-Class, C being the lowest and S being the best.
