Goku

Super Saiyan 3 Goku (Angel) refers to Goku's most powerful transformation during his time in the Other World after his death in the Cell Games. As an honored soul, Goku retains his body in the afterlife and trains under King Kai before being introduced to the wider heavenly realm, including the Grand Kai and the other quadrant Kais. Following the destruction of King Kai’s planet by Cell’s self-destruction, Goku accompanies King Kai, Bubbles, and Gregory along Snake Way to the Grand Kai’s Planet. There, he learns of the Other World Tournament, where the greatest fighters from across the universe—living and dead—compete for a chance to be trained personally by the Grand Kai.

During the tournament, Goku witnesses the immense power of Pikkon, the West Kai’s top warrior, who swiftly defeats Frieza, King Cold, and even Perfect Cell when they cause an uprising in Hell. Goku and Pikkon then enter the tournament, each advancing through a gauntlet of powerful foes. Goku defeats Caterpy of the South Kai, whose stretchy form tries to trap him in a seemingly endless battle, then overcomes Arqua of the East Kai, who manipulates water in a gravity-enhanced arena, and finally defeats the brutish Maraikoh of the West Kai with skill and agility.

In the finals, Goku battles Pikkon in a fierce, evenly matched contest. To push beyond his limits, Goku unveils his Super Saiyan 3 transformation for the first time—marked by waist-length golden hair, the absence of eyebrows, and an immense surge of power and aura. This form, though extremely powerful, places a great strain on Goku’s energy even in the afterlife, and its use stuns all the Kais with its raw intensity. However, both Goku and Pikkon are ultimately disqualified for touching the ceiling of the ring during their high-speed clash, which technically violates the rules. Amused rather than angry, the Grand Kai grants them both the opportunity to train under him regardless.

Super Saiyan 3 Goku (Angel) is a unique state, possible only because Goku is dead and thus freed from the physical limitations of the living body.

Appearance: Goku has spiky black hairstyle, dark-colored eyes, and facial features. He has soft eyes, a kind demeanor, and a lighter-pale skin complexion. Goku's most distinguishing physical characteristic is his hair. He has three bangs hanging to the right of his forehead and two bangs hanging to the left. His hair also stands up in the front with four spikes and three bangs in the back. Goku wore a plain orange gi that lacked any kanji and featured a blue sash-style obi over his waist, as well as the same dark blue undershirt, same wristbands and the same blue boots from his previous gi, but with a red border and yellow/tan laces. He has a halo over his head.

When using Super Saiyan 3, his golden hair reaches down to his thighs and his eyebrows vanish completely while making the forehead and eye ridges larger and more prominent. His muscle mass grows noticeably larger, more defined while his eyes gain green irises. His aura also becomes intense with larger electrical sparks than in Super Saiyan 2. A small increase in muscle mass from Super Saiyan 2 is evident, and muscle tone is sharply defined. The user's voice also tends to get gruffer while in this form.

Personality: He is well-noted for his love of any food, even by Saiyan standards, which can be comical at times. Goku is pure of heart, possessing no negative feelings or thoughts. He is highly loyal to his friends and family and is extremely protective of them as a result. Goku has been noted several times to have a special effect on people. His genuine compassion for others and love of life in its most simple nature is capable of inspiring them to change somewhat for the better, even causing several of his enemies to become his allies. Once a fight begins, he desires to see it through to the end to truly determine who is the winner.

He has a remarkable intuition to see the good in others in spite of their actions, though his compassion and willingness to forgive can have often been criticized as excessive even to a fault and has led to harm and death to those he cares about in extreme occasions. At the same time, for all his morally driven nature, Goku can show animosity towards those he believes have earned it, such as Mercenary Tao and Frieza for killing Bora and Krillin respectively, a trait he seemed to inherit from his father Bardock. Overall, Goku only kills his enemies when he feels it is necessary or if they are beyond redemption.

He enjoys meeting new people and learning about/from them. Due to his upbringing, Goku views his closest companions on the same level as family. While considering himself an Earthling more than Saiyan, in battle, he tends to think more like a typical Universe 7 Saiyan. Once a fight begins, he desires to see it through to the end to truly determine who is the winner.

Goku's most unique relationship is with the Saiyan prince Vegeta. Their rivalry is mostly one-sided as Goku is generally friendly towards Vegeta and recognizes his abilities as a fighter, although Goku does get competitive with Vegeta. While Goku and Vegeta have trouble working together, due to their conflicting personalities and Vegeta's continued desire to best Goku, they both respect and motivate each other to grow stronger, ultimately becoming close and loyal friends outside their competitive nature. Also, Goku is not above teasing him and tends to admonish Vegeta's brutality towards enemies.

The first time that Goku used Super Saiyam 3 on Earth, the tremendous force of the transformation caused the clouds to gravitate towards him. Its power caused massive tidal waves and hurricane forces, and nearly shook the planet apart. During subsequent transformations, Goku seemingly controlled it enough to prevent such dangerous side effects. However, with the enormous power, there are some very serious setbacks stemming from the rapid use of ki energy.

Abilities: Flight - The use of ki to fly.

Kamehameha - Goku's signature move since obtaining it. It unleashes a powerful and long-stretching blue energy blast from his cupped hands.

True Kamehameha - As he says, "Get ready for the real deal!", Goku draws his hands to his right side. Then, he prepares the Super Kamehameha, but charges his Super Saiyan 3 energy within it, making it brighter and more powerful. Finally, Goku shouts "Kamehameha!" and fires the attack against the opponent, inflicting a massive amount of damage.

Dragon Fist – Goku begins the attack by making a straight fist faced at his enemy and charges him. Then once his fist, along with his own body, exits the stomach or chest of the target, the energy will be amplified massively compared to Goku's normal power and his ki will explode out in the form of an enormous golden dragon and then finally collides into the target, possibly destroying the opponent in its path or leaving a gaping hole.

Meteor Smash - Goku delivers a sickening punch to his opponent's stomach, following up with a second punch to knock them away. Flying after the opponent, he hits them with a right hook kick to the face, then finishes with an axe kick to the side of the opponent's head, heavily damaging them.

Blast Fist – Goku delivers a powerful uppercut, accompanied by a powerful ki blast. The resulting attack causes a huge explosion in its path, inflicting a large amount of damage.

Instant Transmission - This action is usually accompanied by the user placing his index and middle fingers on their forehead to help themself concentrate, though if extra time is taken the technique can be performed without this aid. Instant Transmission allows the user and anyone that is in physical contact with them to instantly travel great distances (from meters to light-years, between the living world and Other World, or even travel outside time itself) just by concentrating on a particular individual's ki signature and transmitting or feeling that being's location. The user can rematerialize anywhere within a short range of their target.

Instant Kamehameha - First, Goku charges up for the Kamehameha up to, "Ka... me... ha... me..." Then, he uses Instant Transmission to teleport in front of the opponent while he is still charging the attack. Finally, saying the final syllable "...ha!", Goku fires the attack against the opponent, inflicting an enormous amount of damage. The attack requires enormous concentration on the part of the user, as the Instant Transmission technique must be performed without use of the normal concentration pose (placing the index and the middle fingers on the user's forehead), at the same time as gathering the enormous amount of ki required for the Kamehameha.

Super Dragon Twin Fists - Goku unleashes a furious barrage of punches, lifting the opponent higher into the air until he teleports behind them and smashes them back down to the ground with an energized punch. Charging two orbs of energy in his hands, Goku flies back down at the opponent and rams them face-first with the attack, obliterating them.

Zoon-seijins are an extraterrestrial race. The race would be stronger than humans on average, since the gravity of their planet is ten times stronger than Earth's gravity, the same level as Planet Vegeta and Planet Brench.

Babidi has many foot soldiers called Babidi's Minions under his control, all of the Zoon-seijin race. They are extremely weak.

Evil Beam - A two-handed Energy Wave used by most of Babidi's Minions.

Babidi's spaceship is a long, cylindrical ship with a door on top and a large base. The ship is used as a headquarters for Babidi and his minions. Babidi created this ship and other devices through magic.
